I contacted them on the Monday morning and explained that it would be helpful, if it could be sent asap. Literally speechless at how appalling the product is. Printed on cheap photo paper, ordered A4 size for which I will need a telescope to read 80% of the words written. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Could have produced better on my office photocopier!
