I bought a Raise Pro 2 from 3DGBIRE, which has been brilliant but unfortunately prints started to fail as a result of a temperature fluctuation. As it was still covered by the warranty I spoke to Dave in the support team of 3DGBIRE and he took care of everything. The printer was collected the next day and they had fixed it and ready to return it within 5 working days. The support team even arranged 48hr test prints to thoroughly prove the fix. I experienced straight forward, honest and prompt after sales support.

My Ultimaker "bricked" and would do nothing... phoned the guys at 3DGBIRE... sent them the printer which they very promptly fixed and sent back. In this case, with no charge. Brilliant! I didn't even buy it from them but they represent Ultimaker interests in the UK and, frankly, Ultimaker should be very grateful!

Amazing sales and support, I have been in contact with Alex in support and he has been outstanding, not only can he diagnose issues quickly but he is also willing to share his experience and enthusiasm for the latest technologies enabling me to make informed purchasing decisions. Took my 2go ultimaker on a Friday afternoon for the team to have a look at. Been having a few to many failed prints. The team looked over it, over 30 minutes, replaced a few simple parts and it is now printing like a brand new printer. Incredible service, could not do enough for me and also got a free tour with the engineer of their showroom. Which is incredible, the machines they have in are worth a trip. Thank you 3dgbire.

1st class service, the order placement to delivery was very well communicated, delivery time given within a 1 hour window. Out of the box and printing in a every short timescale, very minimal setup required.

I purchased 4 Ultimaker 2+ machines for my workshop from 3DGBIRE with +2 year extended warranty. I have always found the staff responsive and helpful and their delivery times are great. I would highly recommend and would definitely use them again when the time comes to upgrade my 3D printers.

3DGBIRE have been brilliant in the past and my last visit was no exception. Our printer was fixed within the time I was there and I was walked through every step they made.

Whilst there, I was given a tour of the new facility and had their consortium of amazing 3D prints shown to me; this turned my trip into a tour of the museum of curiosities and definitely propelled my interest into the art of 3D printing into overdrive.

I will always be keeping in contact with 3DGBIRE for all my printing queries, knowledge, technical support and future purchasing expertise.

Everyone should take a visit to see their new facility to become accustomed to the teams friendly nature and unparalleled skill!!

I have used 3DGBIRE both personally and professionally over the last 5 years, having bought printers and accessories from them as a member of University staff and for my own use. I have found their service to be swift and personal, with emails and phone calls answered promptly and in detail. Issues are always handled by one member of staff per enquiry, so I don't feel like I'm talking to an invisible 'customer service advisor', which means I know where to go the next time I am looking for a new piece of kit or some upgrades (Shaun!). This is also super helpful when working to a deadline, they have dug me out of a few holes with their exceptional support. Will certainly continue using 3DGBIRE in the future.

Excellent service from Dave and his colleagues. Our S5 had some issues and these were resolved very quickly by the team at 3DGBIRE.
Would recommend their services for printer repairs -- 5 stars!!!

I'd never heard of this company being new to 3D printing but they are the UK distributor for Ultimaker products which reassured me as '3DGBIRE' sounded like one of those strange transaction codes that raises an eyebrow when it appears on your bank statement. But no such fears, they have proved themselves a genuine and trustworthy company in my first and subsequent dealings with them. I didn't feel the sales agent I spoke to on the phone had a particularly profound knowledge of the product being sold but the tech support people certainly do and the web-shop is smooth and efficient. Products delivered promptly and well packaged etc. I have continued to use them for consumables etc since my initial purchase and will continue to do so.

Very professional and excellent service, I've now been dealing with 3DGBIRE since early 2018 and they have never let me down.

One example we have a few issues with one printer and within days it was all fixed ready to go which meant limited any down time and was offered a loan printer while ours was being fixed.

Shaun and the team are an asset to company and are great to work with.

Bought an Ultimaker 3 and can see why it's been voted one of the best 3D printer in 2019. However, the unexpected bonus has been 3DGBIRE. An exceptional team of people - Knowledgeable, helpful and kind. I'm new to 3D printing technology, so it's reassuring to know that I have 3DGBIRE to help me on this journey. I've purchased more than just a 3D printer.
