I placed an order about a month ago and have yet to receive any of my merchandise. I tried to track it and it is not trackable due to it being sent via parcel post. I tried calling customer service long distance, as they do not have a toll free number, and waited 15 minutes before I finally hung up. Now I am not sure what to do. I have not paid for my order and will not until my items arrive. Unfortuate that I bought halloween items, it's October 31st and my order has not arrived!

Out of the last six orders I have placed with this company, 11 items have been discontinued and no longer available. They waited nearly four weeks to tell me. I had sold presold six of the items. They even past due billed me for the items they will never deliver. DO NOT DEPEND ON THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR WHOLESALE SOURCE. THey will damage your business!

I ordered a lot in early November thinking some of them would be for Christmas. I received several items which were delivered without any issues. Well, A month later, I recieved a back-order e-mail and I canceled the items as they would not arrive in time for Christmas. Well, while I was on vacation, cancelled items were delivered and I have been fighting for the charges since. My credit card company was asked by me to get involved and dispute was resolved in my favor. However ABC Distributing is mailing and calling me now to collect money. So you know, per Federal Trade Commission Cosumer protection, if you receicve an item you did not order, it's considered a gift. The company is not allow to collect money, or make you ship it back.If they are trying to collect money for items you did not order, it's a reportable federal crime. I just send ABC distributing a certified letter with all of supporting documentation of my claim that the items were cancelled timely, I made enough effort to resolve this matter for the last 4 months therefore asking them to stop harrassing me! Next step will be a report to BBB and Federal Trade Commission and a discussion with my friend, the lawyer! So don't let them pressured you in to paying out of pocket to ship items back to them, or harrassing you for thier mistakes and poor business practices. Know your rights and stand your ground.

I should have paid attention to the many dissatisfied reviewers and never ordered from abc as I am now one of the above. I ordered on 8/15/05 and have still not received part of my order. On line, it says it was shipped on 9/26 and the shipping is almost as much as the order. Another part of the order arrived with a large amount of air-filled plastic to take up space; 2 days later, a 2 pound item that would have fit in that space 3 or 4 times, arrived. The item cost $7.95 and I was charged $5.56 in shipping. Because abc refuses to reveal shipping costs, the customer is at their mercy and is ripped-off. They also do not have a way to contact them--except a long-distance phone call. Three different "help" links on their so-called "customer service" pages, did not respond.

I had SEVERAL orders that I was billed for but never received. It took some time but all but one has been credited. I have received a postcard from abc stating that they have received the merchandise return (I would gather the post office returned it as I never received the order) and abc would be crediting my account. Well, the credit has NEVER come thru and now they are sending threatening letters. I have faxed (4 times) them a copy of the postcard where they have received the returned merchandise, to no avail. Like all others, calling is fruitless! Minimum wait is 17 minutes (with me paying for the l/d call) and each time I have finally connected with a human I get hung up on!

No way I am paying for something I never received, especially when I have proof that they have received the return....what in the world am I to do????

This is my third purchase from ABC, I have been pleased with everything I've purchased. I do say that sometimes shipping time is a little lengthy, however I have taken this into account for new purchases. I allow at least a week for delivery, overnight or any speedier method of shipping is not offered.

I order 10 different items. 3, 2 & 5 each of these 10 itmes on November 2, 2005. It took over a month to start getting these items in. I order for Christmas. Here it is Christmas eve and I don't have 2 of the items. I called them, and I stayed on the phone for over 45 minuties and no one ever picked up. They had a message on the phone that says: Someone will be with you shortly, please don't hang up. I then sent them a fax begging for these last 2 items. I have never received a return fax or a phone call from these people. They have ruined my Christmas. I will have to go out today to try to find something to replace these 2 items. I needed 3 Daisy Backrest for 3 children and 5 pairs of slippers for 5 adults. My online account says these items shipping labels were sent over to FEDEX on December 16, ready to be shipped and that is far as they got. Someone didn't do their job. I will never, never buy anything else from ABC Distributing. There is no customer service. I told them in my fax, that I had to have these by Christmas, they at least should have told me that they were not going to be shipped in time so I could have went shopping for these 2 last items. I sent them my money for the entire shippment so I know payment wasn't the issue. Please be ware of ABC Distributing.

