I ordered my ink cartridges 14 days ago & still have not received them. I have sent several emails with one reply to say they were investigating why I had not received my order. That was a week ago & I have heard nothing since. I was on hold on their telephone line for over half an hour & gave up in the end. Same with the chat line I was 3rd. in the Queue for half an hour & gave up on that. I have just come off the chat line again. I got down to 2nd. in the queue & by that time it was after 6 so got no further. CLOSING TIME 6PM. ORDER SOMEWHERE ELSE! I wish I had read the reviews before ordering & paying.

I've been buying inks from here for few years now. I always buy the compatible/recycled cartridges and they always work fine with my HP printer. Fast delivery and good prices.

Previously I have used other internet supply companies, but for years now I have been using 999 inks. With no exceptions this is the best company I have found. The price, the quality and speed of delivery are really top draw. I have never had a problem with a single ink cartridge. Superb products and service

I've been a user of 999inks for some years. Each time satisfied with web site and receipt of cartridge. Recently had a printing problem with a relatively new cartridge. Phone call to them and subsequent return email explaining what was likely to be the fault and subsequent solution worked perfectly. It was the printer rather than the cartridge. 999inks is to be recommended. I will continue to use them. Thanks team.

Ordered a pack of 4, opened one then realised they had sent the wrong ones. Called to tell them and they said they would refund the unopened ones. Returned all at my expense, now they say that as they were a pack of 4 they will not refund anything. Definitely Do Not Use.

I recently bought some ink for my epson XP245 the site states that there is 17ml in the black cartridge and 14 ml in the colours the ones i received had 14.6 ml and 9.6 ml . I have twice brought this to there notice but have received no reply and the site still quotes the same volumes

Since finding 999ink on Google, I have placed many ink orders for my Epsom printer. They always have stock and the order arrives next day. Prices are excellent and customer services are very helpful.

I have used 999INKS for many years. Always top quality and very fast service. No need to buy full price cartridges these compatibles work first and every time.

every time I have ordered the usually arrive within two days I have never tried compatible because at one time , not from you they would not work in my HP printer, no trouble with HP, so I use them.

I've used 999inks for many months now. Always received what I asked for with no delays. Never had a compatible cartridge that didn't work. What more can you ask for? Oh, and prices are good.

I placed an order on 27th Jan and the website said the item was in stock & ready for immediate dispatch. When I had heard nothing more by 3 Feb, I phoned to be told that the item was not in stock & they had no idea when it would be in stock - but they had charged my credit card. I told them to cancel the order and refund my card. They said it could take up to a week for a refund to come through. I said that was unacceptable and additionally, the item was still showing as in stock - which it clearly was not. Today, 12th Feb I have phoned them again as I still have not had a refund. It was very clear during the phone conversation that they have not even processed the refund.
Additionally, the person I spoke to on the phone was not only very rude, but also said that the item was no longer showing as in stock on the website. I have just checked and it is showing as in stock and "usually ships same business day"

I have been using g 999 inks for many years. I recently placed an order for my business and found the cartridge to be incompatible with my printer. despite my efforts I couldn't get it to work. when I contacted them specifying the problem I was told as I had opened it I wouldn't receive a refund. appalling service!

I've been using 999 inks for a good few years now and always had a perfect experience. Needless to say I would thourouly recommend them. Excellent inks too.????

Like a lot of the reviews already posted, I paid for a printer cartridge over 3 weeks ago and there is no sign of it arriving. Unable to contact them by any means, I have raised a complaint with PayPal, who are investigating the issue. I wish I had read the reviews on here before placing my order, but there seems to be a shortage of HP printer cartridges generally in the UK at the moment and they claimed it was in stock and that it was shipped the same day my order was placed. However, I am £65 worse off with no cartridge. What I can't quite believe is that there are 5 star reviews for 999inks and 1 star like mine and many others, but not much in between! Read into that what you like but my advice is do not even think about buying from this company.

They sent me compatible ink cartridges for my Epson printer that, although had the correct model number on, were clearly the wrong design. I photographed them alongside the correct design and emailed them, twice. I phones them several times to get left in a que and tried messaging them on their live messaging system, again getting left in a que until I ran out of time. They didn't respond to any of these messages. Rubbish customer service and faulty good.

I placed an order on the 4th May (its now the 2nd June) and they havent arrived. I have e-mailed and tried calling and the onsite chat function but there are long queues so I have had to give up.

I totally understand that there are exceptional times but you should not claim to be able to send goods out within 24 hours if the reality is that customers are waiting a month!

Sent nothing, no emails and now out of stock without them telling me 3 weeks later. Cant get a refund so have to go through paypal.
