Bought a Dell monitor online (U2415) on 30 November 2019 which was advertised as "in stock". Still have not received it, although we are in a nearby suburb, and it is now 31 December 2019. We have just received the credit card statement and need to decide whether to dispute the charge. The online advertisement still lists the monitor as "in stock"!!! Bad experience. Will never do business with them again, even if this is cleared up. Trust once lost is not easily restored.

I've dealt with 13 IT on a number of occasions now, and honestly feel that Joe and the team have provided exceptional service every time. Their ability to offer alternatives to products that we've been considering has helped select the ideal computer equipment, and assisted in streamlining my business. I have no hesitation in recommending 13 IT, and will continue to use them for all of my tech needs.

The service was good, I had previously purchased a few computers from 13 IT, but my last computer was too slow for pay a $ 1000
after discount sell price. It was not I had expected.

Ordered two Dell Precision 3630 Towers for our workplace on 28/08/2019 for a total of $4,037.99 (INV192514). Manager said the order would arrive in two weeks. After four weeks, there wasn’t a word from them so I contacted Manager who claimed that there was NO MORE STOCK, however would provide us with computers with better specs for the same price. Weeks went past and there was NO DELIVERY OR COMMUNICATION therefore I contacted Manager again. This time he claimed that the ITEM WAS DAMAGED and had to be returned to the supplier. Although it caused us inconvenience, I understood that these things happen. Manager said he would get us the items and deliver it himself with an apology letter. Weeks after weeks, STILL NO REPSONSE. Contacted manager again, this time he claimed he is sick and has been in hospital and from this point starts IGNORING MY PHONE CALLS. I then went to their site (which is like a warehouse) and spoke with the reception. She claimed that I just missed the Manager and he will be in again tomorrow and that she will tell manager to contact me. Few days later, NO CONTACT FROM THE MANAGER.
I then call receptionist and ask for the people in charge of accounts so I could ask for a refund. She gave me a number. When I contacted this number, a person with the same voice as manager answered however claimed his name was “accounts”. I explained the situation and I told him all we want is a refund and promised us we would receive it the following Friday. On Friday, we had no received any refund so I contacted them in the afternoon. Accounts aggressively abuses me saying that I have no regard for manager’s health and all I care about is money????? He then attacks me and claimed that the shipping had been delivered to our address and he assumed that something dodgy was going on. He didn’t even provide us with the tracking number. We’re a proper and reputable medical company and they were making accusations of us trying to scam them. I kept trying to call the manager however no answer but when calling with a different number, the manager would magically pick up. At this point he kept making more and more excuses.
We then contacted Consumers Affairs and they got in touch with the manager. Consumer Affairs told us that the manager’s boss was the person who had the stroke and not him. So why was he avoiding my calls if he wasn’t the one sick all this time? Consumers affairs told us that if the payment is not received, we should go to VCAT. However, with the COVID-19 pandemic, we have been really busy. I just want to let you know 13IT, we have not forgotten and we will be taking legal action.

Please don’t buy from these people. Other people are going through the same issues. They are dodgy.

I ordered a printer on 03 January 2020. I was promised delivery within 14 days. Followed up soon after it was due and was informed it would be sorted. I followed up again a week later and still no luck. I finally cancelled my order on 07 February 2020 and requested reimbursement. I ordered the same printer from another source and it was delivered 2 days later. It is now the 20 February 2020 and I am still waiting for my reimbursement. Not happy!!!

I have experienced complication with other non-IT internet deliveries recently but have found that persistent, patient connection to the supplier has delivered the most beneficial outcome; especially in the context of COVID-19 adjustments and impact to our businesses. Having followed up with email and phone I found 13IT to be supportive and sensitive to my issues. They have heard me and supported me and yes my product is on its way and I’m very excited to get my new Brother printer at such a good price. I get easily frustrated and am learning that being polite when dealing with these frustrations; helps us all. Thanks to Joe and 13IT for responding to my frustrations and yet still being the professionals you are.. good work… Nigel from Wollongong

No problems purchased on the 7th of Feb and was delivered in person on the 11th Feb. Very informative bunch, I had many brands to choose from, I purchased 2 x Brother Printers and a Hp Laptop, I saved allot of money compared to the big guys and I also met the director at the same time and funny enough he delivered in person and that I havent seen ever. Thanks for the service and quick response I also recommended another business.

I spent $3000 on big 75" TV. I found pricing on google shopping and it was significantly cheaper than what I could find at any retail shop, about on par with other online shops.
Turn around was about 7days from transferring money via direct deposit to picking it up from a local distributor. Don't expect the usual level of automated emails and order updates like you would from other high volume online retailers but for the price it was well worth the hassle.

We purchased a Dell Desktop computer and soundbar in 2015 from these guys and we were most pleased with the service, price and delivery we received.
Especially as when we requested the soundbar, they stated that it was not an item they usually send, yet, they kindly did so.
However, we did attempt contacting a couple of years later to enquire about certain features of which we were confused about, but, did not receive a follow-up, even on 2 occasions of emailing.
That aside, We were and are most satisfied with the products and the company.

When I purchased my HP PC back in November 2017, 13 IT made the process so easy for me .... then I had a big problem with my 'new' PC on the 26th March 2019. Well over a year after purchasing, the PC was way out of warentee.
HP, bless their hearts, spent 4 months frying to restore it to new condition, but alas, to no avail.
Now, !3 IT have been chosen to supply a replacement PC and be reimbursed for their trouble.
Just so good to deal with ...... !!!!!

Terrible service, ordered a printer on the 05 April 2020. They charged my account. No printer after a week called the company. Some guy answered very friendly said the would be sending me a tracking number by the end of that week. 3 weeks later no tracking number. Called the company multiple times waited over one hour on hold, had to hang up. Redialled the next couple of days and also sent them emails. Still no reply.
Save yourself the hassle don’t buy from this company. Very unprofessional.
