Iâve moved interstate twice now, and the first company I used was just awful. They ended up delivering all my items a week late and when they collected, they were hours late which delayed my time getting on the road to travel to my new home!!
Using A2Z was extremely refreshing as not only did they arrive EXACTLY on the time they said they would (they even were accommodating to me and came at the time I requested) they also delivered EXACTLY when they said they would. The delivery guys were absolutely lovely as well.
Couldnât recommend more if I tried!

They are on time, flexible, warm and helpful. I had a feeling that they move my furniture as their own furniture and considering every detail.

However, when we used A2Z to move back to Melbourne from Sydney in November 2017 they lost one of our boxes and refused to take any responsibility at all.
It could only have been A2Z who lost the box, our apartment in Sydney was empty and when they unloaded our things into a storage facility in Melbourne the next day, they had another couplesâ things in the same truck to unload right after they unloaded our things. They clearly left a box in the truck and gave it to the other couple by accident. When we eventually found a new apartment in Melbourne and moved our things out of storage, the storage unit was completely empty.
When we called A2Z to tell them a box was missing they claimed they checked with the other couple who said they didnât have our box. I told them it had to be them that misplaced the box but they refused to do anything, reception said they would get a boss/manager to call but no one ever did. Probably $1000+ worth of stuff in the box they lost, no wonder the other couple said they didnât have the box, it has good valuables in it. Iâd be fine if they just owned up to it, its just money, providing a small compensation for the box would be fine because I canât prove the value of things that were lost. I tried going to consumer affairs but they told me the same thing so I have had to let the issue go. Except none of that happened. Must have called and emailed them dozens of times with just no response. No help at all.
A2Z just completely refused to take any responsibility, no one called me back and they just stopped answering my calls or returning my emails. Completely unacceptable and terrible customer service. Donât use A2Z moving, theyâre a bad, untrustworthy company.

I won't hesitate to use A2Z again and highly recommend them for professional and friendly service.

Company Misjudged the size of the move so got the wrong truck which caused delays with two trip and double the cost.
The boys did their best but disgruntled the whole time making us feel bad for their fault. Poor attitude of staff with foul language between themselves criticising the size of the items.
Too many miscommunications due to their staff leaving without notice and screwing up our booking.
Stay away! They are cheap but You get what you pay for!
