We as Macleods had a wonderful experience with Africa Incoming. Start from Pick to Drop. Everything went very smooth. They could manage the timing very well. We never felt that we had to rush. Choices of restaurants were also good. We had our gala event in Cape Town. Africa incoming took care of every little thing that was required for such mega event. Will surely recommend Africa incoming to my friends and family. Thanks for hospitality.

Company Officer should at least find time to greet us during the entire tour, in this case, its Isha. we had 2 instances where hotel dinner cost were being charged to us because of wrong arrangement with the hotels. its been our refund for the cancelled hot air balloon ride is taking too long. Other than those, everything went well.

Loved and enjoyed all the facilities and the arrangements made by the agency! The hotels and restaurants that were chosen were luxurious and the food was really good! Our tour guide, Jaydeen was really understanding and had made sure we were comfortable all throughout the trip!

It was an amazing experience with Africa Incoming Pty Ltd. We had booked all top notch hotels and all inclusive tour for my VVIP guest. There was zero complaint from guest, 100% satisfaction. Since it was a very big booking, and my first association, i was very much reluctant but Sunny and Tripti were amazing people who gained my trust. Sunny and Tripti you both are best to work with. Africa Incoming's star employee Jaydeen Alyssa Africa Incoming should be very proud to have an employee like Jaydeen Alyssa. We are a family of 2 couples and came from the UK to visit South Africa for the first time in March. We had a fabulous 10 days of our 2 weeks holiday little knowing that everything would come to a grinding end due to the Covid 19 virus. If it wasn't for Jaydeen from Incoming Africa we would have really struggled with everything. She was so reassuring; keeping in constant touch with us via phone calls and WhatsApp messages. Even though Jaydeen was only our local contact in South Africa, (as we had booked our holiday in the UK) she was hugely helpful. We would like to offer our sincere and heartfelt thanks to Jaydeen for showing us humanity, kindness and reassurance in these troubled times. The world is a better place with people like you Jaydeen. If it was possible we would give you a higher rating than 5 stars. Our advice to future travellers - we can highly recommend Incoming Africa.

We reserved our first trip/ contact to Africa with them. From the first moment they did take care of every single aspect and recommended the way we should visit the place we told we wanted to go. We did a trip to South Africa and Mauritius on Jan 2019. Everything went as planned. The itinerary was very good and we had continuos contact with Isha and Sunny to solve any problem. The safari was amazing we saw the big five!! The choice of hotels was excellent. I recomend Africa incoming. Thank you for a grear experience!!!

Thanks to Team Africa Incoming for taking a good care of our guest on South Africa Trip, our guest enjoyed the trip a lot and a very special thanks to Mr. Paras and Team from Team Travellers Planner and our valuable guest also. Mr. Paras has taken personal care of the guest in-spite of his ill health, Infact i was not able to pick up the call of guest early morning but Paras has responded them on time and resolve the matter for there demand of optional sightseeing on a very short notice. Thanks to Africa Incoming to make sure our first visit to Africa (East) was memorable. Few tips for first time visitors: While visiting national reserves ( MASAIMARA) make sure you are booked in 4 wheel drive rather than a 7 seater van. Day trips to reserves, make sure your food is carried in a hot case rather in a aluminum foil packet. Sunscreen, sun shades & hats to be carried along with you. Good camera recommended to capture incredible wildlife. While visiting Elephant orphanage make sure you get in there early ( before 9am) to avoid disappointment. While shopping always bargain for 75% lesser price than what the vendor looks for. Check for MASAI market while in Nairobi. They will be in different location considering the day of the week! You will get best souvenirs & other hand made products for very good bargain price. Keep minimum 7 to 9 days to visit Masai MARA, lake Naivasha, Mount Kenya & Nairobi.

I booked a honeymoon trip with my wife for 10 days to South Africa & Victoria falls. It has been the best decision choosing Africa Incoming. They gave us the best price & were very professional with their services. Everything was so nice & well arranged - food, hotels, vehicles, driver guides, activities etc. I have no complaints whatsoever. Would definitely recommend them to my friends. Cheers!

The great African tour with our tour Operators Africa Incoming was without a doubt remarkable honeymoon cum babymoon trip .
