Didn't look up the reviews before buying and I regret it. 2 to 3 days is just a gimmick, followed up after 2 weeks and got a response from Jennifer Delpome that 'it would ship by the end of the week'. Never happened and they have stopped replying to emails. Scamming people on medical supplies is beyond low will be calling 311 to report this scam business.

we bought some medical supplies from 4MD Medical, we didn't received our order complete, they said they were gonna fix it and send the product we were missing, after a week of not contacting us by phone or email to keep us updated we decided to call, we called for 2 days in a row with the second day waiting on the phone for 4 hrs with out anyone answering and just being on hold, we sent an email complaining and they said some one was already working on our case, so far no calls or updates, the is a bad business, don't buy from them, they are awful and just make you waist your time and so far we haven't receive our money back, never buying from them again!!!

I would have given zero stars but unfortunately that is not an option! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING from these SCAMMERS!!!! I attempted to 'shop local' for a desperately needed medical item for our physician office. A package that would have been light weight and quick to ship; just like they were quick to charge our card!! Here it is 14 days later - NO product, NO emails and they will not even answer the phone!!! As I am typing this I am currently on hold for customer service for 1 hour, 28 minutes, 11 seconds! I have sent two emails and numerous messages via their online chat system, which of course, is NEVER online. I have not heard anything back from anyone. The website says emails are answered in one day...it has been five since my original email! TERRIBLE customer service and TERRIBLE ethics. LOOK ELSEWHERE for anything you might need!!

I ordered 2 months ago and still have not received the product... no response except 3 messages - 1 on FB and 2 on email they will check into it. You can't get them on the phone. I've complained via the BBB and Paypal through which I paid them...and still nothing... NEVER USE THEM... YOU WILL GET SCAMMED FROM MY EXPERIENCE.

I ordered several items, paid for the order including their S&H. I get an email that my order has shipped and another email that an item was removed from order because it was discontinued. The item is a national brand and not really discontinued. I checked my order to find out that 2 out of 3 items in my order were removed not one - each with several units count. So the basically 9 items out of 12 were cancelled without any notice before shipping the butchered order or the opportunity to approve or cancel. That is they sending me 3 small items that cost the same as their high shipping charge. No apology - no response. Terrible place.

I tried to order an elbow brace from this company. My first problem was that when I was ordering on-line I couldn't get the system to indicate the correct number of items that I wanted to order. I tried 3 times to order 2 braces. The system indicated 20, 22 and 24. I couldn't change those numbers. I wound-up calling in my order. After 2 weeks I had not gotten the items and wanted to see the status of my order. The system told me that the status was "processed", nothing more. I tried to call to ask about status but couldn't get anyone to answer after over 20 minutes on hold. I tried again to get status the next day. I wound-up on hold for over 20 minutes again, but while on hold I found a place to send them an inquiry via e-mail. The next day I got an e-mail that said that the item I wanted was not longer offered by 4MD Medical. I will admit that the product I wanted is a little hard to get, but they should have told me that they couldn't complete my order.

I ordered a product that was recommended by a surgeon for recovery, found limited availability, and 4MD was one of the few that listed the item. I ordered 11 days ago, heard nothing for a week then I got an email with a tracking number. I've checked the tracking number for the past 4 workdays and it always comes up invalid. I contacted the company by email and phone and never get a response on either. Clearly they're scamming people. Hopefully, you're reading this before placing an order and not after. Go elsewhere, even if you have to pay more. Better to spend a little more and actually get what you paid for than to save and get nothing. Buyer beware.

Ordered on May 13, on website does not show anywhere about shipping to PO Boxs. Once I found out it was coming FEDEX,contact per computer , no live person due to virus. Gave Jennifer Delpome the correct physical address. Tried twice to see if it was changed. No response. When they did respond they just mention the PO Box.Looked up FEDEX, it was shipped to an old address that i did not even give her. It was delivered to an vacant address. No telling who has the syringes now. Asked for a refund.....no response yet.

I ordered a bath lift from4MD. It was more expensive than on other sites but I figured I would get better service. It said shipping in 3-5 days. Two weeks later it arrived... without a seat.! I called and was told seats are extra and must be ordered separately. No where on the website is this noted. The website DID say a REPLACEMENT SEAT could be purchased. While on the phone with them, the item was taken down from the website and the wording slightly changed. I ordered the seat and now two weeks later, it has not arrived. I called again and was told(after 1/2 hour on hold) that it was on backorder and should come in today. I won't hold my breath. I live in a senior community and will not recommend this company to anyone although all are waiting for my opinion.

