Fantastic service. Sim arrived next day. Took 24hrs to activate but I was able to get mum up and running easily. Mum is 300 miles away during and during Covid lockdown Her landline failed. She’d changed her mobile and didn’t get on with it. So she suddenly became in contactable . So I Bought her a new phone Along with a 1p mobile payg SIM card. Hey presto Mum is now in contact again. 1stclass service and easy for me to manage for her. 1p Seem to be the only company to offer traditional payg. So important to the elderly who don’t embrace modern technology. Thank you so much.it was such a worry when we couldn’t contact mum

I was paying a contract but it was becoming a waste of money as I wasn't using it. So looked around and 1pMobile was just what I required. Only £30 a year for PAYG suits me. Service is great. Running on the EE network you know your going to be connected in most areas. Brilliant!

So far so good I was with ID before on contact could never use my phone a home thought I would give 1pMobile a try so far I can get signal at home even have 4g so very happy changeover was smooth got my old number no problem and contracted will recommend to my friends who live in our village.
