Loved my chairs not one was broken, or damaged of the 4. Very good quality, very beautiful chairs, good padding and great service!!!!!! Of course very happy!

One of the two items Showed up damaged and there were many attempts to get in touch with Adeco to no avail. I wanted a replacement and mmo one ever responded. .

One of my two frames arrived with broken glass. After many emails and phone calls, I finally got in touch with adeco via facebook. They sent a replacement for the broken item, which was also broken. I will not order from them again.

I ordered 4 chairs and 2 were in bad condition. They were replaced quickly but one of the new chairs had a broken leg. I had to contact them again to replace the chair with the broken leg and they had closed my account and i wasn't able to get a hold of them. I had to file a dispute with the company in order to contact them. Once that happened they were very quick to resolve the issue and I got my 4 chairs.

The chairs I ordered looked exactly like the picture and I received them within 2 days of ordering! No complaints.

I paid $60 dollars for expedited 2 day shipping (on top of what I paid for the frame). Not only did my frame not come in two days, it didn't arrive for nearly 4 weeks. It came as ordered and in good condition, but I honestly thought i was scammed. I read many other poor reviews about late, missing, and incorrect orders. There also was no way to track my order, or contact the seller. I would not recommend purshasing through this company

My picture frame was broke I tried calling can't get no one to answer send an email and have not heard anything back and it's been almost two months very very very very unhappy with this company they suck
