Not sure if any checks we made as the strings were not new quite worn.Rang and spoke to Lee who told me checks had been made....sent me new strings....later thought....how did they check electrics without taking strings off.....also impossible to get through to tec department....only got hold of somebody by hanging on.....

I had a problem with the footswitch and had to wait seven months for stock - not their fault and they were always very polite but I ALWAYS had to contact them for an update.

Item arrived next day in perfect condition and thanks to the courier service used I was able to track the parcels journey and estimated time of arrival with great ease and enjoyment. Couldn't have wished for a better service!

I could have done with a call to let me know what was happening with my order after I paid a deposit, as this took a couple of weeks and I had to chase it up myself.

I am a new drummer (only been playing for a couple of weeks). Bought my kit from Austin, who was really helpful in advising what would be the most suitable kit to meet my needs. During a subsequent visit to buy drum books Austin suggested that I might enjoy Jeremy Stacey's drum clinic.

I came to the shop with one thing in mind and after some great customer service, left with a much better solution for £50 less. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from these guys.

Anyone who can get a package from England to Belfast in one day, and that day is Christmas Eve deserve excellent feedback. Ace service, good communication too. This is my second time using them, and it won't be my last.

I've bought loads of stuff from Absolute Music in the past and will continue to do so, the staff always are friendly and offer advice especially one of the guys that made me decide on the right type of piano I was looking for.

Item was ordered after 2.30pm, and I still received it the next day. Communication excellent also - genuinely impressive service all round, impossible to fault.

Tuner was not in stock however they promised to telephone when it came in and as promised they did so within days of visiting the store.

I recently purchased the Stylus RMX Expanded Pack which unfortunately came with a faulty Disk 2.
Absolute Music responded so promptly to Sepctronics for information of a download link, that I was then able to access the pack online.

Got shown the monitor room by your employee Chris who let us in to test on two occasions. Ended up buying Presonus Eris E8's after being allowed to extensively compare various monitors in the same room. Proper nice job
