I am very pleased with the help I received from the ATS customer service rep. , Xavier, while purchasing Driver Support for my computer. He explained to me how the program works. Because my computer is fairly new and in need of an internet security program, he introduced me to the Panda Internet Security program as well. I now have both programs installed. Thank you for improving my computer and for talking with me like I was guest rather than a " not very computer savvy" customer.

Several times the past few years I've had issues with my computer. Every time I contacted Advanced Tech Support the issue was resolved. One time it took the techs a few hours to find the problem, but find the problem they did. I will stay with Advanced Tech Support for as long as I own a computer.

I spoke to three different people during my most recent visit. I had to stop the first tech as it was so obvious he was reading from a script, speaking VERY fast and with his accent I cold not understand a single word he said. He then transferred me to another division as my subscription had expired(which I was NOT aware of). The young lady was not very helpful but I did renew my tech subscription for another year as I needed the work done. I had asked about a monthly charge rather than buying the whole annual and she flatly told me it was not a good value and insisted that I take the annual fee. Normally this would not be problem, but I was just laid off and I am searching for a new job and this will be a hardship for me. Then I was transferred back to another tech to resolve my issues, and once again, reading of the script and hard to understand. You have a GREAT product, but your techs need some customer service training! Tell them to SLOW down while reading and try to pay more attention to what the customer is asking for.

I have been a member of Advanced Tech since 2014.
I did not know that you did not properly instruct me how to be protected from viruses and spyware. I assumed you kept my Firefox and Mozilla and other kinds of protection up to date.

I had an invasion last week by 1-844-808-2999 (Certified Windows Technicians) when they locked and seized my computer and told me it was serious and the problem was 2dc3fe.

Being on the phone line it was impossible to phone you. I thought it was Windows telling me what to do. They told me my network security had expired 22 days before and the computer had received "frozen worms". They reactived my Firewall for$189.99.

Then a senior technician said VJ IT Services were working on it, and Karthik- Raja Banking Advisor. I became suspcious and asked if there would be more charges. It was $699.99. They reduced it to first to 499.99 and then 599.99. Phone: 855-532-1333.

Since my VISA Debit card was blocked because Monday was a statuatory holiday, they agreed to wait till Tuesday to be paid. On Tuesday I spoke to my bank re VISA and together we decided to block all payments on it. I will receive a new card in a week.

I then reported the problem to Advanced Tech by phone.
One of your technicians has removed this invasion from my computer, but there are still problems. She installed Zemana Anti-malware. This is new to me and i do not understand what to do with it, or with Firefox or Mozilla. They sound like an alternate to Google, which is all I feel I need. Why then have Firefox and Mozzilla? I don't have time for extras.

Some files are renamed and jumbled.
and the following notice still remains on my desk top:

i have been with ats for many many years and i so highly reccomend everyone to use this service even if they are computer savey. i love this company and all of their representitives. they are so smart and so patient and laff at my corny comments. best service ever. and they will help me 24-7 . at times i was up early morning and they were still there for me. I LOVE ATS!!

I have been a customer and a major fan of ATS for several years. I so depend on your expertise and knowledge to correct the occasional issue that happens every once in awhile. With technological advancements happening at light speed, and the clutter of the internet, it is only a matter of time before a computer needs a tune up. There were some great and not so great reviews of Advanced Tech Support, I can only review how my pc is running now, yes paid the $49.99 additional $250.99 plus the Tech Support for $19.95 which I don't think I will continue paying, however, for all the problems I was having for over 2 weeks, it was well worth the price. I have not seen my pc run this great in years. Have to give them a 5 Star for this.

I called Advanced Tech Support because a friend has their service and he raves about them. My issue was that my printer wasn't working. My computer was also running slowly and had a few minor issues. It took one day to resolve all my issues. They found over 1,600 viruses and malware on my computer and got rid of all of them. I have Norton Antivirus and it obviously wasn't doing its job. They sold me Panda Antivirus and it's working quite well. Now my computer is running like it did when it was new and I'm able to print. I'm very happy with the service provide by Advanced Tech Support.

