The service was first class - we were especially impressed with Cherise. We reaise we are small buyers and that the rewards for her are not great but she gave us the same service one would expect if buying property worth millions, nothing was too much trouble for her and we never felt a nuisance - she was always there helping and smiling.
The only suggestion would be for the agency to pay a little more attention to the accuracy of property description when the property has been handed over from another agent

Many thanks for setting up the house viewings with Lucas while I was in Spain it was much appreciated.
We found Lucas very knowledgeable and understanding and it did not take him long to start showing us what we were looking for and he also sorted us out with the notary which was a bonus.
However as I explained to you when we first met this was very much a fact finding trip to have a look at what is on the market, where it is, and obviously the cost .

I thought I would drop you a short note to say how extremely impressed I was with Katy who showed me various properties for 2 days last week. She telephoned me beforehand as an introduction and quickly understood my concerns and preferences which resulted in her showing me the right type of properties in the right areas resulting in me now finding a property! This is solely down to her keeping to the brief and not the hard sell!
She has an excellent engaging manner which is reassuring and very professional and took the time for me to see lawyers as well. At no stage did I feel pressured and she is a credit to your organisation.

I first started communicating with Anna Pearce over a year ago. Finally my husband and I were in a position to search for the right property. As Anna had kept in touch with me I thought she must be interested in finding our dream holiday home. She passed our enquiry on to her colleague Lynn Rattone who was so helpful from the start. We communicated for a couple of months and once she had a few properties for us to view we flew out to Spain. We viewed 14 properties in a day and there was one which was just perfect. Lynn continued to be in touch with us during the purchase and helped us sort out a few issues with the apartment. I recommend this company very highly and would certainly use them again.

We were looked after by Katy Mazen and she was simply outstanding. The service Katy provided could not have been better. She collected us from our hotel, drove us to so many different properties and then dropped us back home. She arranged for us to meet the Lawyers and a Notary too. She worked up to 10.00 at night responding to our messages, arranging taxi's and putting our minds at rest. She was not pushy, just incredibly positive and helpful. If it had not been for Katy, we would probably not bought a house in the week we were there.
The office team were all very helpful too. All english speaking which made our lives easier. They guided us through every step of the way to place our deposit and reserve our property.

We had started looking for a place to buy on the Costa del Sol and our first point of contact was Anna Pearce of Affinity Humberts. She helped us by giving us advice on finding the area we really wanted to buy in, types of properties etc. which we did. Thanks, Anna, as this allowed our search area to be narrowed down. Anna then put us in touch with Warren Ali. We emailed back and forward in advance of our visit with details of apartments for sale in our area to allow us to see what was on the market and relative prices. We arranged our house-hunting visit and Warren met us on time on the first day. He was well presented, very polite, professional and friendly. Warren chauffeured us about in a very clean comfortable car to various properties for sale in our preferred area. We met again on the second day and Warren arranged an appointment for us to go to a Solicitors to set up all the legal stuff to allow them to act on our behalf as well as taking us across to get a Spanish Bank account set up. This was invaluable as we later found. More houses for the rest of the day and then we decided to put in an offer, which was eventually not accepted. However, during these first 2 days, Warren's knowledge of the area, prices and trends as well as local information on the areas was really excellent. A final day of viewings led to Warren really nailing what we wanted with 3 potential properties for us to consider. A hard choice for us but we put in an offer for a beautiful apartment which met all our criteria on location, size and amenities (swimming pool!), which was accepted, which made Warren's advice about Solicitors and banks so worthwhile. Whilst back home, and still today, Warren has been available to help us in all sorts of ways. He has recommended a currency service which has been first class, give us details of local tradesmen and liaised with our Solicitors. On our recent visit we caught up with him again to thanks him for all his help and assistance. Without Warren, I am not sure if we could have been able to buy our apartment in such a stress free and professional way. Many thanks, Warren. My wife and I purchased a property with these guys back in 2008, and then again in 2012 and 2014. Our experience was nothing short of exceptional. We buy and sell properties around the world for a living and we would rate affinity amongst the best agents we have ever used.
