When every company in last summers heatwave were quoting a 10 day delivery on portable
Air Conditioners I was in a quandary because I was very unwell. This company listened to my plight and delivered two units in 3 hours.They even carried the units upstairs to my bedroom. I now recommend them to everyone. Thank you. I'll be using them eventually for a fixed system.

Made an appointment with their surveyor to attend at 10am on Tuesday 26th May. At 10.27am received a call from their office saying he would not be attending due to a mix up of appointments. Its a shame. I contacted them as their Trustpilot rating was very good. Just shows how wrong you can be.

I had a five unit system installed in my house last week The engineers did a fantastic job. So neat and tidy that today I cant believe they were ever here. Well done to The Air Conditioning Company

Have been using the Air Conditioning Company for some years now, to look after our office air con. They service twice a year. They are efficient and friendly and have done a good job.

We recently had an air conditioning unit installed as our office has roof windows which makes it like a green house in summer. It's made such a difference much more pleasant for the staff and visitors that we get. Airconco were polite, fast and efficient, would recommend, especially if we get any more summers like this year!

I had high hopes having read all the reviews and after a very professional surveyor visited last Saturday. I was told someone would be in touch with a quote. Come Tuesday and no contact I rang up. I was reassured someone would be in touch by Wednesday perhaps Thursday. It’s Friday and no quote and no contact. I appreciate they might be busy but a little way of keeping prospects informed goes a long way. Perhaps a friendly email or call to say so ? I would certainly have more faith that you can follow through with an installation if they did so.

We have 2 units, a large one in a large west facing conservatory, and a smaller, amazingly quiet one, in the master bedroom. From designing through to installation and ongoing maintenance, everyone at AirConCo has been excellent for the entire period of trouble-free operation. The maintenance contract is a bit pricey but well worth the peace of mind that comes with the 10 year guarantees for the products. I can thoroughly recommend The Air Conditioning Company.