I have had Advanced Tech Support for about three years and have called a number of times. They are always polite and work long and hard to fix my issues. The only issue I have with them is the amount of background noise that is present when I am discussing my computer problems with a technician. Sometimes the noise is so bad I can't tell when he is talking to me or whether it is the background noise. I think the phone system or something needs to be looked at. I also enjoyed the internet chat feature because I didn't have to deal with background noise, but apparently that feature has been discontinued.

In 2016,Advanced tech support,supposedly,cleaned up our computer,charged us $249.00 plus $15.30 a month for security.well in January 2017,our computer started having viruses,in February 2017,our computer was hacked,so we took it to a highly recommended computer tech in our area,there was No signs that Advanced Tech Support had done anything to our computer,so security, Nothing! So please be awAre of this company,and many more out there,that will take your Money,but never touch your computer....The Evidence Is Out! Beware!...also I found out later they are not affiliated with Microsoft..So beware! They owe me a refund,but I know I won't get it..

I installed Windows 10. Sure enough, problems. I ran a scan that reported over a thousand issues. I directed the scan to "fix" the issues. A text box appeared directing me to "RegUtilities" which required a License Key #. In order to get the license key number I had to pay $29.00. Once purchased, I clicked on "Activate Now". A technician initiated an online conversation, activated the program, and then offered to do a system check. I consented. She reported multiple problems with files running in the background that could invade the system and harm files. For a mere $249.00 she would refer me to an "advanced technician" to clean up the mess. I took the bait. At that point I noticed the heading for the online conversation was Advanced Tech Support. Admittedly, my PC is running much better now, but I'm skeptical. Why did this company, without my soliciting it, show up out of the blue to come to my rescue? Did I just get scammed for almost $300.00. I've read that in Florida the FTC shut down Advanced Tech Support.

I have used computer services provided by Advanced Technical Services for the last 4-5 years. The technical representatives are always polite, cordial, and always express a desire to resolve all concerns and problems expeditiously. The ATS Tech's response times and comprehensiveness of the resolution is most often relative to the concise clarity and definition of the "problem statement" that I (the client) have communicated. The appropriateness of the ATS resolution seems to follow the computer adage "GIGO" (Garbage In, Garbage Out). Once again, if the "Problem Statement" is well constructed and clearly defined, the ATS Tech will provide an expeditious and "Best Practices Solution" that will result in an extremely high level of customer satisfaction.

I have used ATS for about 2 years. In that time, I have always gotten great service, except for this last time. That's why only 4 stars instead of 5. I contacted ATS with a problem and immediately got a message that they were experiencing higher than usual callers. I opted to leave my number and have ATS call me back. That's a great service, but I didn't get a call back until several hours later, when I was in bed! I called again the next day, and again got the same message. Again I left my number and this time I did receive a call back within a few hours. Problem(s) got pretty well resolved this time. I did purchase a "cloud" back-up from them and it seems to be working well. We have it set to back-up at 3:00 AM and it does. However, I was not informed about how long it would take. I have my daughter's playlist on my computer (3800+ tunes) and it took forever for the back-up, so long in fact that it was still backing up at 5:00 PM! This really slowed down my computer. I decided, after several days of this, to remove all the tunes after they were backed up. This took a few hours, as I waited until a set was done before I deleted. I'm sure that the tech could have looked at my files and suggested that it would take this long, but I never heard anything about it. After deleting the music files, It is done when we get up it the morning, so all is good.
In general, I aim quite happy with the tech solution and have recommended it to friends. Just a couple of small glitches this time.

These tech guys are great, reliable and trustworthy, and for the modest initial startup fee I paid plus the small price I paid for a lifetime subscription to Panda, the additional $15.00 I am paying each month for unexpected malfunctions or virus' that pop up which occasionally occur have been well worth the price. I would recommend this service to anyone.
