I've been a Franchise Partner with ActionCOACH for 2 years now and its been incredibly rewarding to see the impact I've been able to have with my clients and at the same time to see my own business grow. There really is as much support as you could possibly want from Ian and Julie and the rest of the community. Yes it can be challenging and you'll need to be determined - but then something this rewarding is going to take a bit of effort!

I've been part of the ActionCOACH franchise for over 10 years. My experience of the franchise in 2006 was amazing and over the last 10 years it has just continued to get better and better. The company has invested heavily in providing the very best training and support for the coaches and this shows in the quality of the expertise we deliver and the care we have for our clients. Our UK Office is run by a superstar team, always on hand to help.

I have been part of the franchise for over 9 years. It has expanded my own skills and experience beyond expectations. It's very difficult to get bored of helping people and seeing progressive businesses improve. The UK ActionCOACH team just gets better and better, and I'm very proud to be part of it

Laurence and I have been working with Mark now for a few months and we have seen a complete transformation in the way that we work. We are spending more time working ON the business and less time IN it. This is improving the quality of our work and our service to our much valued clients whilst making sure that our love of Architecture and our practice is still making us a profit! Mark stretches us to meet targets for the business whether this be for sales, performance or growth. Having a third party to hold us accountable has been so important as it is all too easy to get bogged down with being 'busy' every day. having this coaching time allows us to step back and take a look at the bigger picture - who we are, where we are going and what we have to offer our clients. I would strongly encourage any business to hire a coach. You are never to good to be coached and Mark is absolutely fantastic at delivering this service in a compassionate, inspiring, exciting and human way.

I can't stress enough just how much support is available to everyone who is a franchise owner within ActionCOACH in the UK. All credit to Ian and Julie for creating a fantastic, inspirational environment which encourages its members to thrive and continually progress. The levels of achievement are constantly improving, affording every partner both inspiration, and aspiration (for those who seek it). I can't recommend the franchise highly enough....and that's after 9 years of being an ActionCOACH.

The team at ActionCOACH UK provide all the training and support you could possibly wish for to set up your ActionCOACH business and become a successful coach. I came from a top blue chip FMCG background and can honestly say the quality of training events and speakers beats anything I experienced before. The network of coaches go beyond themselves to help us newbies get started - it truly is an 'Abundant' culture in Action...

As a new coach (out of training March 2016) I am delighted to be part of this amazing and life changing business. Having been involved with franchising a business prior - I can honestly say the systems and support available is World Class. The franchisors (Ian and Julie) are two of the most dedicated and helpful people I have EVER met. My biggest regret - not doing it sooner.

Nik is a fantastic Action Coach, he's really helped me at the early stages of my business journey and I really value his experience & knowledge.

Look, if you know who you are and you know what you want, and if what you want is to empower businesses and business owners within your community then you will not find a better stage than ActionCoach to do it from, and you most definitely will not find better equipped master licensees then Ian and Julie, they will support you to the max, but, your first port of call, know what you want!!!....to your success!! This is my first year with ActionCOACH and I'm really glad I made the decision to join the franchise. I recommend this to anyone who has the guts to stand on their own two feet and create their own destiny. Don't get me wrong, it's certainly challenging at times like every other commercial undertaking, but I've never received that level of support from anyone to help me create a successful business and that's not just from the franchisor, but also from the entire global community of coaches. Everyone here wants you to do well and that's something you experience at every step of the way.
