Absolutely delighted with this company ,sold our property in the first week before we even got the signs ,have recommended them to everyone who tells me they are selling, saved thousands in real estate commissions and advertising I recently told some customers of mine about AiaB, they sold there house with them and saved $18000 and then they took me out for dinner they were so happy. I don't know why anyone would go to a real estate agent at all

We listed our house on a Thursday evening, had our first inspections on Friday and on Saturday morning woke up to an e-mail offer that we accepted. We never got to put up the great signage that Agent in A Box provided. The service and advice we received was an integral part of this process and it was fantastic to be able to have a direct connection with our buyers to sort out any potential issues.

To be able to list my home for sale on the number one real estate sight in Australia at a reasonable price, with street signage and sales advise was invaluable. I SOLD my home in 3 months and saved 1000's on commisions. Perfect service.

I rate Agent in a box 5 Stars.....
I saved a lot of money on the sale of the house as I didn't need to pay a percentage to the real estate agent.
I could also sell the property much cheaper.
So its a win win.......for me as the seller and also for the buyer

Once again excellent service from Agent in a Box on the sale of our 3rd & 4th properties through your site.
Had several enquiries from complete strangers wanting to "pick my brains" about self selling and I explained to them how simple you make the process and highly recommended you to them, after having a bad experience many years ago through a different site.

Agent in a box saved me at least 10k in agent fee's and gave me the freedom to put the price I wanted which made me an extra 20k. They were prompt, helpful, friendly and simple to use. It's as easy as setting up a Facebook account and gives you complete control of your property and the price you get for it. I could not recommend this website anymore highly.

This is a new experience for us selling a land without an agent in the current slow market in WA. We wanted to save some money by trying to sell it ourselves and it paid off. Our land has now settled and we had frequent enquiries after a slow start. Agent in a Box is a easy process, they are always helpful if we have queries or questions. Do it yourselves and save money. I have had experience selling my home with other agents like this one and have paid 3 times the amount!! This gets you on realestate.com and Domain for a cheap price. They contact you immediately if you have a property enquiry both by sms and email. Their website for loading your add is very user friendly. Highly recommend !!

I used Agent in a Box to sell a vacant block of land in WA. They were very prompt with any changes that needed to be made to my ad and always sent through enquiries straight away. I was very impressed with their service and would not hesitate in recommending them to others. Their fee was very competitive and the premium package suited what I was looking for to sell my property. A great result in the end.

I have dealt with Agent in a Box for the sale of 2 properties in the last 2 years and have found them to be professional and on the ball with their service. The site, itself, is easy to follow and self explanatory when putting in the information for the property to sell as well as for up dates. As a self help real estate site I found it to be quite user friendly as well as having the professional back up from the Team, Bianca and Craig for any queries or issues at Agent in a Box. I would use them again to sell any other properties.

We have sold two houses in the last year through AIAB (and got our asking price each time). We found that if you follow the steps in the videos in the toolbox and with Craig and his team available for advice, you will find selling your home not as daunting as you think. We have saved thousands of dollars in commission.
Yes, we would definitely recommend selling your home through Agent In a Box again.

I live permanently in Japan and selling my house from listing to settlement took 14 weeks using agent in a box.
I had problems with internet access from Japan to the Australian website, but after sending an email explaining my situation, everything was explained and sorted very quickly. The hardest part of this whole experience, was the actual talking to prospective buyers, however within 2 or 3 conversations, everything fell in place and it ended up being quite easy. Agent in a box made it very clear that they would support me with anything I didn't understand and I did use this support once with a positive outcome.
I would recommend agentinabox for anyone looking to sell their house and for those wanting to save on agents fees, whilst receiving a fair to above average price for their home.

I engaged the services of Agent in a Box after having 3 Real Estate Agents provide an appraisal of my rental property. I believed the property was worth more than all 3 appraisals. I also wasn’t keen in paying up to $10,000 commission.

After showing 3 people through the property myself, I secured a contract for $10,000 more than the highest appraisal, thus putting $20,000 into my pocket.

If thinking of selling a property yourself, my advise would be ‘give it a shot’.
