I ordered 100 face masks, they arrived with printing issues and, oh, they're $#*!ing HUGE. Absolutely useless. Customer service keeps brushing me off, saying that this is their only and standard size. They're a scam.

The face by themselves will not afford any degree of safety from virtalinfections in our opinion. They do however provide a very comfortable fitting mask to hold a proper filter over you nose and mouth. They fit nicely behind the ears and hold a filter firmly in place. We have used repeatedly and they do withstand multiple machine washings with a normal load of clothes. We would recommend them as a support mask for a proper filter.

Well everyone in the customer service department was very nice, the information they provided was unhelpful. I don't like how the company can't provide a shipping date. If you needed this by a certain time, it's completely unreliable. But, if you don't have a time frame... It's a great product to purchase. The pictures on the socks showed up great. We havent actually pulled them out of the plastic wrap yet because they are a Christmas gift so I'm hoping the wear quality will be good.

The mask was exactly what I wanted, with excellent print quality from the resolution of the image I submitted. The wait time was appropriate & not too long (as long as you're not spoiled by Amazon's 2 day turnaround - this IS custom, after all). The price was very reasonable as well, as I found most premade masks to be priced much higher, and this allowed me to customize with my own image, and was less after shipping than most of those other masks are BEFORE. I definitely recommend this site.

First time buying, but have been looking for a while. Hope it meets expectations. Update: ran into a bit of an issue, but got it resolved in less than a month. Very satisfied with the products, but I think communication between those handling the tickets and the people who actually can resolve the issue probably could be better. I provided all of the requested pictures, it was an obvious mix-up, and I was just surprised that it took a little over 3 weeks to resolve.

Phone connection quality was not great as the call kept going in and out. I had to use email as communication source while on call with customer service. Price compared to actual lipstick box structure quality is a little excessive. The boxes weren't all neatly placed together. This makes it have uneven sides on some and they do not stand up straight. Customer service person was nice and they did help me tremendously.

web site was a bit confusing about additional costs for rush jobs... never figured out how much that cost was.. Also, the item i ordered said it could be customized however it is not able to be customized.

This is my second order from you. My only issue is that after talking to customer support I could not go in and modify a past order, nor could I simply reorder the past order again. I had to go in and start from scratch. Disappointing.

Frustrated with the way the shipping zip code works. You should be able to change it on the fly in the order screen instead of having to back out of the payment screen and go back to the order. Did not appreciate getting an email with the link to click if you received your order when my order was still in the production stage. Seems that the email might be automated at a certain days after you order. That email should be sent after you have shipped the items.

I really appreciate the fact that I can talk to someone on the phone without waiting! I didn't like hearing that I had to choose rush shipping for each order, even though standard shipping said it would get my items to me in plenty of time. I did not pay an extra $30+ x 2 to rush the orders. I hope I can trust this company to my orders to me with in a few days of what was listed at check out.

Everything was fine until the check out- the zip code I orginially used in the cart was different than where I wanted them shipped. Then I had to go back to the cart couldn't find where to change it. Went back tried again. Had to put everything in the check out 3x. Very frustrating. Other than that everything else with design etc was great.

So far so good. Site was easy to use and design tools were easy enough to make it look good, as long as it comes out the way I had it in the sample. Only hesitation was that I needed 2 colors and the option was locked onto 1 color. But the pop up notification about 2 colors made me feel comfortable enough to place my order and trust that I would be contacted if there were an issue before the order was printed.

Not understanding all the bad reviews! I searched the internet for affordable wristbands for hours and they had the lowest price. Arrived over a week earlier than planned and everything was perfect. 700 wristbands for $154 was a steal! Good quality for price and shipment time. Customer service responded quickly to my "online tickets" and the online agent in the bottom left corner was quick and helpful. Will buy again if I need wristbands!

I ordered 16 oz. stadium cups. They came in really fast and the pricing was great! I loved that I could have the print on BOTH side AND they have the option to get them Made in the USA! Love it!!! I also really appreciated their customer service, who contacted me because some of my art was too small to print clearly. I edited it and resubmitted it and they look GREAT!

so many adds and offers of coupons that it was hard to see what information to fill out for the order. made me take off the extra numbers of the zip code for shipping because they were more than the zip code numbers associated with my credit card, thus could be a problem in shipping. It is likely that this will be my only purchase here yet i had to set up a username and password. need guest ordering process.

I placed my first order within 1 wk from my second order. Unfortunately, I forgot my password. It keep stating it would send me a token to verify but, I never relieved it. Not sure if the reason because, I work through the middle of the night an no one is there or not at this time. I desperately needed this order so I just opened another account using different email address

Customer service not even good. Can't understand most of the people I talk with. I've filed a claim for the color discrepancy in my bands, and have sent picture after picture, but they keep responding, "we need you to send a different picture, we can't tell by what you sent us". This has now happened 4 times. My pictures show clearly the color differences. This is not hard guys, just look at the picture and tell me you got the color wrong.

thank you- very easy. I enjoyed being able to design my merchandise on here from scratch. I wish there were more clip art options and I'm not super fond of the set up fee being so high but I enjoyed everything else.

Shopping experience was quick,(and very easy. Delivery was actually faster then the date to arrive as given to me. So shopping and delivery were both quick, easy, terrific! The product ordered (black face masks) fit great, however, I wish they would not have been made with such a "thin" material....Thank you for your service!

We ordered sanitizer for our folk to use and the sanitizer bottle was not a flip top as shown on the website. Was disappointed product was not as appeared in picture. The type bottle makes it inconvenient for children to use without spilling. Also said shipment would be delayed due to labels being printed though there were no labels. Shipment was timely however, so don't know why they said delayed. Sanitizer odor was so strong, smelled just like regular rubbing alcohol...
