Just moved into our new house to find the tv ariels were working, phoned at very short notice and they came as soon as they could, a very professional service and very friendly! We would highly recommend their service!

Called Justin late Thursday night and what a great man came out early Good Friday morning to repair TV system so we would not be without TV over Easter. And not expensive value for excellent work.

We are so impressed with the quality of service, efficiency and dedication of this company.... I called first thing this morning as we lost our digital signal completely at the weekend. Justin and Will arrived later the same morning and we were up and running again by 2.00! Amazing! We wouldn't hesitate to call on them again if needs be and we would thoroughly recommend Tone Aerials to anyone.

Phoned Justin at 08:30 booked in for 3pm he turned up at midday fitting the job inbetween his busy schedule. Had my Tv running again 15 mins later. Highly recommended!!

Rang Justin at 0945 this morning. Though he was some miles away he came over to Chard and had me back up and running by 11.00am. Now that's great service!

Very prompt response - came same day and installed a new aerial within an hour. Friendly and explained the problem. I'd have no reservations recommending this company.

Top Bloke, Top Job, Came out at the drop of a hat, went to a lot of trouble to get us up and running on a Friday evening. Cannot fault service like that!

Phoned Justin late Friday afternoon and he was here the same evening ... (on a Friday!!). He checked the aerial and he told me there was nothing wrong with the aerial and that it was the TV. Offered to pay him and he refused to take it as he hadn't done anything! What service! Many thanks Justin.

After many problems with my T.V I phoned Tone Aerials up and the same day Justin turned up and within the hour al 3 rooms working with SKY and normal freeview.
I found Justin to be extremely professional and dilligent also he answered any (probably stupid) questions that I had.
I would strongly recommend Tone Aerials to anyone, that else that needs work doing!!!!

Justin did a very good job in replacing my tv cable and also fitted a new aerial as recommended by him. I was really pleased with his friendly and efficient service. He showed an eagerness to do the job and knew exactly what to do. He was tidy and helpful and an honest tradesman as he returned my screwdriver after mistakingly placing it with his tools. He does like to have a cup of coffee whilst working and builds good rapport with his customers. I would highly recommend Justin for all your aerial and tv needs.

Great service from Justin, Tone Aerials today. He was very professional and polite and it's clear that he knows his stuff! The problem we had was fixed quickly and efficiently and we would highly recommend home to anyone.

The engineer Justin and his colleague were a very professional service. They called before hand and were punctual to the minute. On site they took extreme care not to move or damage anything and actually removed their shoes prior to commencing work. They were fast and efficient quickly identifying the faults and rectifying them at the time. Josh went out of his way to test all of our aerial outlets in the home and retuned all appliances in every room. They erected a new aerial fast and efficiently.
All in all I would highly recommend Tone Aerials to anyone. Excellent service throughout at a reasonable cost.

Called Justin at 5 pm as having problems with the picture breaking up on my TV. He was there the next morning and sorted all the aerial problems there and then. Excellent service and would have no hesitation in recommending him. Thanks very much

Justin and his mate were brilliant. On time, polite, friendly, not at all condescending. Not only did they solve the problem with our TV but also improved wifi around our old house and offered to advise on getting faster broadband. I have no hesitation in recommending this pair to others. Thankyou Justin.

Having had experience of being ripped off by tradesmen in London and the South East, I was worried the same would happen now I live in the South West. I need not have worried. I was quoted £75 to mount my own digital aerial on my roof after I was unable to get a good signal with it in my loft. The guys arrived on time and were polite and friendly. They checked the signal I was getting at the aerial point and then had a look at the aerial. After a few minutes, they advised I needed a mast head amplifier that would be situated in the sitting room and sent power up to the loft aerial. This would then cost me extra (around £90 in total). However, after a while, they emerged from the loft and told me they had managed to get a good signal without the amplifier. They checked the signal at the aerial point and I re-tuned the TV to discover all channels were now perfect including the HD channels. I was only charged the quoted £75 and wished me a Happy Christmas. To paraphrase the A-Team - "If you have a problem... if no one else can help... and if you can find them... maybe you can hire... Aerial Care SouthWest".

I called Justin on a windy Sunday morning when a broken TV aerial was found .....He was out in 30 mins and made the TV aerial on the roof safe and then came back on Monday afternoon as agreed and on time to fix a new aerial. He was friendly, helpful and kept me informed at all stages... the prices were not unreasonable. A brilliant company who did exactly as I needed.... Thank you Justin.
