When I wrote to them with a few Q/ They got right back to me, I Can only say this company Is 100 % for real. I ordered 2 pair of glasses (prism and laya) and I absolutely love them. I was kind of scared to order online because this is the first time I have ever ordered prescription glasses online! I couldn't make my mind up on what to order so that's why I got 2 pair and they are both the correct prescription and they are perfect!

Abbe glasses made my glasses but during shippment the mail people crushed my package and my glasses were broken. I contacted abbe and they said no problem..and sent me a new pair. The quality and service is awesome..im a customer for life!

I received my glasses and noticed that the pieces that sit on my nose were crooked. I emailed the customer service address right away and after a few messages back and forth, I was told I can fix them myself. A video showing how to do it was sent to me but I don't think I should have to try to fix them on my own and risk breaking them. The customer service rep did ask if I had any suggestions on how to fix the problem and my response was either refund me my money or send me a new pair. That's when I was told to fix them myself! Horrible customer service. I will never order from them again!

Abbeglasses an affordable place to get your lenses and frames for men, women and children. Your glasses are of good quality and the prices are affordable . There are several ways to shop, including by frame material such as plastic or stainless steel and the fact that your website has a quick start guide, it really helps to pick out the perfect pair.

I ordered from this company because they had a decent BOGO deal. I had previously ordered from YESGlasses and had no problems, but I was looking for a better deal. With Yesglasses, I had my Progressives with Photocromic tint in less and 7 days. It has now been 13 days and I have gotten several different answers about where my glasses are in the process. My spouse ordered from them and had their glasses in about 7 days(similar prescription for progressives, but they paid for rapid shipping), so no surprise there, but my glasses are apparently somewhere still in the processing system.I have contacted them a couple of ways now to request to cancel my order and to have my money refunded so I can just order from another company, but I am not getting any response at this point.

They have very affordable glasses! Their customer service is great as well. I recieved a phone call immediately after sending a message about my glasses. I wasn't able to answer but they left me a voicemail with the information which was very helpful. They even sent an email afterwards .

Ordered my glasses and it was taking so long that I asked about the status. I was told that there was a problem but that it was going to be shipped. Weeks went by and they still said there was a problem but I never received a date. After more than a month I was told that it was taking too long and that I was going to receive a refund but no glasses. I needed the glasses and i could have bought a pain a long time before. Horrible experience, horrible customer service - very unprofessional.

After making my purchase I received my package within 3 days after making purchas. I really can't wait to make my next order.

I have been following ABBE for a long time and read a lot of comments about ABBE.Recently, everyone was complaining about the logistics problem, so I consulted the customer service on the website. The customer service said that there was no major problem because of the impact of the Christmas season.So I bought it with the attitude of trying. I only spent $1 on a pair of frames for my new client, but I didn't expect that I received my glasses before long.I love it!Cheap and good quality, ABBE's customer service is very patient to answer my questions, the service is also very good!I would recommend ABBEGLASSES to everyone!

I ordered my glasses on 10/15/19 and still have not received anything. I emailed the company and they said they had a problem with logistics. I kept asking for an exact shipping date and they kept ignoring my question and kept saying sorry. I finally said I wanted my money back and I've have yet to hear back from the company.? Never ordering from this company again!

Placed my order a month ago and still don't have them. Site said they were shipping and now it's back to "assembling". I've emailed to check the status with no response. I call the number and it's just a recording on a loop. Hoping I get something soon before I dispute it with my bank.

I ordered a pair of sunglasses that I love. I was suppose to receive them in 14-21 days. After 21 days, I contacted them. They told me there had been a problem, and would either refund the money or replace the glasses. I chose to get the glasses replaced. I received them within 2 weeks. Customer service was GREAT. So many other companies would not have even contacted me back so I appreciate them reaching out to me about my order. I will def. reorder with them.
