I have been purchasing parts from 360Tech for the past seven years. Always excellent service, prompt delivery and very good prices. They also supply hard to find parts for retired plotters and printers, very important in keeping the outdated products working. Overall a truly efficient and friendly company to do business with.

We recently purchased a 4350N Laserjet printer from 360 Technologies. Overall we had a good experience purchasing from this company. When I called them to get a quote a salesperson actually answered the phone! I loved that. The sales representative was knowledgable and was able to help me decide between two printers. They had me fill out a credit card authorization form which I actually liked for my own records. The only negative thing was their country hold music (but they are in Texas!) Good price, good printer and I will call them again.

I have to start this review by saying that I never post anything on the internet past ebay feedback, but my experience with this company was so good that it got me off my rear to give them some good press.

I ordered a VERY large plotter (box was 400lbs or so) from 360tech on a Thursday evening. The item arrived Monday to my astonishment.

The price was unbeatable, and the service was there to match. I had no problem discussing my order over the phone, and every request I made was attended to in a timely manor. The staff doesn’t seem that big, which for me is a good thing, as finding the person I spoke with last was not a problem (I often forget to write down names).

If you are looking for HP equipment, especially oversize printers, you should check with 360tech.com. If the item says “call for price”, don’t do what I usually do and move on, actually call them. You will not be disappointed.
