One of the cheaper sites on the internet for buying some of the higher end speaker systems. I bought a mirage speaker system and they sound amazing. Less than going to Magnolias or another local stereo store and paying full price. Sites like this is why I wonder how much longer local stereo stores can stay in business. Shipping was on time and box was intact.

Recently purchased a Marantz receiver for an excellent price with free shipping and good delivery timing. Shortly after installation I began to have problems. Contacted them, explained the problem and they shipped out a replacement the next day and arranged for a UPS return in the next few days. New receiver arrived the day after the old one was picked up. This to me is great customer service and I would definitely do business with them again.

Acoustic Sound Design offers free shipping on 95% of their inventory! They have a great selection of home speakers and sound systems by all of the top brands. Most of their products are discounted around 40% off so shopping here is a no brainer!

I purchased a pair of RF-7 II speakers in black online from http://www.acousticsounddesign.com and could not be happier with the build quality and how the RF7 II sound. Shipping was fast and they came strapped on a pallet to avoid damage. I was comfortable buying them because this is my second purchase from I bought the Klipsch RC-64 II center from http://www.acousticsounddesign.com approx 9 months ago with the same great buying experience. I would definitely recommend these speakers to a friend.

Purchased an item on Overstock that was clearly in stock, and still was the next day... get a text saying my order was cancelled and now this awesome deal is mysteriously out of stock. Won’t honor the deal, back order or anything else... just sorry. How sad. Never going back to Overstock and will be on the look out for this dealer going forward.

i recently ordered a pair of acoustech ht-63 surround speakers. when i hooked them up, one of the speaker's woofer did not work at all. I contacted Mike Embers at Acoustic Sound Design, and he informed me that he would simply replace the speaker. I wasnt even required to return the bad speaker!! Today i received the replacement, and he actually sent me another whole pair of speakers.

Great Customer Support, highly recommended.

I tried to order online on a Sunday afternoon using an expired coupon code. When it didn't work, it said to call a number which I did and a helpful fellow answered the phone, gave me another code and the discount including free 2nd day air shipping. I had my subwoofer on noon Tuesday!
Good work Acoustic Sound Design. I ordered a BIC Accoustic PL 200 SUB and it rocks!

I ordered an Elac debut 2.0 5.0 home theatre system with 2 subwoofers (BIC PL200 2) and Marantz sr5012 receiver. I wanted to do some research before placing the order and they provided help and we even got to chat on the phone at some point as well. Really good sports. In the end I got it as cheap as possible with lots of good advice. I wished to switch out the rear speakers from bookshelf to on wall speakers and it was no problem at all and they adjusted the price down to reflect that they are slightly cheaper.

The shipment was sent to UPS within a few hours. UPS took a few days. Unfortunately the on wall speakers had been switched out to Atmos in the warehouse. Within the hour we discussed what to do and they sent me correct speakers with 2 day delivery across the continent. I ended up keeping the Atmos as well since I had planned to purchase them at a later point in any case.

Overall I very much recommend them for all speaker or home theatre purchases. Just send them an email and they are happy to help you out!

I ordered a Klipsch surround system on Black Friday. I received the tracking information and speakers promptly. The UPS man took the speakers into my living room where they sat until January. We were out of town and they were an X-Mas present so they were not touched. When we came back in town in January the subwoofer box had a HUGE hole in it! The foam was broken and the sub was cracked! I sent ASD a photo and I was prepared for a huge ordeal considering it had been so long. Instead, Acoustic Sound Design asked no questions and shipped us a new speaker. Now THAT is customer service!

On April 14, 2015 I ordered a complete ATMOS speaker system from Mike @ Acoustic Sound Design (a total of 15 Klipsch Reference & Reference Premier speakers). I did a lot of research on price & service before ordering. On April 15 (24 hours later) FEDEX showed up with most of my order. The balance showed up the following day! I couldn't be more satisfied with this Company and their service. These Klipsch speakers exceeded my expectations as well. I am a cautious shopper & don't let loose of this kind of money easily, but I would recommend Acoustic Sound Design to anyone without hesitation.

I bought a : Klipsch R-3650-WII In Wall System #2 (R-5502-WII) FREE SUB (Electronics) from this seller through Amazon.

The speakers are amazing and the seller is also amazing.
and very customer service friendly and responsive.
May be the best I have encountered on Amazon.

After I installed my speakers, I realized when I got to the center speaker that it would not fit into my wall space.

I contacted the seller and informed him of my issues.
He resolved the matter in seconds, with no hassle.

Within less than one week he sent me a comprable reference speaker at no charge (not even for shipping) and then a fee shipping label to return the in wall speaker.

I will buy from them again.

I have bought a lot of Audio/Video online in the past 30 years.
But I have never seen a better service and price than Acoustic Sound Design.

I will buy again and highly recommend Mike and his wonderful company.

I bought (2) Klipsch RF-7ii's, (2) Klipsch RS-62ii's and a center Klipsch RC-64ii all for a great price. Mike was great to work with and shipping was fast (less than a week). I would do business with them again.

I recently bought a pair of Klipsch RF-7 IIs from Acoustic Sound Design and love the speakers. I am an avid Klipsch user and the Klipsch RF-7 IIs were a good addition to the mix. The RF-7 IIs have great highs from the Klipsch horn technology and great lows from the dual 10" woofers. Overall, these speakers offer great sound for movie and music lovers.

Furthermore, Acoustic Sound Design has competitive prices on their speakers and are also an authorized Klipsch Dealer. That was important to me since Klipsch will warranty their project.

I was a little skeptical at first, simply because I was saving a lot of money. Well I now have my klipsch rf-82 and the 5.1 package and need to say I am beyond satisfied. Mike at acoustic sound also gave me pretty good advice on the receiver and now have the maranta sr5007 and find it incomparable to the Bose lifestyle I have retired to my bedroom. Shipping was a breeze and took an expected week. All in all very satisfactory service and I shall definitely go back for all my home entertainment needs.

Ive been rockin Klipsch RF3/RC3/RS3 (now the RF82's) surround system for over 10 years with nothing but complete satisfaction. Wanted the RF7 system at time but couldn't justify expense for such a moderate sized family room (16'x18'). Moved into a new house with a 24'x24' family room and decided take the plunge an buy the RF-&7ii/RC64 system . Acoustic Sound Design (www.acousticsounddesign.com) made my decision very easy when I got quote form them - over $1,800 cheaper than all the competion -WOW! Cannot believe sound difference and music quality I have been missing for years, not that RF3's are poor choice because they are far better than any other product at its price point, dont get me wrong. It's just that RF7-&ii's are pure accoustic bliss! Thanks to the ASD team for making my dream system come true.
