Adenbrook Homes Coffs Harbour was highly recommended to me, after meeting Nikki in the display home and having a chat with her I decided to go ahead.
The entire process was smooth and straight forward. The team was more than happy to accomadate any changes I needed to make to the plan, and also undoing some things I changed my mind about. The cost was spot on from day one and the build was finished on time. After moving in, there was a couple of minor things that needed touching up, once this was addressed with adenbrook homes, the contractors were in contact with me the very next day to resolve. Overall I'm very impressed with everything, the communication, efficiency, cost, and the end result of my home.

I have now been dealing with Adenbrook for the past one year and right from the time I purchased the land and finished construction up until my maintenance Inspection , their service has been outstanding. The experience is simple, you have a problem, they listen and action. No build goes through without hiccups! difference is, when a builder walks alongside you with your problems. Adenbrook definitely does that! :)

We decided to build through Sarah and Glen from the Ballina office, and have not regretted the decision since - Infact, wouldn’t go anywhere else now. Glen and Sarah have been fantastic.

Our whole build was smooth from start to finish. From pre build, colour selection, customer service, throughout the build and post. No fuss, no stress and we were kept in the loop week to week.

Sarah and Glen made themselves available for any questions we had and there were no hidden costs or exaggerated figures.

We are very grateful for the ease of process with Adenbrook and and very happy with the finishes on the house.

The build was managed reasonably well,
I think every one has some dramas building at some stage as u are building your dream house but after 6mth of build time, we got to move into our house!
This is when Adenbrook stood out as even the site supervisor picked up on things that he wasn’t happy with and had fixed! having an extra set of eyes to check everything on handover is important!

We couldn’t be happier with our Hayden the angles are just perfect and make a statement!
And the cost was fixed so there weren’t any unexpected costs for us!

As first home buyers we were warned by our broker that building a home would be stressful. We were told to expect wild variations and difficult builders like it was “the norm”. Adenbrook Homes Ballina (Sarah and Glen) proved our broker wrong. It was a stress free and an exciting experience. They finished on time, no wild variations and friendly and personal customer support. They fixed trivial defects without a fuss, made sure we were 100% happy prior to handover. I have no doubt that ongoing attentive support after handover will continue. We are so happy with our new home. We would build with Adenbrook again!

From the minute I met Sarah on site for our home in Murwillumbah she was so switched on with our needs.Our land is slightly sloped and it was Sarah who can up with the good ideas to get around the issue.The build was Fantastic Glen is so passionate with his work.Anything that had to be amended during the build was explained to us fully .The pricing was very close to what we expected no hidden surprises.
This is the 4th home that we have built and be far the easiest Glen and Sarah you can tell how passionate you are with your trade.

The team at Adenbrook homes in their Western Sydney office were easy to work with, especially their colour specialist! They offered a wide and affordable colour range for all aspects of the home. They were transparent in noting extras and upgrades. Our build was fast and we were settled into our new home in great time. When confronted with small issues (dishwasher not working) they ensured it was fixed as fast as possible. Their homes are designed for the size of the land and they aim to maximise your space. I love the open plan designs, the large kictchens, and big windows. Their product range are all reputable brands including brands like Westinghouse. They ensured all our electrical work met our needs and kept us within budget along the way. They are knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond to answer any questions you have pre, during and post build.

Build was managed well, was built very quickly, when looking at plans to suit what we wanted we couldn’t find one to suit our block so adenbrook customised one we liked to make it work for us. Inclusions in home are second to none for price. Workmanship was pretty good. Only a few minor things we are waiting to have fixed, that have been delayed due to covid pandemic. Will update again soon

Adenbrook Homes recently completed a build of a 2 storey home for me and I could not recommend them enough. From the initial consultation with Belina to the day I was handed the keys everything was very smooth.
Brett and Kristie kept me up to date and very informed on how things were progressing during the build.
Julie was very helpful in helping me pick colours and designs.
The house was completed to a very high standard and came in on budget.
I would definitely build with Adenbrook again.

We are first home buyers, and being our first experience of course, we were very nervous about the land and building package that we opted for. Our experience with Adenbrook Homes turned out to be absolutely amazing. The whole process from signing for the contract to selecting our interior & exterior fittings went very smoothly. Handover of the house keys done in a timely manner and there were no unnecessary delays even during the whole process. Special thanks to Elle & Melanie at the office and Mark, our Site Supervisor. Both took immense pains in answering all our queries. We are very contented with the superior quality of materials used for the house, all our family and friends who visit us always praise the quality of work, the exterior and the interior designing of the house for which we are most grateful to Adenbrook.

Even now after the handing over of the house, Adenbrook still takes pains to cater to all our needs, which is being done in a timely manner. Hats off to Adenbrook for their commendable work and dedication to their clients. We would highly recommend Adenbrook to anyone who are looking for quality builder. Our first home was a land and home package with Adenbrook, we were extremely happy with their service so we decided to build a second home with this amazing team again.
With our high standard expectation from the previous experience, and Again, our expectation was met from day 1 until the Hand over date. Even a small issue from water tap, we called the team and adenbrook sent his plumber out straight away the next day. So impressive.
Again thank you guys and hopefully we will have our 3rd project with you soon.

