I haven’t received my new shoes as yet so can’t comment on this episode 100% ..... awaiting new shoes to arrive which I hope will be this week as said when I ordered that would be start of June.

I had a query and got a full honest explanation of why a trainer wasn’t available in my size. Whilst it wasn’t what I wanted to hear I was so impressed with the openness and transparency, it made me feel part of the Air and Grace club.
I have two pairs of Air and Grace high top shoes and I’m never buying any other brand!

I already have one pair of trainers and one pair of boots from Air and Grace and absolutely love them! I saw a pair I was after in the sale and bought them too but needed to contact Air and Grace about an issue following my order. They were amazing, even though it was a sale pair. They resolved my query so quickly and it was some of the best customer service I have ever experienced!! A lot of companies could learn a lot from them.

Hello I recently bought my gorgeous black “hiking” boots from Air And Grace which I have been lusting over for Months! Was so easy and straight away free next day delivery without even asking which was so nice! I love the boots even more than I was anticipating! And Air and Grace have a lovely loyalty program where I can earn points and money off all the trainers I also want to buy!

To put it simply I Love Air and Grace!

Generally the service seems good as a whole and the shoes are beautiful but a few key points of feedback from my first buying experience with you guys:
1. It was really disappointing that having already waited some time for the order, the delivery was then further delayed by a few weeks which meant I missed a few special key dates I had especially hoped to wear them.
2. I’m sad to say they’re not proving to be as amazingly comfortable as most people rave about and as I know the technology is driven towards. They’re rubbing in two places. Hoping with another few weeks this will improve.

I am on my third pair of air and grace trainers, and every shopping experience is as wonderful as their products. They keep you updated on your order and delivery, their customer service is friendly and helpful, and the shoes are out of this world. I highly recommend.

I bought a pair of high tops using a voucher i had for Christmas. I was waiting for a style that i liked and customer service were very helpful in letting me know if certain styles would be available or not. Once i had decided, the shoes were delivered very quickly.