This order was shipped Oct. 6, 2004. Every item I ordered was confirmed "available." When the shipment was received, two of the items ordered were missing, although the packing list did not indicate that. I immediately notified ABC Dist. via their web site of the missing items. I received email confirmation on Nov. 17, 2004, that the missing items was available and ready to ship. I then received email a month later, (Dec.15, 2004), that one of the item had shipped. As of Jan. 22, 2005, I still have not received the item! I received email confirmation mid-Dec that the other missing item was available and would be shipped. That item finally arrived the week after Christmas - it was ordered the first week of October! I've emailed ABC Dist. several times to inquire about the whereabouts of my missing items. I also sent two emails asking for a refund of the item price. Each time I got back only an automated response asking that Customer Service be given 48 hours to respond to my email. The last automated response I received was Jan.3, and I've yet to be contacted by customer service regarding the missing item, or a refund! I've also called ABC's customer service phone number numerous times. Each time I am placed "on hold" for no less than 15 min., and have waited as long as 28 min. before I hung up. Keep in mind that ABC Dist. does not provide a toll free number, so these long "on hold" calls are at the consumer's expense! Jan. 21, 2005 - I finally reached a customer service member, (after being "on hold" for 17 minutes), who has now informed me that my item apparently was never shipped even though I received email that it had, and over three months has now passed since I placed the order! She said she will give a refund for the item price, but it will take 21 days to process it. That is a time lapse between placing the order and obtaining my refund of almost 5 months! After speaking to her, I then asked to be transferred to a customer sevice supervisor, and was again "on hold" for 14 minutes! To add insult to injury, someone then picked up the phone, said "hello" and hung up! ABC Distributing has the worse customer service I've ever encountered in the retail business!

UPDATE: As of March 5, 2005, I still have not received a refund from ABC Distributing for my missing items, nor have I been contacted by them to explain the delay. I've submitted four requests via their web site, plus two phone calls to their "customer service dept." asking for refund since November, 2004 to no avail. My advice regarding ABC Distributing is: Buyer Beware!!!

I've ordered from ABC in the past and had problems and vowed not to use them again but I decided to give them another chance. I should've stuck to my guns. You can NEVER get through to them, they have no email address on their website for customer service but guess what? I've saved my emails from when I had problems in 1997 so here it is: [email protected]. The order I placed on December 8th was supposedly shipped but when I track it, it doesn't show that it's gone anywhere. I called FedEx and they said that it shows they've printed information but have not released the order to FedEx. After this order, I promise I'm done with them for good this time. I said that 7 years ago but I mean it this time. I'd had an invoice for about $103 and I sent them a check. It was about a month and the check never cashed. I then sent a money order for that amount and was in the process of stopping payment on the check when it had already cashed. I know it's my fault for not doing that first, but I'd assumed since it took so long that it was lost. I contacted them about returning my $103 and never got a response and you can never talk to anyone so in reality they stole $103 from me. Stupid me for giving them another chance, right? Obviously they don't care one way or the other as from what I've read, they do the same things to a lot of different people.

OK 1st off I am so angry that if I could get to the corporate office they would be paying me money. I placed my order 11/29/05. It is now 12/21/05 4 days before Christmas and STILL no delivery. I have called ABC Distirubting numerous times and each time I call I find that thier delays put me in a position to have to cancel items due to running out of stock, not to mention the lies about the items being shipped when Fed Ex clearly hasnt even picked up to make a dleivery yet. They show that they sent data to Fed ex 12/06/05 yet the items are out of stock some of them and the others have not yet been picked up. Im sorry I have dealt with Fed ex for numerous years and I fail to believe this is thier error. I already told 3 supervisors if my items are not received before Christmas I am not signing for them and they can stick them up thier butts. Not to mention the ornaments for a tree that wont be up but 1 more week. Who needs them now......BOY I AM PISSED and will have not a good thing to say about them to anyone. Now on the other hand LTD is much better in this area. Hard to believe they are sister companies..HA HA HA

I placed an order in the beginging of Dec. Still have not recieved anything, Called them at 305-944-6900 was on hold 25 min and they said all items were shipped. Called fed ex they said they didnt have any of my packages. Called ABC back at 305-944-6900 and they told me they were waiting for fed ex to pickup. Called fed ex back and they said "it looks like we dont have toses packages in our posession". I don't know who is messing up but according to ABC, everything was shipped as of today and should receive them this week. Fed ex dosnt have them! Havnt had payment problems as I wait until I receive my bill, theres no way I'll pay them until I get my s***.
Havn't had web page problems except that it says my packages have been transmitted to fed ex forever. So is it ABC or Fed ex? Miami sucks!

on 10/4/04 I opened an account and ordered 12 items. I asked how long untill my items would be delivered. she told me a week. on 10/18/04 i called to see why i hadn't recieved it and they told me that they were just sending it out today. that it takes a week to process and it will be 7 to 10 days before i would recieve my items. i decided to talk to the supervirsor and let her know that i was in a cituation that i needed these items by the 20th no later than the 25th and she told me it was to late to cancel and that i would have to pay extra shiping if i wanted to reorder. i told her i was upset that they could do this and she told me that she would talk to the person i ordered from. like that was going to help me!

