I purchase an inflatable rubber invalid ring - 18" from this supplier on 4/12/2017, used only two times for driving long distances. By the the second time I tried to use this product, June 2017, the ring was already leaking air, render it unusable. When asked for a replacement, it was denied. A complete waste of money and time. Now I have to start looking again for a reliable product to aliviate my back pain. Do not purchase products from a company which do not stand behind their products !!! Prime Medical Store ****!!!

I have used this company for over 13 years. They follow the insurance guidelines on providing medical equipment. They are a Medicare and a MediCal provider of medical equipment for over 18 years. They are also accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Health Care. The Nurse as described in a previous review was extremely helpful. She is a registered nurse, a public health nurse, and has a Master's Degree in Nursing. My doctor told me his entire practice of physicians uses this company. I highly recommend this company!!!!

We have found that this business does not have SSL (secure sockets layer), which means that you should think twice before trusting this business with your data, such as personal information or credit card details, because your information will not be digitally connected to a cryptographic key and secure connection cannot be established. We found that the domain for this business is older than two years which could be an indication that this is a trustworthy business with an established customer base and experience in their field.
