All good Delivery had to return once because I wasn't home. I am OKAY with leaving packages under $100.00 retail value on my doorstep... with a text or email notification. I suggest an additional note authorizing that be added to the website.

very helpful, although the first set of steps were the wrong size they have been sent out for return (which I hope was delivered) I have yet to get conformation nor do I know if my refund was returned to me although when ordering the right size steps, the help was great, and they are now on my truck

After my recent purchase of a set of fox 2.0 shocks I received a set of shocks that didn't match the picture that was on the web site. I contacted the customer service people at Action Truck and they were very quick to respond. They looked into the issue and found that it was a problem on their website. They gave me a partial refund for the mix up and I was able to install the ones that were shipped as they matched the stock part# from BDS. With people like this in their customer service you can buy with confidence that if something is not right they will look after you. I will defiantly be purchasing more parts from Action truck.

Great job guys! Tracked the package all the way from the supplier to my doorstep. Delivery date was right on. Couldn't be more pleased. The only thing they could have done better is installed the hitch on my vehicle when it arrived. Take care! Be Safe. A very satisfied customer.

did not receive a tracking number or email saying parts were shipped.called store to check on parts was told computer was not compatible with online shopping so could not check on my parts .people i dealt with in person were great but system sucks.

Easy ordering came fast in 4 days. But no tracking info no date when it was being delivered . Delivery had to be signed for. So the delivery driver almost left the property before we noticed he was leaving .

Spoke with Action rep by phone and enquirer about the best option for my particular vehicle. He was very helpful and I immediately put in my order online. Tonneau cover arrived two days later and was exceptionally easy to install. Overall, could not be more satisfied.

We are all under a lot of stress with Covid-19 and most businesses are working very differently than ever before. My order was delayed, but because of the great staff at Action Trucks my order was tracked and promptly delivered.

Im very happy that I was able to get the surf city garage products delivered to my home. The shipping was quick and efficient through fedex. Only small issue was that the lid was unscrewed on the leather rejuvenator and it leaked a bit. The other 3 products were intact.

Shipping time exceeded expectation even under the current COVID19 cirumstances. This was my second order from Action Trucks and one of the reasons why i chose Action Trucks the second time was because how fast i got my first order. I could not believe the shipped so fast! Another reason to buy from Action Trucks was price. Products are as described, well manufactured and they look good once applied. I highly recommend this company and I look forward to future purchases from AT.

The sales person at the Mississauga location was great. I don't remember his name but he processed a refund for me and took the product I ordered back which I ordered by mistake. Sevice was prompt and friendly. I will go back there again in the future.

The only frustrating thing was the Fedex shipping record was in error as it showed it being shipped and received on the April 21 when I ordered it April 24. Fedex issue not vender. was concerned the shipment was lost.

I ordered a levelling kit for my truck, when it arrived I thought I had ordered the wrong part so I contacted them about what to do. They looked into my order, and not only went through every detail to make sure this one worked, but they also offered advice in how best to install as I wanted to do it myself. Very please with their service.

I was glad to find exactly what I was looking for. The price was good and the order was processed quickly. Shipping was free and time was reasonable for the distance, Moncton to west of Calgary but the box was quite damaged when it did get here and had been taped up. Even the box that contained the hardware was damaged, although all the parts seem to all be there. The tracking let me know where the package was while on route with Fedex. The fellow that actually delivered it was great, he called to let me know he was close and had to carry the box up the street.

Got it in a timely manner, but over the phone and in store instructions for pick up were lacking. At least the back door was open at the store and once the employee was off the phone I was away home to install it!!!

I would say that I appreciate those who still work in Action company during the COVID-19 period; without them, I cannot receive my order shortly without their notification. I have altered my phone number recently; by doing it, the previous phone number I left on that order couldn't reach out precisely. Therefore, the Action staff wrote and sent an email to me to confirm my order status. I didn't even notice it yet until I receive the email. So I replied and drove to the store to pick up my order.

The wrong part was sent, the toll free # was not too helpful and was told to email my concerns as the part was bought online. The email response was quick and the correct part was shipped and received in 2 days along with the return shipping sticker. Thanks

The website was easy to use and my products were delivered quickly but they were both already damaged upon arrival so that more or less negates everything else so far. My follow up has already been answered so hopefully they'll be replaced soon.

There was confusion on what a Ram Box kit was With or Without - I ordered based on Vehicle Description and ended up with wrong type. Customer Service in MTN was great , they help order right one and advsie i can return wrong one.
