Possibly the worst experience ever with their service. When I landed I called the driver and told me he had cancelled due to no payment. Apparently they owe around 200k to the company that pays the drivers. No refund from them. Impossible to contact them.

Website was easy to use, only complaint is that I recieved an email that my flight was delayed 3 hours with a new departure time and that wasn't on the shuttle website so I arrived roughly 5 hours before my domestic flight

We met our driver at 7:05 pm and he dropped us off at our location at 7:40 pm. Somehow we are paying for a conclusion time of 9:40 pm???

It was a Friday evening for a trip on
Saturday (weekend). Difficult to find phone number in phone book or on line. Got a phone number that kept me in a loop for 20 mins. Very frustrating. I will use again, but call during business hours>

When i irives to the airport at houston the supershoter was requested one day before to be at 8:00pm at IAH , we have to wait about one hour. The second experience was worst , when i return to the IAH , i reserved tree days before to pick me at Wyndham medical at 8:00 a , my flight was 10:30a ,, they came at 9:00 am ,, i lose my flight ,, there is a complete lack of responsability and no follow up to the driver and the situation , I will never recomend this service to anyone, very bad , two times is enough, You have to supervice more close your drivers,, thanks

I found your rep at the airport to be completely uninterested in her job and quite rude. She obviously does not like her job. The shuttle drivers were great but for the larger bus a step stool is needed for shorter people to assist them in getting up into van.

Other than the driver being close to 5020 minutes late I'm pick up to the airport it was all right clean vehicle is excuse about stopping to get gas when he has her first cuppa coffee in the car didn't sit to well and on the return the man waited patiently for us that he was not too attentive but tried to make up for it on the way back to the house so I guess he passed the test OK ...taxi was $75 for both of us so that would've been much cheaper probably not as nice a car but $75 cheaper than 117 when you're on a fixed income that makes a difference I use Supershuttle all the time in California

Can't really do a review because I cancelled the shuttle service on Friday, August 14, 3 days before we were scheduled for pickup. I hope I'm getting this in error and that our account has been reimbursed. I will say that I was called Monday a.m. to confirm the time of pickup but the driver did not know that I had cancelled. Can someone confirm this?
