I have used this service several times now and as usual I had no issues. My car was taken from the covered car park and then when I made the call it was answered politely and the call handler was courteous. My car was waiting back in the covered car park when I arrived. A great service and good value for money. I will be using you again. Thanks

I chose this by parking by accident as I thought I had picked meet & greet. On arrival staff were pleasant enough, service was good, but to be honest it was to far from the airport for me. If you don't mind a 10 minute bus ride to the airport this parking is fine, if not then this is not for you

very easy, but must add you sent this email for my feed back 8 months after using. was overall pleased however.... On picking up my vehicle the guy dropping it off seemed to be in a rush he pulled up at an angle parking the car near a large rubbish container, when I got in to pull away he had left the car in gear which made it jump and i nearly hit the container

I have used Ace for years and find them very good although I believe they now operate under Maple Manor. It is not as efficient now having to go to the Hampton by Hilton hotel but I don't think this will change as it is out of their control due to parking enforcement at Gatwick? Last time we flew home it took a long time for our car to be brought back and we were standing in the cold. Now there is room for the drivers to park cars I think we should be able to call when we've landed rather than waiting to clear customs & waiting longer for the car. They would score an 'Excellent' if this could be improved.

on returning to Luton we made 10 calls before we got a reply. we made our way to the collection point where we waited 15 minutes in the cold at gone 1AM in the morning with a 1 year old baby with us. we were 1 of the luck ones as others were waiting longer and some hadn't even had their calls answered. an agent was running round franticly making phone calls trying to find out what was going on.
before we left our car I changed my vehicle, I emailed through the details but got no reply, when we were on route to the airport we rang to give them our estimated time of arrival, again informed them of our vehicle but this information wasn't passed on leading to us hanging around in the cold at 3-45AM in the morning.

I booked with Ace meet and greet service, the drop off was fine, however on arrival I followed their instructions and called the desk once our bags had arrived. We were told the car would be on its way, however after waiting for 20 mins i called the number back only to be greeted with a rude and short response that the car was on its way and no attempt at an apology. The car arrived 10 mins later and speaking with the driver he explained that he had at the car park was only 10 mins away and had brought the car as soon as he was told.

I was handed a feedback for on receipt of the car and explained my disappointment, but never heard back. If this was a genuine mistake then, all that was required was some courtesy and an apology.

I would never use this company again, but unfortunately I had already made another booking. I wait to see what the service will be second time around...

Collection service was fine on arrival for my departing flight in the middle of the day, however when I returned it took nearly an hour to get my car back - flight landed at around 10.35 p.m. and I got my car back just before midnight (I was through passport control at 23.07). I felt that the staff weren't honest about where the car was - kept telling me it was on its way, but when I got the car back, the trip said that it had been 27 minutes since the car was started which meant that they probably didn't leave for the airport until around 11.30. Frankly, I could probably have walked to the long term parking quicker . . . . .

We've been using this service for more than 15 years and have always found the booking process to be straightforward whether by phone or online. Easy to follow instructions and helpful office staff. We gave recommended Acr Parking to many if our friends and acquaintances in the past and will continue to do do.

I could not contact the company on any of the three phone numbers given but when I arrived at terminal 5, they were there waiting for me. Similarly when I returned to the UK, I couldn't contact them to say I was through customs, so I went to the car park and my car was there awaiting me.
So very good but phone communication should be improved.

I allways use this company.But have noticed that the prices have gone up by a lot also last time I used them someone had been smoking in my car because there was ash on the floor and dash being a non smoker I could smell it straight away ????

The service was excellent, but one thing I would change is the need to call-in 20 mins before you arrive. When you are driving alone it is difficult to make such a call and remain safely inside the law. I suggest you change the instruction so that a customer only needs to call if he/she is going to arrive LATER than the agreed/booked time

We've used Ace Parking at Gatwick on at least 4 occasions and each one was event free - very efficient service - highly recommend.

Used you last Year £68 one car for one week tried you this year quoted £97 one car one week so unfortunately went elsewhere

Purchasing this product was easy and quick online, although it was difficult to give an accurate arrival time as traffic is un-predictable on a 2 hour journey. Instructions supplied were good.
I would recommend them to anyone who has a baby or toddler as you are out of the car straight into the airport terminal.
They were good once you had located there representative in the car park. They were slow delivering my car on return, although we had phoned them as requested at the airport.