We ordered 21 items 12/4/05. After several rude customer service people, and a week and a half with no shipping, we spoke to a male who CLAIMED he was a supervisor and said we would receive our shipment by Christmas. This was on 12/19/05. He said we would have to pay an extra $13 for shipping, and we agreed because these items were Christmas gifts for our 2 young children. Only 3 things arrived by Christmas, so we had to lie to our children about where the rest of Santa's gifts were. The last item did not arrive until 52 days after the original order, which we PAID FOR on 12/4/05. We spent $205, and were charged $150 for shipping. When we called to complain and inform them that we would not be paying for shipping, as they did not follow through on their word, the manager was actually yelling at us and telling us we were liars - they don't even HAVE any male supervisors, and what's more, there is no record of our numerous phone calls. What I recommend to ALL of you, is to go the Better Business Bureau website and report them; I did it last week and already our ABC account online has been credited $100 of the shipping. Ordered December 7, still waiting on package to be picked up by FedEx. I have been charged for the 2 cookbooks, but the website is worthless for anything except pissing you off. DO NOT buy from this company. Also, their phones do not work. I have (305) 944-6971 and (305) 944-6200. Does anyone have any numbers for them that WORK?

I placed an order on 12/7/2005 without any reason to believe my shipment wouldn't arrive before Christmas. Why? Because there is absolutely NO shipping information mentioned on the website. There are no options, there are no time estimates and I ordered $700.00 worth of merchandise because I thought they were good deals. Today is 12/15/2005. My merchandise has been in the "shipping process" since December 9th when they deducted the e-payment from my checking account. I call today and now there is NO guarantee that I will receive anything by Christmas because they have to 'hold' my payment for 7-10 business days (of which is NEVER mentioned at anytime during the ordering process.) Nothing I ordered was personalized and I was given immediate information about what was backordered and what was available. It says on their "frequently asked questions" portion of the website that in-stock orders would be shipped immediately. WHAT A JOKE! I called and I held for 45 minutes and when she told me nothing was coming today...I threw a fit and spoke to her supervisor. She is supposed to call me. This money has already been deducted from my account and this was what I had to spend on Christmas. If I cancel everything, it will take 7-10 business days to credit my account. THis will never happen to me again. I am furious!!!

I ordered stuff from ABC Distributing/LTD Commodities LLC on 10/2/07 and still have not received my whole order (it is 2/13/08 today). I called them, e-mailed them, wrote them letters and filled out their forms to get a credit put back on my account. Well today I received a letter saying they were going to turn me over to collections. This is the absolute worst company I have ever had to deal with in my life. When you try to get a hold of someone it is almost impossible and apparently they don't know how to do accounting or read. The only thing they know how to do is scam people. I will be contacting the Better Business Borough and reporting this company.

I placed my original order October 2004 for well over $200. I was told most of the items were in stock but for whatever reason they decided to send items out in drips and drapes with outrageous shipping costs. Some items were received damaged and some never came at all, but they continued to bill me for these items. I tried calling them many, many times to no avail. Each time it was stated that the circuits were busy. I faxed them letters but never received a response. There is no way to e-mail them. Shipped items cannot be tracked down if they are mailed from the US Postal Service which most of them are. I mailed them two different letters telling them of my concerns and not to ship anything further that was left in my original order. They completely ignored my request and continued to ship out items one at a time. They send me bills stating that some payments were never received. Payments have been sent to them and when payments weren't sent it was explained to them that the items were either damaged or never received. Packages that they continue to send will be refused and sent directly back to them! It has been a most frustrating and unpleasant experience dealing with ABC. The catalogs contain great stuff but it's not worth it to get involved with them. Each catalog I get from them in the future will go straight to recycling. This is one company that I would never recommend to anyone! I will never order from them again!

I ordered about 15 items from this company on 11/11/05. It is now 12/12/05 and I am still waiting on half of my order. I cannot check the status of my order because the customer service section of their webpage is constantly down. I think i have been able to access it once in the last two months. The items are priced cheaply because they stick it to ya with the shipping--for a 3lb package i paid $10 shipping and only discovered the price AFTER it was charged to my acct. I thought I was spending $50 and in the end will most likely end up spending three times that since they can't ship anything in just one box. I am very dissappointed in this company and will never again order anything from them. I should have listened to my friend when she told me not to bother with ABC. I wrote ABC an email ( [email protected] ) regarding their crappy webpage and horrible telephone system and told them i will report them to the BBB.

I ordered two items from this company online.Two t-shirts,nascar.I received one tshirt and was charged 9 dollars shipping! For ONE lousy shirt in a tiny little box.The next week I received the other shirt and was charged 3.50 shipping.Well the nightmare didn't begin there,I paid for the items with a money order.A month later I received a HUGE box in the mail,I could hardly lift it.It contained over 100 tshirts and an invoice for almost a thousand dollars with shipping cost.I called the so-called customer service,they told me that I placed that order and if I didn't want it,to return it.I would have to pay to ship it back.Over 50 dollars.I am still in a battle with these idiots.
