The store on 67 and Thomas is the worst store I got 4 loan in 6[ six] yrs my income is the same i live in rhe same house and my cars just about paid off but now my income is insufficient and I have insufficient credit history with 1stop now. I believe this person showed signs of being a raceies.

Thank you to Yovanna and her Store Manager Alvaro for there excellent customer service. They were so kind and helpful with helping me with my loan. Each of them took the time to help me with all my questions about my loan. I would recommend their store and the 1 Stop Title Loans company to my friends and others. Store 10 Karla Lieras & Store manager Alvaro always give me and my husband wonderful service they always make sure our needs are met I will recommend this loan store to any of my friends or family. I llove all the associates working here they always show me good service and help !! Thank you 1 Stop !!

I had a loan with a 1 Stop location formerly on Indian School in Phoenix. They were GREAT. They told me that I could delay payments if I informed them before the due date. I never did use that, and I paid my loan off early. At my current loan location on Glendale Avenue, when I asked if I could delay my payment I was told that wasn't possible. Besides that, the way my payments were scheduled, I was late on a payment. I extended my loan, and I put on my application that I was paid on the 15th and the end of the month.

The service provided by the store manager was great, she was friendly and answerd any questions I had.
It wasn't at all what I expected. They give you the lowest loan amount and the interest in the end is the same amount or if not greater then the actual loan amount.

I applied online the night before...got a call in the morning to finish interview and tell me what documents to bring. I stopped by a location after work and I was out with my loan in 30 min...friendly, no-hassle experience

I agree with most of the reviews I have read about 1 stop, the customer service great....but what really irriated when I wanted to see if I could get an additional loan on the one I currently have I would have to pay the interest first......now that was something new....I never before had to pay the interest first before I could get a loan.....I needed cash or else I would not have come in......so that part I don't like and will think long and hard before I borrow from 1 stop again.

A $700 loan should not have an Apr of 114% +. On an 12 month term the payback amount is $1500, not what I was quoted on the phone, not what was advertised, and the wait times and "I don't care" attitude of the staff really set the tone. I am paying this off as fast as I can and never going back

I went in to get a small loan of $300 thinking I would be denied because I've only been making payments on my car for 2 months and no equity in it. I was approved fast and I was extremely happy with the service! You guys are a lifesaver!
