Falls down on that the renewal quote did not relate to previous years.
There are medical conditions on both that would never change and whereas appreciate that things do change that is up to the person buying the policy to notify you. To go through all the same stuff as in previous years is very annoying.
All other travel insurance providers that we've used do not do this and requote on exactly the same conditions as before.
I would rate this as poor to good, ie ok.

This was the second time I have used Able 2 Travel. It was even easier to book than the first time because they already had personal details (names, addresses etc). The interaction for the quotation was quick but thorough and professional. I was very pleased at the speed and ease of it. Having paid, the papers were then emailed to me. So, moments after putting the phone down, I had everything I needed to travel! Done and dusted. I recommended Able 2 Travel to a friend the same day. I would not go elsewhere now! Highly recommended.

We have renwed our policy though to 2016 so have had continuous annual cover but we keep getting letters saying that Able 2 Travel regret we have not renewed but would like us to contact them.
There seems to be a CRM issue

I have bought my travel insurance from Able 2 travel for several years. Their agents are always helpful and make the transaction as quick and painless as possible. In addition their prices compare very favourably to other companies.

I would highly recommend them for people who need travel insurance with additional coverage for medical conditions.
