I cancelled my ticket on 5th August and I was told it would take up to 15 days to refund the money and I am still waiting. It was a flight from Doha to Perth return so not a small amount of money. I wouldn’t advise anyone to use aerobilet. The tickets may be cheap but The customer service is so bad.

On May 30, 2019, I was supposed to fly with my wife to Toulouse. But due to illness and the upcoming operation, he was forced to abandon the flight. After providing, via e-mail, a copy of the medical certificate from the clinic to Aerobilet, after three months, the money for the unused two tickets, in full, was transferred to the card. Even though tickets at a fare were considered irrevocable. Thanks to the Aerobilet team for the work done. I will continue to use their services.

My flight was canceled 13th May 2019 but still, I didn't receive a refund and proper response from Aerobilet.PNR 30ZHG8

PS: 1 Year Completed still didn't receive my refund

Booked a flight with aerobillet , needed to change the return date , they said they were unable due to a system error and I had to contact the airline , contacted the airline who said legally they cannot change the flight as I had booked with a third party (aerobillet) who if they were to contact the airline themselves they could easily change it , i have called the call center 5 times with no answer just kept on hold for ten minutes before getting cut off , the email response have been useless and repeat the same pre scripted lines everytime ,

Booked a flight on 8 April with Jet Airways through Aerobilet. It was later announced that the airline would not be operating any more flights and had gone out of business.

Emailed Aerobilet on 7 May asking about the refund process. They responded promptly on 8 May with the following

"Jet Airways suspended all domestic and international flights. We have been filled a cancellation form to the airline for full refund
Please note that process takes 30-40 days and after 40 days if you still not received your full refund please contact with us."

After receiving no further information and no refund I contacted them again on 29 July asking for an update on my refund.

Again they replied immediately on 30 July with the following

"Your refund form has not been approved.It takes time to approve.Your card will be refunded when confirmed."

Since then I have emailed them four times but they will no longer respond to me. We have of course received no refund. Today I decided to call them. I called 3 times but each time they put the phone down on me and nothing was achieved. This also cost me quite a lot of money to call Turkey in addition to the loss I am suffering on the ticket price.

There is no method of contacting this company. There is no refund after 5 months.

Avoid.

Update - December 2019.

Aerobilet respond on Trustpilot but nowhere else. Still no refund. Still no answer to any emails. Still no way of calling them.

I reserved a 2 way ticket, then the airline changed the return ticket it arrives late by one day with layoff time more than 24 hours. After contacting them for more than 2 months and exchanging more than 52 emails they did not solve my problem. They keep saying the airline did not accept and when I call the airline they say it is our fault and if they send us a request we will fix it.
-Calling the support is useless as no one picks up the phone.
-Reaching them via Twitter is also useful as they don't respond.
I wish if there is 0 star or even negative rating to give them so that people stay away from this company.

I am currently experiencing a bad time with AEROBILET now, since the customer service response is so poor. I requested for a flight cancellation and refund and I go through Aerobilet and Flynas Airlines in which they are letting me go here and there. Just now, I confirmed with the airlines that the flight has been cancelled and I just need to communicate with Aerobilet for the process of refund.
I would like to request AEROBILET to please prcess the refund ASAP.

Pathetic service from aerobilet booked tickets for journey on 23 December and wanna Prepone the journey to 23 November trying to contact them for the last 10 days no customer service emailed them msgs tried everything but of no use at last when connected they said you have ask airline's for change of dates even tried there they said you booked tickets from aerobilet so need to change from there only when asked they said we have technical problem from our end nothing can be done really such pathetic service never gonna book tickets again from aerobilet

I booked 3 tickets for my family and I. I have requested that aerobillet change the date of a ticket for 1 adult and one infant as there is a family emergency and need to remain longer with my family. Someone replied to me by EMAIL AFTER 3 days since it is impossible to reach them by phone. ALL THEIR NUMBERS DO NOT WORK. This Ali person told me he could change it and after I agreed to changing it he stopped replying. Now my travel date is tomorrow and he did not help me yet....

Extremely disappointed especially after having booked with them several times in the past.

I book a ticket with this company and they did not mention anything about refund and cancellation rules and when I contact them customer service, they told me that airline rules doesn’t allow refund for your ticket and it was not mentioned in my ticket , And I contacted customer service for airline and they told me to contact again with travel agency which aerobillet but they don’t give me any reply and Ignore my emails and no customer service got my calls I tried to
contact them but no one resolved my complaint 1242967 , i don’t recommend them for anyone .

I have been trying to call for a week, sent 3 emails and 2 online forms as i need to change my flight date!!!! I just need someone to get back to me!!! This is insane - I have contacted BA directly and this has to be booked through you!

I got an email for correction as soon as I posted my comment within 15 mins. They coordinated with me and upgraded my flight. However regretful the experience was, I'd like to appreciate the prompt support provided.
Will continue to use their service after seeing this customer support.

Original issue:
I had a booking that needed to be rescheduled. Firstly they are hard to get hold off do I had to try calls, app and emails to get in touch. However when they did make the change the booked me an economy class ticket instead of Business class which was my original ticket.
They didn't even alert or confirm with ne if I was Ok. All they confirmed was the timing and charged my double the price for cancellation.
Now i have extra money on my wallet which i can't use nor get refunded , then why charge me in the first place??!!
It's been 12 hrs and more and all I got is a generic message asking to give me new flight details if you want to change your flight.
I just want to upgrade to business class which was their mistake to book as economy in the first place!

Aerobilet doesn't allow my 15 months old baby to travel with me!! I bought a flight ticket with Aerobilet and I want my son (15 moths old) to travel with me but Aerobilet doesn't want to do add him to my ticket!!!??? They don't want to refund me my money even though they don't offer any solution to the problem. What can I do???
