Using MyAir4 for almost 3 years. Never working as what it supposes to do. Connection drops while not at home, control panel (tablet) played up couple times, in two occassions couldn't even turn the cooling off and needed to climb up to the roof to turn the system off, connect and disconnect the etherrnet cable. Not recommended.

Our system is nearly 5 years and we had problem with the screen. Called them last week, someone came in today , replace the screen with the latest one with no cost ( 5 years warranty) and helped us with the setting as well. Great customer service, really recommend it.

Very impressed with our ducted air conditioner, had it installed June this year, works brilliantly. We have just had a small problem connecting to the app on our phone, We phoned the help line they couldn't fix but they were very helpful, within 24 hours Phil came to our house to fix the Problem under warranty, all perfect now, very impressed with the service. Highly recommend this company & product

We have Advantage Air 3 since last 4 years. The idea is great but the network connectivity is giving us a trouble. Although the main controller is connected via ethernet cable, there are many incidents where it is not connected to the network. We have to go through a series of try and error trouble shooting to fix it. Some time this make take a while. I am not convinced that it has the best network stability. I have raised it with Advantage Air Brisbane and will update my post upon receiving their advice.

I installed myair 5 system through the builder. At the start, zones didn't work properly. When 1 zone on, several others working. When I informed the issue to Technician he didn't accept and finally he agreed to come and checked. He came 4 weeks later and identified that the system installed incorrectly and 2 motors has been crashed. If anyone installed this in Toowoomba area, I recommend to check and ensure zones working properly before warranty expire. Even these motors crashed within the warranty they metioned I have to pay for the labour. At the end builder paid for the labour. I believe that the system is working well if it is properly installed.

We spent $15000 on 16kw single phase reverse cycle Diakin unit plus 9 zone myair system. When I bought it I was told that I can control each zone where I need but truth is that I have very little control and it pump hot/cool air everywhere and I don't get desired cooling/heating in any particular area. It runs at 100% capacity at all time and consumes more than 55kwh every day in winter. Would not recommend to anyone. Also don't use Aircon4u because they lied all about it and didn't tell me what to expect. After installing and payment Aircon4u guys tell me that don't expect more than 10 degree difference from ambient temperature which means on a hot 42 degree day, you can't expect better than 32 degree. All this winter it could not heat any of my room more than 21 even if one zone was on, that too on a hot day.

We had our system installed early November 2017, Dec xmas, controls don't work, we have to go outside and turn the machine off and on now control over what is being airconditioned. Technician came out today put new controls up and guess what three hours later they are not working.

A year ago Comfyfirst Airconditioning in Melbourne who must have bought my controller produced by Advantage Air (MyPlace) from the Advantage Air agent in Melbourne called MyHomeHub installed a product called MyPlace to my two independent heating and cooling systems (Lennox equipment). This system supposed to control 5 zones on my upstairs system and two zones on my downstairs system proofed to be completely unreliable. It often does not respond to the App which comes with it, the downstairs system controller tablet went black and can’t be restarted.
service from comfyfirst rude and unprofessional. Avoid them and there products like the pest.
I am most likely have to take them to court to recover my money and get a reputable company replacing this rubbish

We are Air Conditioning contractors and have been installing MyAir for over 5 years. The product quality is second to none. In the rare event of product failure or malfunction, Advantage Air's warranty team is extremely responsive.

I have had both air & lights installed in my home for approx 6 months, last friday i got an app update which added Google Home compatibility to my system :) Now i can control my system with my voice, THANK YOU!!!

Have had MyAir 5 installed for a couple of months now. Had to replace ducting so upgraded controller as well. Not had any problems at all to this point; and love the ability to operate the system remotely from phone or ipad. Can use controller to stream digital content through a bluetooth speaker, no probs. Kids even use it to watch youtube occasionally.

We used AdvantageAir for our new ducted air conditioning and live in the coldest part of SA but experienced several issues over the past 5 years none of which could be resolved. Our heating system simply did not function efficiently despite several technicians & electricians checking it out to no avail. We made a final effort to have it looked at before our 5 year warranty expired and were given details of their SA based representative Mr Magnus Van Aswegen who assured us he could solve our problems and indeed he did! With utmost professionalism and efficiency Mr. Magnus made it possible for us to finally live in comfort in the cold Adelaide hills. I cannot express our gratitude for this gentleman and will avoid leaving a scathing review for Advantage air since now they have this very knowledgeable technician available in SA. Thank you Magnus, you are a miracle worker!!

Myair installed for 2years now and I have to turn off at mains at least once a fortnight to reboot the system......never had an Android based tablet before but I find it very unresponsive to the touch.....positives only just out weigh negatives!
I could NOT recommend this product due to its instability....and of course it’s always down when your coming home on a freezing cold or stinking hot day and you can’t turn it as you leave work. The positive is that it’s great to be able to adjust each rooms temperature from my smart phone.

Our air conditioning was installed July 2018 with the Advantage Air My Air controller. We have had to have the control wall unit reaplaced a couple of times now (on the 3rd) and we are still having issues of going off line and also the unit turns itself on all the time. We are getting very concerned that the warranty is out in a month as this has not been a very good experience so for. Wish we didn't have this system and would never buy again. We are in Brisbane.
