If I could I would rate it a negative 4. Terrible customer service, they take your money then don't respond or send you your dress. I rush ordered my prom dress and it's was supposed to be here 2 months ago. My prom is in less than 2 weeks. Don't use this bull$#*! exscuse of a online store.

I ordered my dress February 10 th and it's now March 25th and still no dress also , there is no contracting tgem the number is fake and the email is a scam no one will contact you back , ladies please do not trust these people too have your special event dress ready . My prom is luckily May 4th and I have time too get a new one also if you can't get a refund , like me go too your bank and tell them an place randomly took your money and they will handle it . Do not ABSOLUTELY NO TRUSTING THEM .

alovely dress. Lightweight, airy, and comfortable. I originally ordered a size 4, my usual size, but returned it for a size down which fits much better on the shoulders and waist. The length of the main dress works for me (I'm 5'434;), but I'm having the tulle overlay hemmed a couple of inches. I'll be wearing this for my sister's wedding come Cinco de Mayo. Super excited!

I ordered a dress and realized after reading all the reviews, I should've known not to. Ive tried calling and emailing this company about how I am able to cancel my order and I still have not received any response back. The phone number doesnt work and it tells you to leave a voicemail message but you cant because the mailbox is full. Wishing I read the reviews before I ordered.

I thought it was more of a dark green, but it's a slightly dark green. Would be beautiful on a different person, but I need a bolder look. It's a very soft, gentle dress with a soft/light fabric on the bottom. Very detailed lace. I ordered a large, and it probably would've fit a 10. I'm a 6.

I bought this dress for my senior prom in the blue, and I could not have gotten a better dress. Not only is this dress beautiful but it's also so comfortable and fits very well. You will truly feel like an elegant princess with this dress. I received so many compliments, and the teachers even told me that my dress was the best dress that night! You truly get the bang out of your buck with this dress.

Do not buy! The dress that I received was made out of the cheapest material! It looked nothing like the pictures and when I tried returning it they stopped answering my emails! I'm now out of $169Worst Experience EVER!

I ordered two dresses off you site and the one I ordered first still hasn't come. The second dress has arrived today and I love it, but I'm afraid that the other one will be a no show. I saw that you used two different postal services. You guys shouldn't use EMS EXPRESS SERVICES anymore because my dress is still somehow "preparing" and it's been almost one month.

This dress looks charming on the website and when I got it I can only say its surpassed all my expectations! I went by the measurements guide and had my dress customized and it came in perfectly for me. Anyone who know about sewing, the final touches are important. Inside the dress is a covered elastic with bra hooks to secure the strapless dress. Thank you, 27dress.

Loved the dress we purchased it took a little longer then expected but they kept in contact with us and we got the dress on time. Would definitely order from them again. The detail on the dress was beautiful.

The dress arrived quickly, everything its alright. But it doesnt fit properly, also I selected the same color as the picture (gold) and it came rose-gold kind. The color is pretty, but isn't as expected. Its too expensive for the quality. Be careful if you want to order from this page, there are many people and reviews telling its fishy/scam. In the tag it was from a brand named "Babydress" or something like that. Please take care

You are better off going to your local boutique or something. I ordered a wedding dress from these goons, The sent me a whatsapp saying they couldn't find the exact lace i ordered and literally forced me to pick between two totally different kinds of lace, totally different to what i wanted. The said if i didn't pick a new lace my dress would take long to be made. wasn't happy at all. they sent me a picture of the final dress and its ugly and looks cheap. Miserable bride here :(

My daughter placed an order a prom dress a month in advance, and they guaranteed delivery on time. 2 days before the prom, it still did not ship, and they said that would ship it within 24 hours. They didn't. And now customer service will not respond. I'm not holding my breath for a refund.

It is a scam! Do not buy from them!!!!! I had the worst experience with this company. We ordered a prom dress for my daughter and paid the extra $$$ for rush shipping. We did not receive the dress on the date promised. In fact, It didn't arrive until a week after prom. When it did arrived it was the wrong color, looked nothing like the picture, did not fit and was poor quality fabric. I have sent over 30 emails (as this is the only way to contact them) to this company trying to get shipping, return and refunds. It cost be more than the dress to send it back.

My daughter ordered her wedding dress when received it was the wrong dress nothing like what she had ordered we tried calling 67 times no reply emailed 98 times no reply I've did some research and found that this place has been investigated and was found to be a scam I have proof I took a screen shot of the article I DO NOT advise ANYONE to order from this place we have asked for a refund and nothing place takes your money and u get what they decide to send you

Ladies call you bank and have them stop payment. Gather all the email correspondence and take them to your bank showing how these people will stop responding when they don't produce what they promised, so the bank can attempt to get your money back. Kimi is the person that responds in the wee hours of the morning because she or he thinks you're asleep, promising to talk the manager about a refund but it's all lies!!! Told me that I could only get 30% of my refund because they had finish the dress. So I said well send me the tracking number for the shipped dress and no response until early next morning around 2:00 am. Then they said well I'll talk to the manager about your refund Monday. Monday came and went until early Tuesday Morning, and message said "Will talk to manager tomorrow about refund!! I said to them, " You said that Sunday" They're liars!!! Sorry ladies about the horrible experience you're getting from these people, when it should be a happy and exciting time!!!
