I was really impressed with the quality of service by 1st IT. They were quick and efficient to deal with my request regarding expanding my network.

David Pascoal on the phone was polite and knowledgeable and I was happy to deal with him.
David's courteous manner resulted in the issue being dealt with effectively. David has an attention to detail and was able to fully understand my issues, despite me not being particular technical. David explained the resolution in a non technical manner and has been a pleasure to work with.

Luke was friendly and helpful and persisted even when it took two days to resolve. Luke could have communicated more clearly on the phone, saying clearly who he was and why he was calling, as we have several people picking up the phone and there was some confusion about who he wanted to speak to. I felt Like was eager to resolve the problem, which was great!

Edwin Brock at 1st IT helped me to add Hand in Hand International Company Data and a printer to a private MAC laptop. It was a little complicated as the laptop is not on the net work but he managed to do it fairly quickly and it worked fine. We had a few problems today, when we couldn't access the company data but I spoke to Edwin again and he helped us and it is now working. Maybe one comment I have is that Edwin didn't explain to us how to access the data as it is a bit different on a MAC and that was why we had a problem today.

I rang twice yesterday and got told that everything was ok with my laptop. unfortunately I had to go out so could not get to try it until later last night and the problem was still occurring.
I rang this morning and got told they would call me back within minutes and I had to eventually ring back. I then was put onto Luke who dealt with the problem straight away and stuck to the timescale he said it would take.

1st IT's First Class support has been vital. They have helped me learn a lot about my role and the IT demands of my organisation. From reconfiguration of the Office and improving Wi Fi signal to knowledge of the server, First IT has been an incredibly helpful and effective resource of support.

I first spoke to Ines who could not fix the issue and promised a call back which never came. I also could not understand her and had to keep asking to repeat instructions. After more than half an hour I called again and put through to Luke, who also could not find the problem, but he did call me back and was very helpful indeed. He then waited to make sure I could access everything before he ended the call. He was excellent, but overall the service was very poor and I lost the best part of a morning's work because of this.

Delete users to increase hard drive space
- Good, reduced it to one user (from three) as requested. Created a lot of space.
- Happy

Add new user Kiera Burton to group calendars on outlook
- Took a long time
- The IT technician was unsure whether it could be done
- Logged into the computer of the 'owner' of the calendar and still was unsure
- Successfully added me in and it now works well
- Main downside was that it took a great deal of time

Added printers onto new user
- Logged into a colleagues computer to check printers IP / info
- Fast
- Hooked it up and no problems
- Happy
