I was very satisfied by the delivery time and process of this purchase. I was not very satisfied by the flowered that were picked out though. I know I checked the box that allowed you to chose different flowers if the ones I selected weren't in stock. But the flowers chosen almost made me embarrassed.

There is a promo code of VDAYLVE listed right on your website. When I tried to enter it it wouldn't recognize the code. I called customer service for help and the woman said the code is valid but I need a voucher code to go with it. There isn't a voucher code listed on the website. She wouldn't tell it to me or explain where the voucher code comes from. The best she would do is take my order by phone and give ten percent off. I had already entered all of my information online and didn't want to redo it all by phone. I called the local flower ama number listed at the bottom of the order screen and they said they couldn't help as I needed to call 1800 flowers, which I already had done.

IT was easy and quick to maneuver your website. They were a gift so i did not see them but was told they were cute and the kids are having a blast with them. I enjoyed being able to send something other than flowers from another state.

I live out of state and ordered a bouquet of flowers online for my Aunt. I called and spoke with one of your staff to make sure my order was received and that it would be delivered that day. Your staff was professional, friendly, and very helpful. My Aunt loved her bouquet. She sent me a picture- beautiful! Thank you!

The case was not what was pictured and that totally changed the presentation of the product. The website shows the pink vase and I got a blue vase of a different style. The site didnt mention different color vase or style would be used so I feel like I was scammed and ripped off. I am looking into false advertising and corporate contacts along with the correct consumer agencies to notifies as well. The chocolate I ordered was substituted after I received a phone call. The website should notify that the product purchased is out of stock. False advertisement again. I'm not sure how you can make this right. Think about it and let me know. The only issue has been ordering on the website. After initially selecting my products, I clicked to check out. A pop-up window with my order appears, but when I scroll down to select Continue, it will not allow it. Instead, it scrolls down the webpage in the background.

I didn’t see a space to write in the one word message to be printed on the attached ribbon (priced at $5.00). When I tried to write it in the comment box it somehow placed the order prematurely. If possible please label the ribbon “Salice”

Website is good. Would like to see more options of choosing an arrangement excluding the vase. Most people have left over vases and I would have chosen a more expensive arrangement had it not come with a vase. Just a suggestion.

The Easter Lily looks great in the photo! It also looks great in person. The little butterfly decoration and the colorful pot make it perfect. Also very excited there are 4 buds waiting to become trumpets! Thanks!!
