My cards yes there were 2 did get opened but they could not read the message, I had to sent the email to a friends email address for her to send the email to everyone I want to thank, I paid £3.99 for this card which did not get delivered as they keep emailing me to say it herm opened.

I signed up for the 7-Day FREE Trial. BIG mistake. I cancelled the account within the 7 days. Then got charged for an annual membership of £23.99 5 days AFTER the cancellation. When I contacted them they advised they didn't receive my cancellation request within 168 hours of first signing up. Yes, that's right. The cancellation is NOT 7 days, but exactly 168 hours from when you hit Accept on the 7 day free trial. They then advised I could switch to a monthly term, which would refund all but £7.99 of my money. Still a rip off, but ok. Still no refund. Contacted again. Now being told they will graciously waive the £2 fee for changing my membership type. Still no refund