We bought an item online worth over $630 and the entire process was successful from start till end coupled with successful funds deduction through shared Credit Card. Later, after a couple of weeks once they were approached to seek the status of delivery it was informed that order stands canceled that was only when you approached. Later, it was repurchased and after over THREE months we did not receive the item while online tracking against FedEx AWB it reflects to be received but signed off by someone we could not identify. The matter was taken up with the supplier who could only be reached over voice call after total failure to earn a response through e-mail. Customer Services lady assured to probe and resolve the issue that after one week was denied in total with total disregard of BUSINESS NORMS and ETHICS. Presently, all concerned are disregarding the calls and e-mails with mere statement that we can not help.

Ordered face masks Jan 27,2020. Was told they were in stock. The credit card was charged but no delivery 2 weeks later and no notice of product having shipped. Come to think of it, when I ordered allergy shot syringes it also took forever before they finally showed up. If you expect better service than that you may have to go elsewhere. My office started ordering medical supplies from Amazon Prime!

I placed order while item was showing in stock. Waited days to ship as it stated it was processed. When I sent email inquiring about the order they cancelled stating item is out of stock. Poor customer service. if you cannot update inventory online do not have online store. I could have purchased from somebody else.

I tried to order Sammons Preston Reachers on line, they were listed for $4.99 for the 26" and $9.99 for the 32". When I went to check out, the prices changed to $11.30 for the 26" and $11.55 for the 32". I live chatted my concerns, Lori responded that she had the lower pricing I did and I should call and place the order over the phone. When I did that I was told there was a "glitch" in their system and the prices they advertised yesterday and this morning were incorrect. Put me on hold several times, finally said to refresh the page and I would see the ACTUAL prices but as a courtesy they could offer me 10% off. Seriously!!! Spoke with STACY M. (supposed to be the manager), she too offered me 10% off. Said they would not honor the pricing they advertised, because it was an error, but now they corrected it (as I was on hold with them)! Isn't that illegal ??? Their customer service sucks and they are extremely DECEPTIVE. Be careful if you place an order!

The order placed and paid, supposedly there were stocks. For two months he has been giving me lengths for delivery by changing the date. Mysteriously 15 days ago they canceled the order without notifying me. They don't return my money until I claim it. And now it turns out that there are stocks but at double the price.

My order was placed on Nov 25, 2017. The site said Fast and Free shipping 3-5 days. After waiting 2 weeks and not receiving my order or confirmation of it being shipped, I decided to call the company. I was told it was scheduled to be shipped on 12/12 and the customer service representative tried telling me it was a refurbished machine, which I ordered a new one. After several minutes on hold the rep came back and told me I was correct, it would be a new machine. 12/12 came, so I called back for confirmation that it would be sent. I was told it was now scheduled for 12/29. I was very unhappy, so she said she would try to get it sent out on the 20th instead. So 12/20 came and I called once again, she said it had been sent and she would send me the tracking info. After receiving the tracking information, I tracked it and it said it would be delivered on 12/22. On 12/22 I waited all day and it never came, so I went back and tracked it again. It said it was delivered, but to someplace else and because of the holiday I was unable to get ahold of anyone. On 12/26 I got another confirmation with a new tracking number. I finally received the oxygen concentrator on 1/3/2018. When I received it the box was badly damaged and the seems of the concentrator were snapped apart. I will never purchase anything from this company again.

I ordered hand sanitizers on March 3 which 4MD showed to be in stock and I finally received half of my order on April 10. I immediately emailed the company and stated I wanted a refund for the part I did not receive since it had been so long to even get the order and I had since been able to get it elsewhere. They replied they would look in to it, but I never received a refund and I haven't heard from them since even though I emailed them a couple more times. Very poor customer service & very upset they didn't give me my refund!!!

I sent a few emails request cancel on my order. Angela replied back " it's cancel and takes 10 days back into my credit card". So I wait 10 days. Did not see a refund. Emailed them again, her name Angela Tucci replied to me again, she said " yours cancel issued yesterday " which should have been 2 weeks before that. Each email it's take 3-4 days for them to reply. She also said there will be a cancel confirmation and she will sent that to me when is issue. But now I sent another email request that cancel confirmation. Not have a reply yet. This order have been more than a month now. And my refund still not happen.

The listing of the item I ordered claimed to have +10 items in stock and my credit card was charged for the item. I later received an email indicating the item not in stock but when I went to the website it still showed that the item had +10 items.
