We’ve been working with 99homes, especially with Craig, for the past 4 or so years now. Craig has done an excellent job as our agent for lettings. He always does a very professional job and has a good deal of knowledge about the lettings industry which has helped us make sure we are always in compliance with regulations. I can confidently recommend 99homes to anyone looking for a good quality estate agent.

I just advertised with this company They have given me a very excellent service Specially the person I will liaise with Sujatha she was very helpful and trustworthy had very good knowledge I am extremely happy with her services I recommend any landlord to market through this company really valuable for money and no regrets

Highly recommended, Lav ,Swati and the sales team prepared our online listing quickly and professionally, as a result our property sold within a couple of days and at a cost of only £302, Fantastic !!. We saved thousands of pounds, what’s not to be pleased about. We will definitely use again the next time move. Thank you

I’ve tried more than one of these type of online agent and this one is the standout. They do exactly what they say they are going to do... nothing is too much trouble. I highly recommend.

Our Sales negotiator (Bhanu) has been very efficient throughout our Sales and rental agreements. We would definately recommend using 99 homes as their fees are so reasonable compared to other agents and their staff are all very helpful. We would not hesitate to use them again.

I took £499 combo package in Dec 2019. My property was online within 4 days and had 2 offer's in first day viewings. Swati negotiated the offer and got £1200 above asking price.
Better than expectation. Thanks to Lav and Swati for your brilliant support. I have already told a few friends about 99home services. Highly recommended.

hi 99home where really helpful from beginning to end, it was the first time i had listed the properties by myself and they showed me what to do and any queries i had were answered very quickly. Very fast response, really friendly. I would highly recommend them. Really good value for money.

This is now the second property that I have sold through 99Home. The first was last year. As with last time, I achieved a higher sale price than the traditional agents would even list the property for *and* saved *another* £7,500 in agents fees. Across both properties I estimate I am £48,000 better off with 99home than with the local traditional agents due to the saving in fees and achieving a better sale price. It's a no brainer. The 99home system means that you get the enquiries sent to you immediately by text/email and so can respond just as quickly. Putting your own details together through the site is straightforward. You are then completely in control. Swati and the team in the office are always quick to respond to queries. I went with the £99 package which gets you on Rightmove and the other portals and I also made my own For Sale board with web QR code and phone number to the 99Home office which helped. Couldn't be happier.

I have been using 99Homes from last few years after i had bad experience with High street agents. As 99 homes is an online agent so I was not expecting same kind of service provided by estate agents but I was pleasantly surprised when I get better service through 99Homes. My Main contact point was Miss Bhanu and she guided me more then once on how to get good tenants for my properties. Never seen such a hard working person. Also Lav, Ritika and Naresh helped me whenever required 7 days in week.
I will continue to use 99Homes in future without any hesitation.

This is the third time I have used 99home to market my rental property and I cannot recommend them enough!
For just a £49 fee, I was able to advertise my rental via Rightmove and Zoopla, saving me hundreds of pounds in high street estate agents fees!
The service is based around a simple online portal, giving you complete control in creating your advert including images.
One the property is live, the online dashboard allows you to easily manage any prospective tenant enquiries which are notified via SMS and email alerts.
This is a great choice for those happy in managing the interactions with the prospective tenants directly.

I recently started listing my 2 properties. The team is polite, they try to stick to the regulations, and hence you might see they request for some document which is all good thing.
I got my first inquiry on one of my properties within one day. So far its all good and am happy with support. And yes one of the good things they have is they have human touch so they call you and go through the process and explain their services. I hope I have good experience in the future as well.

Second time I used 99home. First time it was Combo package and this time I went for Standard package.
99home team provided good support. Special thanks to Lav. One thing I will mentioned that compare to Combo package, you do a lot of leg work in Standard package. Highly recommended.