Adenbrook's display home was the first one we walked through and we were so impressed that after walking through the others we very quickly realised that they didn't even compare to Adenbrook. The whole building process from planning to completion was very well handled. Nikki was amazing during the planning process, offering suggestions and altering plans when we decided on something different. Nothing was out of the question. Kirsty was fantastic with keeping us up to date on what was happening with the build and always answered any questions we had. Shane manged the build really well and us offered guidance during our on-site visits. We love our new house and are so glad we chose to build with Adenbrook.

We owe a lot of thanks to the Adenbrook team in Western Sydney. From the very start to the 6 months since moving in, we have been delighted with the overall performance from Adenbrook Homes. When we first got our quote from Adenbrook in the Willowdale display centre, we didn't feel the need to go to any other builder for a quote since we felt we could trust Adenbrook - this was more important to us as first home buyers than finding the cheapest price.
We are happy with the overall workmanship and build quality of the property. There were some things that needed to be rectified during the final inspection and at the 3 month defect list stage - but we would have expected this with any builder.
The build was generally well managed - from when the slab was poured till when we moved in was about 5 months. There were no major delays and so this made it very exciting watching our home go up week by week. However, there were some issues with the build that could have been rectified if their subcontractors were managed a little more closely.
The customer service and support is what we admired and appreciated most from Adenbrook. Their communication was very transparent and issues were rectified promptly. This was the case from the planning phase till when we moved in. This gave us confidence throughout the build that Adenbrook values their customers and were not just looking to make a quick buck. We will and have recommended Adenbrook to our friends and family and if we were to build again, we have no doubt Adenbrook Homes would be the builder top on our list. Thank you guys again for making our dreams come true!
A special thanks to Matt in the Willowdale display home who convinced us we had the potential to build a home in the first place and for securing the land we built upon. We have recently moved into our Adenbrook home in Ballina from the onset Sarah and Glen and Russel have been so helpful. We were apprehensive about building as we thought it would be very stressful, however with this team looking after us everything was so easy from colour choices right through to hand over day they made every effort to make this dream a reality. We can not thank them enough there hard work and passion shows in the beautiful house they have built for us.

Our first builder wasted our six months time. I back out with them and trying to find a new Builder I was lucky enough to find Adenbrook from Emerald hills. Matt from Emerald Hills is the best sales consultant. He was able to help us to find a house design that we would fit into our lot and in our budget. Matt even make an effort to travel from Emerald Hills to Elara Marsden Park so that he can explain the Sinclair display house what is included in the standard and what is not.
The best part is he was able to make a contract within 8 days. HOW GOOD IS THAT.

I'm a first time home buyer and was totally new to the process. Having chosen Adenbrook based on the practicality of the design and the inclusions provided - the administration team (Renee McKay and Melanie Toowater) did a fab job guiding us through the whole process and not making us feel intimidated at any stage. The colour selection session with Elle Lindemeier was smooth. The SS Mike Myers and Shane Alliston have done a good job and provided constant updates on the progress whenever I reached out to them.

Post handover, we have had minimal maintenance issues and whatever defects that were observed by us were all fixed. So I would like to say a big thanks to the whole team :)

We received our home in December 2018 and after a few months stay, we must say we are very happy with the build. Ben and Mark have both done a great job.

Everything in the house is very practical and functional. We pretty much went with Adenbrook’s original design with a few variations and it has come out great.

The entire land and house process was very smooth. We received both before the scheduled dates. All communications from Jillian, Renee and Bianca were timely and very helpful.

Overall we are very satisfied and would certainly recommend Adenbrook.

From day one the Gold Coast team made me feel comfortable, confident and content with all the decisions and choice I made for my new home. Being a single female building my first home I didn't have anyone else there to help me and Georgio, Daniel, Martin & Leanne took me under their wings and guided me the whole way. I couldn't be more happy with the service & end product. The house has been done exactly the way I wanted it and if there was anything wrong they bought it to my attention and fixed it before I had even noticed. 10/10 recommend Adenbrook Homes!!!

From the day we walked into the display home to the day of handover everything was great! The ladies in the office were always happy to answer questions, Julie was an amazing help with the interior and Shane was always accommodating with walk through at each step of the build. Even after handover the Coffs Harbour team have only been a phone call away to help with any queries. We couldn’t be happier with our new home.

From our first meeting with Niki at Adenbrook we knew we had made the right decision....she was amazing so helpful with choosing a plan to suit the block ..lots of suggestions and ideas and sticking within our budgets.. she was always a phone call away nothing was a bother to her.... Kirsty in Admin was great answered any queries we had and chased up any information we needed promptly..printed out or emailed any copies needed.....Shane was great kept us informed on every part of our build...let us know what trades were in and when they would be finished...we were able to walk through the house anytime we wanted....Since moving in the after handover service has been great any little problems fixed immediately.....The Tradies working on the house were also very friendly.....
