Receiving this package literally brought happiness to my life. Box was brand new and completely intact. Device turned on and it was 100% authentic. I was a bit skeptical to buy it at such a low resale price compared to other offerings. I will definitely reuse and recommend Adorama. Safe, assured and trustworthy!

I haven't even opened it yet, but I am very familiar with the PlusTek Scanner. I have an older one that is no longer supported due to age, but when it was running I was very happy with the results. I expect nothing less than top quality with this one! You can see they are basically the same in every way except color and specs. The company puts their money where it counts...The product itself! The top unit is the new 8200i.

The item was a refurbished 2019 iMac. It arrived in perfect condition with a keyboard and mouse. I did have to restart it to reconnect it to the hard drive. Then I used Migration Assistant to transfer all data from my other iMac. Everything went smoothly. I did have to delete some older apps and reload them with newer versions. I also purchased Microsoft Office for Mac, 2020, and it runs flawlessly. I will download firmware updates as needed. My essential apps and their data seem to be complete. I have been buying camera gear from Adorama for many years and have never returned anything.

Only issue was the boxes of fujifilm superia rolls were a little crushed. I sell rolls to film users and sometimes they turn their nose to damaged boxes. Chemistry was in good condition though. Shopping on your site is fast and easy. Thank you

Overall experience was good, however, Adorama had a bundle posted on Facebook for less than what it was listed on their site for. I reached out to customer service to find out if the offer from Facebook was still valid. My customer service rep reached out to his supervisor via email to find out. When the rep called me back, he read the email to me, which was incredibly sarcastic. The supervisor stated that he didn't know that Facebook was a store... Well, then why did your marketing team post the price on Facebook????? Did not appreciate the sarcasm. That said, I still when ahead and purchased the camera bundle and so far, customer service has been helpful with all my questions...

Stumbled upon Adorama on google for my purchase. Not only were their price the same, but I got a lot of extra goodies (some of which I wanted to buy separately) for free!!! Officially going to be my go to!

I’ve had my credit for over 2 months, I was informed Adorama couldn’t call the credit card company had to email them. I had a 1000 hold on my card for two months I’m just now able to use it. No apologize was given no compensation no nothing

Fast shipping, good prices, excellent packaging. What more can you ask for? Also they provide advanced support on the product (a Fuji camera for 90 days so that's Great for those who might need it).

These guys are AWESOME !!! Finally, another great online supplier found out how to be better than Amazon, by treating customers, not like just another number, but rather, people with good taste, different approaches, and great awesome products, available and ready for delivery. Whereas with Amazon, you feel like you are just another uneducated consumer, just looking to be fooled by gimmick pictures and Chinese products with No value added at ALL .

I'm new to photography, and wanted to add some lenses to the basic kit I recently purchased, but I wasn't sure which lenses would be good for me to buy now, not terribly expensive, and useful for a long time. I chatted with Stephanie, who was incredibly helpful (& very patient with my ignorance!) She made several recommendations for lenses to add to my kit as I can afford them and after doing my research, I purchased the first lens (bundle) along with a tripod for a good price compared to other vendors. Delivery during covid-19 is of course a challenge, but everything arrived in good shape in a reasonable amount of time. I highly recommend Adorama and look forward to working with them for all my camera and photography needs.

Ordered two pairs of speakers.Price was an excellent deal and they arrived in only 2 days. Three of the 4 arrived in pristine condition. One of them had a small gouge in the finish on top. All 4 sound amazing. I immediately e-mailed customer service and detailed the issue and included pictures. Within hours I received a response with an offer of a discount for the cosmetic flaw. True customer service from a company that actually cares. Very rare these days. I will continue to be an Adorama customer for the foreseeable future. Thank you!

The customer experience from Adorama was five stars. Easy to order, clear instructions, etc. The only negative was not Adorama's fault, but the shipper, UPS. I had a tracking number, and could only watch helplessly as my package went way off track and sat in some bizarre location for the weekend. It did arrive, but I was nevertheless disappointed in that "next-day" air did not happen. Anxious about the whereabouts of my nearly $2,000 camera, I tried various ways to contact UPS. In a word, useless and unhelpful. Again, not Adorama's fault, and I would definitely purchase from their website again.

I received my Nikon D610 in the mail a couple of days ago. The camera I purchased was used but in great condition. Looks brand new and works wonderfully. I bought a camera off ebay a couple of years ago with low clicks, and it was a nightmare. Basically I inherited someone else's problem. Now I only go to a reputable organization, such as Adarama for camera equipment, because you know you're getting an a good product that is backed by the company if anything goes wrong. Lesson learned

I received the order, have not gotten the opportunity to use the backdrops yet; had to return the Westcott Background support system due to a small details and malfunction. Nothing on Adorama's side. Adorama took care of the problem as soon as I presented it and they're sending me a replacement. I'd recommend Adorama to any friend that's into photography or videography.

Just tried the Panasonic 100-300 zoom yesterday on my newly acquired (used) OM-D E-M10 III. Saw and photographed a Cooper's Hawk at long range. Easily identified on the photo. Very pleased. Other items are fine: SD cards, UV filter, extra battery.

These speakers sound very nice for being 10 years old. I have no idea where they picked these up but there must have been a bunch in a warehouse somewhere in Canada since these were for the Canadian market, The U.S. version is just called the F3. Cones seem to be a plastic composite but look very close to the spun copper of the newer models. At this price it's hard to go wrong

Slow shipping, took almost 2 weeks. Awful packaging, ripped box right through the "handle carefully" message. This was a piano so you can understand my concern. Thankfully it appears to be working but this is just an unacceptable lack of care.

Adorama shipped my product quickly and it arrived in perfect condition, however the packaging was terrible. The product clearly did not fit in the box that was used, so extra cardboard was taped to the end to try to cover it. Only the tape did not hold so it nearly fell apart and arrived with packing material sticking out. Upon opening, there was hardly any padding material used at all. Again, thankfully the product arrived in perfect condition regardless, but I'm not excited about using this site again if I need to be this concerned about the condition of the packing and product when ordering.

Love Adorama! Order a small part from them on the very same day I ordered a small part from B&H during the Covid-19 pandemic. The Adorama packaged arrived 2 days after I ordered it. It's been 4 days and I'm still waiting for the B&H delivery. And it says I've got 2 more days to wait. I know it's a pandemic and all, but Adorama just gets it done. They have also been EXTREMELY helpful with returns of faulty items. Adorama is my go-to source for photography equipment. Never had a complaint with them.

I ordered a pair of Klipsch floorstanding speakers through Adorama and was blown away! The price Adorama was able to offer for these speakers is unreal and the shipping delivery was top-notch. This was my first time ever hearing about Adorama. I will definitely be buying more products from Adorama, as they've immediately turned into an online store that I browse daily, to find the best deals. Thank you, Adorama!
