i made an order and more than a month later, i am still waiting. They apologized for that, but sitll, i have no product yet, and their apologies wont bring it to me.

The order was made 10/8/2004 and today is 11/17/2004 and i have only get the same mails as the other customers on this site, I have sent a lot of mails to all their addresses, and i have just received the auto response from two of them, that they will contact me soon. I am now going to place a complaint with BBB. They are just liars, and are taking all the money from people.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, THEY ARE JUST FRAUD.

First I received a message back from the vendor that the order had been processed and was pending shipment; next thing I know I get this:
"Due to our recent change in Credit Card Processor our system for purchasing
with Credit Cards Is Currently.Down. We have inegrated in a new processor
for this but will be a few days before this can be finalized. You still have other methods of paying for your order Via E check or Mail
order method. In which any affect we will issue you next Day shipping free
of no charge."
Naturally, I cancelled the order.

Almost two month later, and I still haven't got my money back. These guys scammed me out of $600, then when I left a negative rating for them, to my surprise they actually contacted me offering a refund. This was two weeks ago - they claim they refunded the money via electronic transfer, even emailed me a forged receipt for the transaction - money's still not in my account. I refuse to believe a bank transfer takes 2 weeks. They've now stopped responding to my emails - YET AGAIN.

I'm amazed by the sudden influx of happy customers here - these guys are either blatantly incompetent, or blatant scammers. It wouldn't surprise me at all to learn that all the positives are faked - after all, the only people who have even posted more than one resellerratings review are the ones posting NEGATIVE ones. Avoid these guys at all costs - nothing but lying scammers.

WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH
NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THEM

I placed an order two Sundays ago for a motherboard I needed that said was in stock according to the website. I needed it in by last Friday, and since I live around 10 minutes from the guy I figured no problem. Charged my CC on the 28th

I call last Monday. and get voicemail and leave a message. No call back. So I call around 15 times and always get voicemail.
Last Tuesday. Leave a message in the AM get no call back. Call about 15 times during the day. FINALLY around 4 PM. I get a guy. He said item should ship today and I should get a tracking number via email. Checked email that night and didn't get one

Call Weds about 15 times- Voicemail over and over
Call Thurs about 15 times - Voicemail over and over. Leave message and send him an email. STILL NO CONTACT
Call Friday about 15 times- Voicemail over and over

Its now Tuesday and I left yet another message. I am calling my credit card company tonight if I dont hear from this clown and have the charge reversed.

I purchased a new 250gb hard drive from adosystems. Received order when expected (they eve upgraded shipping at n/c because of a fault at shippiners end. Received what I ordered and even got a follow up call. Will shop here again. When it's time to update the rig.

How's "I've been patient enough to wait for about 3 months for an ATI AIW9600XT graphics card" sound for "comment"? Don't get me wrong, I've been calling and voicing my concerns not to mention emailing his "lifeless" systems. I've already filed against him and his company with BBB. Really!!! How can anyone like him claim to be in business with such horrible service? Heck, I or anyone at that, could make an order right now on his website. I thank God for those of you who didn't get sucked in by what can be seen as lies now to me; and for those of us who have been taken advantage of, "cheap seekers" or whatever, I encourage you to band together to put him out of business because his actions show clearly he doesn't belong there. You'd think people, especially those in business, would get better with time; it's obvious this company and the guy running it only got worse. Write me at [email protected] for any ideas how we can save other people the trouble of doing business with this guy - I seemingly have lost any ounce of remaining respect I have for Mr. Oliver as he's spoken lies to me very similar to ones already mentioned here. (Add this to your list of lies: some merchant was late in shipping my order to him or something like that. Or maybe it's here but I've not come across it.) K! Before I write some book no one needs to read, I'll end this "comment" here. I hope y'all have a wonderful new year no thanks to Mr. Oliver Dilan. Peace!

May 24, 2005: A little over four weeks ago in April, I got mail that had a money order for my refund from ADOSystems. I can just imagine the amount of headache I would have put myself through because BBB already mailed me weeks in advance that they had reached an agreement to refund my money. Anyway, I am thankful even though all I wanted was the graphics card I payed for. I'm hopeful that he will also get his act together - fast - and send out the other refunds to those who took action, no matter how little, as I did. Stay cool y'all. Peace!

I Ordered the GIGABYTE Radeon X800 XT 256MB 12/04/2004. I Was told that their credit card system was down and that I would receive an additional 13% off with overnight shipping if I sent a USPS money order. I overnighted the money order on 12/6 and mailed in to inquire about status on 12/8. I had trouble getting trough to them after that, their phone system was down, but I got a short message by mail 12/10 saying they shipped it overnight and that I should have it by 12/11.

This never happened, and they stopped replying to my mails. I finally wrote them a nasty email 12/21 threatening to report them to BBB, New York State Attorney general and the FBI internet fraud complaints if I had not got my money back or a valid tracking number within three days.
I got an email the same day saying they were out of stock of my particular video card and that they would ship it out on 12/22. I decided to wait for shipment through the holiday weekend and thought maybe I would receive it. After this I have heard nothing. Just sendt a comlaint to BBB, and would be more than willing to group in and nail this guy.

I placed an order with this company on Aug 16, 2004. Before I found all the bad posts of course I fell for the CC processor and sent them a money order for the full amount. I was told i would have the products second day and was happy. Two weeks later I contacted the company and they issued me a UPS tracking number that showed the products were sitting at the store. After about a couple more weeks I got in contact with Mr. Dilan himself and he said it must have been lost and he would resend all the parts and I was issued two more trcking numbers that showed the same thing as before. I have since demanded a refund and yet again got a phony USPS tracking number this time. I since have recieved nothing from ADOSYSTEMS and am still seeking a refund after well over and quickly approaching three months. NEVER do buisness with this company they are out to take your money and run.

I recieved an email from the BBB stating that ADOSYSTEMS was waiting to see what happened to the goods that UPS supposedly lost. Since this post I have also been send another false tracking number this time for a refund via the USPS. Then I recieved an email from Mr. Dilan himself saying they tried to issue and electronic refund, which was a lie because since the CC processor and I had sent them a money order they never had any information that would have allowed them to issue and electronic refund. Mr. Dilan asked for a contact number from me and I gave him both my work and home number and it has been a weeka nd a holf since then and now all his contact numbers have been disconnected. Don't do business with this company because if you have problems and you will you are the one the is going to be up the creek. My order number was ORD2004081619 and It was for about 1500.00 dollars worth of goods. If there is anyone else out there wanting to go in on a joint law suit send me an email at [email protected]. It is time that we put a bad egg out of buisness.

Still I have not recieved a refund from this company despite the fact that they did send me a valid shipping number with a request to update my negative feedback on them. Needless to say I was waiting to actually recieve the check before I updated anything. After Christmas I checked the number that he had given me, stating that it was my refund check to find out that it was delivered somewhere in AZ. Mistake, I think not, this was an attemp to get me to retract bad things that I've stated about this company. I am filing a complaint with the NY Attourney General and will be sueing this company if a refund is not issued immediatly. I need serious people to join in so that we can shut this company down so more people don't fall victom.

ADO Systems (apperently run by one person: OLIVER) took my bank money order for $350 on 22 May, cashed it and has since failed to send the product, answer my phone calls and email. Mr "Oliver" personally signed the UPS receipt for my money order, then he lied to me on 27 May telling me he would send the merchandise the next day. You can call both AOD numbers and get Oliver's "canned message" reply lie about the bad credit card system. Through 411 I got a number for ADO that I thought would get me through to management (631 286-5163); lo and behold: Oliver's canned message was on that too.
