Sent a suitcase of clothing to Pretoria South Africa using AiroLuggage for the first time. John was extremely helpful and friendly, he kept me informed from pick up to delivery. The suitcase arrived at its destination within 2 days, everything in the suitcase was intact, the delivery time was perfect, the price was reasonable. Overall I would highly recommend this company, I will definitely be using them in the future.

Ciao to everyone, I know I'm in London but, 20 minute a go the driver pickup my tow boxes from my house, him give me a good help for pickup the packages and help me with the lables.. until here everything was normal but, what was anormal was:" I book the delivery like 50 minutes a go", when the driver was at home my friend was closing the last box ... excellent and fast service, I will let you know when a receive both of them in Italy

I got my case sent from Brussels to Glasgow and it arrived in double-quick time. Texts received to keep me in close contact and I checked the tracking on the website just to satisfy my curiosity...great to see my case arrive a day earlier than my flight! At first I had doughts regarding this company's credibility since I've never used them or had such a request,but after giving it a try and booking luggage online through there website which was shipping from overseas to the US, my perception changed dramatically. Definitely use Airoluggage again this March

I booked in a last minute delivery on a Wednesday from Australia to the United Kingdom under the Classic delivery which takes 2-5 business days. John was very helpful in the booking process as I was getting my luggage sent to me and I didn't have my luggage with me to complete the full process myself. He made sure I had all the necessary documentation to print within an hour of my booking with full instructions so I could get my brother to attach it to my luggage for pick up on next day (Thursday morning). Pick up was on time during the timeframe selected. I was provided with a tracking link so I could keep track of my luggage. Surprisingly the link advised that I would receive my luggage early on Tuesday. On Tuesday however I noticed that there was a delay in transit so I followed up with John and he made sure to check what was going on. He kept me updated on the progress of my luggage. There were a few delays based on a Tuesday delivery and a bit of confusing messages on the tracking details link however it was not at the fault of Airoluggage unfortunately my luggage had missed some connections and got delayed with a public holiday in one of the countries it travelled through. Eventually my luggage arrived in London the following Friday, which was actually not delayed based on the option of delivery I had selected in the first place. Best of all my suitcase was actually well in tact and all my belongings had made it safely. I would highly recommend Airoluggage of anyone looking to send their luggage internationally or even domestically in the UK. The service provided is personal and helpful and the pricing for the service is very competitive. I had a 28kg piece of luggage sent and I did a fair bit of research and couldn't find any other service that provided as a good of a price than Airoluggage. I would definitely use their services again.

I ordered a suitcase to be sent from Glasgow to Iceland! Fast quick service! Would definitely use again as I work overseas John was at hand to answer any questions or queries I had straight away.

Turned to airoluggage in desperation as was on a solo skiing trip in Canada (I live in UK) and busted my knee to extent there was no way I could carry my luggage home. Initial contact was through online chat. Friendly, helpful, straightforward and whilst I was in no rush to get my ski gear home as wasn't going to be needing it again, anytime soon, it was delivered on time. Prompt response to emails (I think all were less than 1hr). Would definately consider using again if I ever needed to and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
