I ordered pet meds through 1800PetMeds and i have been ordering items for years from them. This is my last and final order. I realized I had ordered the wrong pet meds when the box was being shipped. I received the shipment and refused the shipment because I knew I had ordered the wrong item. The order total was 327.66. After I refused the shipment I logged on to 1800PetMed website to send them and email and let them know I returned the item, this was April 30, 2020. I received an email from 1800PetMeds stating that their refund policy was I would receive my refund in 7 to 10 days. On April 26, 2020 I still did not have my refund. I filed a Better Business Bureau complaint and immediately i received a phone call from 1800PetMeds. Ms. Kim Klemm apologized saying 1800PetMeds was not aware of me returning any items, even though I had corresponded with their rep on March 30, 2020. Ms. Kim Klemm also stated that I should not have been told that i would receive my refund within 7 to 10 days because of COVID-19. Ms. Klemm responded to the BBB complaint and said 1800PetMeds was not aware that I returned anything to them but I supplied BBB a copy of the email I sent and received from 800PetMeds. I has now been over 30 days and I still dont have my refund of 327.66 back even though Ms. Klemm stated she processed my refund it has not shown up on my credit card. My guess is I will wait another 30 days to receive it if I ever receive it. Because of the dishonesty and the lack of attention to processing refunds at a time like this when many people are jobless or confined to their homes, I would seriously think twice about shopping with 1800PetMeds. I have been a loyal customer for many years but this is my last and final purchase with them for these reasons.

This site is very easy to use and ships quickly. They will contact your vet for you to confirm information, which is helpful. I've had to order heartworm meds from them when my local vet sold out and was glad to be able to do so.

We have given multiple opportunities for this online company to get it right.. The past (2) years They cannot seem to get their act together.. Either they *Lost Our Order / *Never Received Order / Lost Our Ship Address / Forget to Ship Order, etc etc.. Their customer service is a crying joke, Nobody knows anything about anything.. You will Only Receive Pre-Scripted answers from these Losers.. NEVER again will we patronize this place again! My Wife Will Never Again Buy Anything from this Dump, nor will the 21 Employees whom are employed alongside of me.. The Negative Feedback on 800PetMeds Has Flooded Across the web..L0L Petmeds went as far as to Monitor the Negative Feedback on SITEJABBER and respond to every Negative Feedback with their Pre-Scripted Answer ! L0L

I ordered a 60day refill of medication for my dog with them for the first time because Chewy was out of stock. The process was smooth and quick and the prices were cheaper, I was excited to make the change. Unfortunately my dog passed away shortly after I received my first order and I called not knowing what to do with the remaining meds. They refunded me in full and gave me instructions of medication disposal places. Highly recommend, wonderful customer service during a hard time.

I ordered Proin Tablets for my dog and was informed that I needed to send in an original prescription, I then went to my Vet and retrieved the Script since for some reason they couldn't fax it, then I waited a week and was told they still haven't received it. I emailed the following day and was told that they want me to give the mail 10 days, so I guess they are in a part of Florida that has very slow mail service, but even then they won't be able to fulfill my order since they "just ran out of Proin and won't be getting any in till March 20th" it is now Feb 23rd so now I have to go back to my Vet and purchase from them as I should have done to begin with. I'm not sure why it Would take a month for them to receive their supply ofa common supplement for dogs but I'm guessing it's got to do with where it's coming from (China maybe?)

I order flea & tick RX for my dog. I ordered it on Friday afternoon. Order was sent immediately to my Vet. My Vet responded right away on Saturday morning and okayed the Rx. It was mailed out on Saturday and I received it in the mail today (Monday). Can't get much faster than that. The whole process went very smooth. 1800PetMeds is really on the ball and got it mailed out in super fast time. I highly recommend them. I will definitely use them again. Thank you 1800Pet Meds!!!!!!

We just went online to check the status of our little boy's allergy meds (ordered for the first time from 1800PetMeds). When I tracked the package, I saw that it was delivered two days ago to our OLD address. We realized that, while we had updated the billing address, we did not update the shipping info. I clicked the Live Chat and got Bradley. Bradley is shipping a replacement order to us FOR FREE tomorrow! Really? Really?? Who does that??!! Evidently 1800PetMeds does - even when it's your fault! We went there for the prices but we will stay for the customer service! Thanks, Bradley!

I ordered Seresto flea collars on the website ( one for small dog, one for indoor cat). They can pretty quick but about two weeks after the collars were on them I noticed FLEAS!!! Yikes! I emailed them immediately letting them know the collars didn't seem to be working and within 15 minutes received a reply from customer service apologizing for the problem and not one, but TWO options to take further action. Above and beyond what I was expecting. Thank you! Will continue to do business based on this experience.

I have used this company many times over the years and had good service. The last two times, they sort of forgot to send my order. Apparently, they think refunding the amount of expedited shipping makes it OK. No. Additionally, if you want confirmation and shipping emails, you have to agree to all of their spam emails. This is my last order from them. There are plenty of other companies who do this.

