Andy installed a new boiler after my old one died.. he completed the work within the day . Did a fantastic job was clean and efficient and a very nice man. Would definitely recommend to everyone . Will be using again in the future . Thank you so much .

We had an old baxi back boiler replaced for a baxi combi with a 10 yr warranty. The switch was done by Andy and he was fantastically efficient there was minimal disturbances to the house and flooring etc and the work was done at a great speed and attention to detail.

All correspondence to AG Fraser was brilliant Paul and Andy gave us great advice on which boiler would suite our needs and price point they answered all our queries in a friendly and professional manner, they responded very quickly to us at every stage of the process. I would 100% recommend AG Fraser to anyone.
They also gave a very competitive price for the job but more importantly they were very respectful and professional

The engineer came and did his job effectively and explained what he was doing plus he was pleasant.

Really happy with Paul and Andy from AG Fraser, Paul was very good with communication and understanding what the issue was and the actual cost of the part. Andy was punctual and informative about what he was doing and why. Clean and tidy cannot thank them enough

After contacting this firm & leaving a voice message with my details it was quickly responded to and my enquiry discussed in greater detail, namely the supply and fit of 2 radiators along with a boiler service. I was provided with a detailed no obligation quote via email & decided to go ahead.
The service engineer who carried out the work - Andy - was timely, professional and courteous. He covered all the carpets prior to starting and did a great job including removing the old rads. No fuss, No stress. Great service from start to finish & would use again

Honestly can't put into words how these lovely guys have helped me they are so kind and professional and have sorted all my heating out which for over 2 years hasn't worked_they work really hard to sorting out any problems I wouldn't have known what to do without them My sincere thanks to Andy and Paul

Superb workmanship and knowledge from Andy the Gas fitter from the Fraser company, I would highly recommend Fraser for any Central Heating work very polite, clean, tidy first class job in every aspect.

Great service by both Andy and Paul, and new boiler is working perfectly
Work done as stated and earlier than expected due to them having cancellation
Great communication all the way through
