Issue - I made an acoount & ordered 1 item on COD. My order was accepted, but it would'nt reflect in my account. So, I was following up with them. & this us the detailed experience -

I was asked if I am still interested in the item. I replied with a question. & now, without my approval, you have shipped the item? Why? I placed my order on 29th April. And you have raised my order on 6th May. What great standards you have.
I donot want your product now, even if its free. Your charges are higher than other apps, and inspite of no shipping fees you charged me 198 rupees extra. I also enquired about it. So far, I have filled up nearly 7 customer contact forms on your website. But no one from your team responded. I asked repeatedly even through emails, so far i sent 5 emails but again no one responded.
I have added all this on social media so that people get awareness of how you waste others time as long as 8 days to suit your convenience.
I hope it opens your eyes to how your other departments funtion!

Why they are giving 3 times less cheap prices than other websites, is because these guys are selling counterfeit/first copy products to their customers

I won't recommend using unbranded first copy products because you would be using them on your private parts and i won't recommend it, seriously might be not a very good option, beware

And it's illegal to sell counterfeit/ first copy products,
It's a form of trademark infringement of the Original Company Brand "Fleshlight", what these guys are doing isn't legal, think! cheap prices are the Redflag

I bought the Fleshlight Stoya, Original Branded One has their patented material "Realistic feel SuperSkin" but what these guys show on their website is ABS plastic/Thermoplastic Elastomer, it's a second redflag and obvious one it being a fake product, and the customer service assistant when i confirmed with her she told that it's silicone, and they themselves then confessed that they are selling first copy products, and they don't even disclose it on their website, it's again a violation and though selling of counterfeit products is illegal though,
the customer care staff don't have any clue about their products...

,i am frustrated and disappointed , my money went down in vain,

You are spending money in thousands, report this e-commerce and contact the original brand about the fraud they are doing under their brand name and raise a complaint under consumer protection act,,,

The company is genuine and professional. But the electronic products are of v poor quality. I bought 2 battery operated gadgets and one stopped working in a few days (on my 2nd use itself). So my point is ... the Quality of the electronic parts of their products is V poor. They should have ensured better quality Before shipment, rather than requesting me to get it repaired from a local electrician!
Otherwise, their customer service is professional.
Second complain is .... They allow you to place orders online (for products In stock), then will email you the next day that the product cannot be shipped because it's out of stock. And they did this to me Twice over. So ... inventory management is poor.

One of the worst website to order in a beautiful way and and then keep waiting for the product....it will never reach and they 100001 reasons to justify the delay even if its more than 45 days.....
They take your money, and straight away ship the good from foreign supplier skipping themselves from the picture....
If they get stuck, customs and so many things.... i promise you will regret.. I dont know about other websites, but with 100% sincerity i will tell you not to buy from this website..