They send me an email for reordering 2 prescriptions. I get a call a week after confirming the order and the pharmacist tells me that I am ordering 1 if them too early! How am I doing it too early when they are the ones sending me the reminder to order again? Then the pharmacist had me count the remaining pills I have. When he finds out I will need more in a week, he questions me about it like I am misusing my 18 year old dogs meds. My dog takes 1 peice of a pill every 8-12 hours (or as needed for pain). I have never been treated this way when ordering his medications elsewhere. The man or woman on phone was rude and unhelpful! I have cancelled the order with 1800petmeds and will happily get them filled through my vet again. They did not care one bit about losing a customer, nor did they try anything to correct the issue. I DO NOT recommend 1800petmeds for elderly animals that require medication to function!!! I will never order with them again for any animal I have due to the way they handled this refill (that they sent me an email saying it was time to order again)!! Terrible customer service!

Customer service is outstanding. I placed a large order of medication for my dog. Unfortunately my dog was hit by a car a few days after the order was placed. When I received the package in the mail I was devastated. I called customer service and the representative could not have been kinder or more sympathetic. I received a full refund instantly. Highly recommend this service. Also, they include a treat with every purchase and my dogs look very forward to the treat!!

Pet Meds charged my card 3 times for the same prescriptions. I have talked to 4 customer reps who all said they would correct the issue. The 4th CR did refund the charges but not the correct amounts. At this point I just give up. I ordered from Pet Meds because I have no time to pick up Medications from my Vet but today I spent all day on the phone with them.

I called Petmeds to order a prescription on Monday morning. I told the woman my dog had enough pills for 3 days and was told I would receive the meds within 1 day of shipment since I lived close to their warehouse. I was also told I would receive an email when they shipped. I never did. I called them back on Thurs to see what happened to my order since I don't have any meds left. Was told they are going out that day via next day delivery. I didn't receive them so I called again on Friday and was told they are in the process of shipping but wouldn't receive them until Monday. This woman said she would make a special order to ship out overnight for Saturday delivery. It is Sat evening and no meds. I called Petmeds again & was told there was no special order. My order was still showing Monday delivery. Meanwhile, my dog is out of her steroid pills. The discount cost is not worth the it. I will only buy through my vet from here on ifor her meds. This is the worst!!

This company guaranteed 5 day shipping to Canada and I paid $15 for this as I needed pet medication urgently. After 20 days of calling up and enquiring as to where it was, I found out they had incorrectly sent it to Australia for no apparent reason at all, and despite my receipt/all my details clearly showing shipping address in Canada. No one had told me this on the many other times I called (when they told me it was 'on its way to Canada' and no apologies in the end. Totally incompetent. Use the word 5 day delivery guarantee as a scam to get you to purchase when they do not even have stock on hand and make you wait up to 20 days or longer. This business would never survive in a real world setting but they think they can continue to operate like this online + maintain a reputation, good luck with that! This place is a total joke and Im seriously considering exercising my consumer rights if I don't get a refund in 5 days.I will also make sure any potential customer of this company is aware of their reputation and the way that they operate. FYI Petmeds, some of your customers are lawyers and know their legal rights....

I did a google search for Galliprant pet meds and on the right side of my screen, it advertises a 60mg, 90 count bottle for $77.99 from 1-800-petmeds. It also says "price drop, was $179". I click on it to order and the price almost tripled to over $200! I call the number and they say, we don't see what you are looking at, the price is $204 and is on sale for $198. What a rip off. They should honor their prices advertised. Won't be shopping here.

I've tried a few other online pet pharmacies, and 1800PetMeds it the best!! My dog has arthritis. I have found two places that were slightly cheaper, but NONE are as reliable. I order, and 3 business days later it is here. Never a problem- both other cheaper pharmacies were nightmares to deal with. Twice I was overcharged and meds were delayed. I will never ever ever try anyone else!!

I am very pleased with 1800petmeds. My wonderful Dog was on a couple of different meds and they always came quickly and with a fun big treat for my dog. From her first package with a treat, anything that came in a box became hers, as she thought that all boxes had treats. After opening her med box, she would carry the box around for a while, thinking it would produce another treat. I loved the added touch of the treat in the med box. I started using this company when my dog was about 13.10 yrs and used them for a year. She has recently passed at home and we couldn't be more pleased with customer service and our last order we placed a week before she died and it was shipped and she ate the treat that came in the box. This company cares about it customers and I would highly recommend this company to friends and family. Their prices were much better than the vet prices.

My dog, Lucky, thinks these Heartguard chewables are the best tasting chewables around! He is so picky and finicky with any medicines and no matter what you do, even using peanut butter, he won't eat it and will try to eat around it and what's left the...the medicine. Lol So, he loves this Heartguard chewables. What Lucky's Mama loves is PetMeds is a great company with excellent prices and Awesome Customer Service. They will go out and about to help you with your order. A+

I ordered my dog's meds and even ordered the overnight shipping so he would get them in plenty of time. After a week I contacted them to find out where my order was and they said my vet needed to speak with me before authorizing the meds, except they never conveyed this message to me. So my dog is out of his necessary meds and they never offered to try and fix this or contact the vet or try to expedite my order. Do not use this company.
