I had chosen 360 Finance out of a number of other companies several years ago when obtaining car finance. I found their rates very competitive and was impressed with the way that Mark Payne assisted me through the process. I have recently obtained car finance from 360 Finance for the third time and wouldn't hesitate recommending them to anyone
who was looking to obtain finance for their car.

The customer service in this place is amazing, I’m amazed they got a loan out for me as we both had been having trouble but at the end of the day 360 got one for me which I’m stoke about. Only thing that caught me off Guard was the fees.

This is my third time with 360 finance and they never ceased to amazed me. Always the lowest rate and unbeatable service....Love their Work, especially Mark Payne!!

Our broker Daniel Smith has helped us out several time now and has always been a pleasure. This time around he certainly went above and beyond to get us what we wanted and he is an pleaser wrk deal with. I highly recommend 360 finance to all.

I found Mark and Craig were both very helpful and friendly. Mark was extremely patient while I was gathering necessary documents, I feel he is definitely dedicated to his work as he took the time to check in with how the process was going even when he was out of office.

I'm happy with the rates and my new car.

Poor communication with the customer, poor case management, process is far too long, loan documents are not provided to customer until right at the last minute, rates are no where near competitive as the website describes, I had to chase the progress the whole six weeks it took. Luckily our caravan delivery date was delayed 2 weeks as our finance was not finalised despite starting the process 4 weeks prior! Company slogan reads: Come for the rates, Stay for the service. The company does not live up to this promise. Would never recommend to anyone.

I was passed on to 360 finance by the dealer as they were unable to secure a loan at the capacity required. Right from the start the members I spoke to, Leanne Kovak, was engaging and helpfull. There wasn't an issue with any of the questions and in the end Leaane stayed back to get this application through.

I had to wait the weekend BUT then Terri Rush sent an email informing me that the applcation had been sucsessfull and picking up of the car could happen the next day.

Once the team from 360 Finance took hold of the application things appeared to go smoothly and they both made me feel like I was there priority for the duration of the applicatoin. No question was too hard and were answered promptly.

Thank you for your help and assistance. I would recomend 360 Finance to any one looking for a loan.

I had a very good experience with 360 finance. They made the whole process of borrowing hassle free.initially I thought I might delay the process due to my busy schedule at work, however, due to quick response and advice from Simon from 360 finance, I was able to get a loan on my vehicle in a very short period of time.Thank you so much Simon Starling.

Over the course of the loan process only three times was a call returned to me, the other 12 times I called to follow up on if documents were received and how the process was progressing . I was not told of any of the fees and charges at all it was only when I received the contract to sign that I realised the charges that were put on top of my loan

This would have been a 5 star and I really would have been a 3.5 start if I could of. At the moment I agreed with my consultant to go with 360 I gave him the timeframe I had to pick up the car as I live in the Country and this vehicle was 1.5 hours travel each way. This deadline was not met subsequently I could not pick up the car and this was very disappointing. Brock did apologise which is fine however although he apologised that did not get the car when I had arranged to and he stated he could. Other than this Brock was excellent from start to finish

Blake from 360 Finance was fantastic! We came in with a complicated financial situation and he took us through each option to ensure we got the best deal. Communication was exceptional, and he hustled to meet the (admittedly) very short timeframe.
Most importantly, the deal was great and we were never left in any doubt of the next step in the process.
