The drawer arrived at the right time and looks nice! We noticed some small scratches but the support team was very friendly and we could solve the issue easily. Would recommend!

The ordering process was very easy, their website is one of the best I have visited, it is very organized and you can easily find what you are looking for, plus I got a great discount. My order was delivered at the indicated time, everything arrived in perfect condition and the people who delivered it were very friendly and efficient, they helped me put the furniture in the places I indicated and they left the spaces completely clean, the furniture I received is of very good quality. I'm happy!

First time I had used this site, but everything went great, I chose a kitchen island, but then I saw another one that was more suited to my needs, so I called customer service to help me make the change, they responded quickly, and we made the change without any inconvenience, they were very receptive to being able to guarantee me the change quickly before continuing with the process, in addition to being very kind, they also helped me to better choose other furniture that I needed for my living room, I was fascinated with the service that they gave me, the furniture arrived in perfect condition and without delays.

This store has competitive prices. Best of all, free shipping. The night stand tables that we ordered are great, they match perfectly with the rest of the furniture that we have in the room, they were delivered before the indicated time, and we received them in perfect condition, we were surprised by the quality and design, we had previously ordered a bed of this store for our daughter, and we also had a great experience, we will continue to recommend it to everyone we know.

The process was seamless and smooth, spoke to someone on the phone, was very helpful, he helped me in a timely manner and resolved all my doubts. The prices were extremely competitive, less expense for the same product compared to other stores online. Fast service with NO SHIPPING charge! Awesome.

First time ordering from this site. It was nice and easy. Also, had the lowest prices, the order on time and the deliverers were very professional, everything arrived in perfect condition and the shipment was very fast, without a doubt, it will not be the last time I order from this store.

This is the second bed that we ordered, although this time it was delayed we appreciate the good communication about it, they kept us informed all the time and they were very committed to getting our bed as soon as possible and once it arrived we realized it was worth the wait, it's beautiful and it fit perfectly in our bedroom, plus the quality is amazing, it matches perfectly with the other furniture we have in the room.

The products have a very good description in the page, everything you need to know to acquire them, the website is clean and organized; The prices that this store has are very competitive, my TV Stand arrived earlier than expected, I had a problem with a piece that arrived broken, but when I contacted customer service they were very receptive and responded immediately; A few days later I had my replacement, they really were very efficient and courteous at all times to solve the problem and in the end they made sure that my replacement had arrived on time and that I was happy.

This is my first experience, but everything went very well, the website was easy to use and they had lots of items to choose from. The price was great compared to similar items on other sites. The shipment arrived at the indicated times and without any inconvenience.

I ordered a double dresser by Miranda Kerr just after 1 year one of the acrylic dresser handles broke. I contacted AFA and was told I would receive a replacement.
Then they failed to deliver and repeatedly lied to me about it being mailed out. They also refused to provide a tracking number too, shame on AFA for lying to its customer's!

Maybe Luxdecor can help even though I did not purchase the dresser from them and for that I regret!

This was so far the worst experience I had with any company I had ever shopped on line. It's absolutely a scam. Do Not use. All Good reviews are fake. They lie and you will never get your money back. And if you will get money, They will ask you to pay for shipping. I ordered 2 furniture pieces which came all scrathed up and looked old. At first, I wanted to replacement but they strated to offer me all different discounts. I didn't want any of discounts since it looked like used product. It took them to answer about 3-5 days so they were dragging time till I told them that I want My money back because I can't trust them. Now they want me to pay for shipping of defective produst which they sent. This is a bad business. When I called, the same person answeres to all extentions and it lead nowwhere. Save your money. Shop someplace else. Its not worth frustration. I am complaining to BBB and will give an update. Keep in mind, there is another company with different name but has the same phone number.

We looked everywhere for this particular chest. Not only were you the only company that carried it, but it was also on sale! A true blessing for people who appreciate quality.
This was my first purchase from AFA Stores but I'm thinking it won't be my last. Great service.

Horrible customer service. Cancelled item per their instructions but they shipped anyway. Never provided return authorization. Disputed with my credit card company and they are fighting the dispute saying I never returned the item.

Tried to cancel my order when they told me my item was back ordered for 9 months. After I ordered something else, they shipped the item anyway without confirming I still wanted it. They ignored my emails to cancel and now in order to return it I have to pay more than $400.00 for restocking and shipping.

ATTENTION ALL BUYERS: Please purchase your furniture from another vendor. I purchased a bedroom set that had paint chipping upon delivery. Videos and photos were submitted the same day as delivery to their claims dept. It has been 4 weeks and they offered me not one remedy. I would have definitely spent the extra money and purchased from another vendor- as their prices were hard to beat. This is very upsetting as this is my first bedroom purchased in 20 years.

If I could give this store negative reviews I would. I ordered a mirror on Sunday feb 7th based on what the website said which was in stock and ready to ship. 7-10 business days which was bad. Place my order and waited. It’s 4/6 two months later and still waiting. Their website lies and lures you in with false shipping dates. Then when you email them to find out an actual ETA you get berated by the customer service dept and then I got an email from the owner threatening to cancel my order. This company is a joke. Way better places to buy from

We had an absolute nightmare experience dealing with AFA stores. They delivered a damaged cabinet with sharp broken glass all over and wooden spikes. They promised to pick it up for the month and then refused. HORRIBLE!!!
