I have ordered 2 parts for my 1990 Cintroen XM. It was suprise to be able to order them after 28 Years. But. The parst aren't available anymore even though they are listed on the site and orderable. A mail came after a day with apologies and they transferred back my payment. Which is nice.

Item I ordered turned out to be unavailable after a month of waiting, and only did I discover after contacting them myself more than once. Poor communication. Untill now waiting for a refund and had to place a claim for my money at Paypal. What a joke! Not recommended at all!

Great buying experience, purchased at a significantly lower price than this item is available for through the uk Citroen dealer network ! Excellent comms, rapid fully tracked dispatch, item received within one working week from France for a very reasonable shipping rate.
Mine arrived in a matt aluminium finish (spoiler is actually ABS) along with all necessary fittings and pictogram instructions. Fitting requires 4 x 5mm holes to be drilled in lower valance and two existing torx screws are utilised to secure the outer edges. No screw heads are visible from normal viewing level once fitted. As one would expect of an oem part made in Germany the fit and finish is of the highest standard. This is a fairly subtle (discreet) addition to the front of the DS4 but in my opinion well worth it ! My DS4 is Thorium Grey and the contrast between the darker body colour and the much lighter aluminium look of the spoiler emphasizes the spoilers presence. This is a very worthwhile addition for those of an unashamedly tweeky disposition !

Trustworthy company± The beams were no longer in stock so within 24 hours they informed me and returned the money. Subsequently they removed the items from the site.

I have ordered a package on the 26-11-2016 and payed on the 28-11-2016.
the package was still not send.
After corresponding with Accessoires Citroen Lorient, they told me they had a computer malfunction.
They gave priority on my order and they shipped it the next day.

I understand they are undergoing some sort of renovation but last order took 3 weeks before they shipped out my items and that's after a couple of emails. I just placed another order with them a week ago and I'm hoping I don't have to go through the same hassle again. Would give them higher ratings if there's some indication of when to expect items to be shipped out.
