I wrote a review on Nov. 14th 2017 as I cannot get my coffermaker back. On the 16th I got an email from Rob saying the unit was shipping back to me on the 19th repaired. Same story since I sent it to them on March 7th 2017 for 24 hour repair. Just can't get it back after many promises phone calls etc. The last email and promise was from Rob the CEO. Don't understand why Saeco would associate with this company. Wondering what goes ? Will I ever see my Saeco again? I paid in advance as required.

Lindsy was very helpful on the phone I traded in an old z7 for a new Z9 and received it in less than 4 days. I love the new product and alattehotte was helpful when it came to setting up the unit. Now I make a delicious latte every day

I started ordering supplies from aLatteHotte couple of months back for their low prices. One day my Saeco failed and decided to call them as they are a certified repair center. Rob guided me thru some troubleshooting and my machine worked again. The beans I was using were not too healthy for my machine. He recommended dryer beans which I bougt from him, black cat, the best coffee I've ever had but my machine failed again and is time I had to send it in. Rob gave me a very fair quote to repair my machine but he also gave me as nice trade in quote in case I wanted to upgrade so I went ahead and took advantage of the trade in program.mhe gave me $300 for my old Saeco and I got a brand new shiny Saeco that I love. It was such a great deal and I even got some freebies that came after the machine arrived. I am so happy and I highly recommend aLatteHotte. They really know their stuff!!

My family has worked with & known Rob and his whole staff at A Latte Hotte for over 15 years ! We have been SOOO amazed & impressed for over 15 + years with A Latte Hottes complete staff, amazing costumer service & excellent workmanship, & low low prices, that we have sent over 8 other friends, family & co workers to A Latte Hotte !! We love this company because they go FAR BEYOND 5 Star Rating customer service & repair companies. A Latte Hotte Really Cares & wants their customers to be truly happy & satisfied !! The staff spends time teaching or suggesting better maintenance at home, while they provide amazingly quick repair turn around, at unbelievable low prices & they have NEVER once tried to upscale my family or any of our friends we have sent there. We have had many high-end euro cappuccino machines over the last 15+ years & A Latte Hotte is our ONLY GO TO COMPANY we will trust our Ultra Highend $3000 Euro Masterpiece Machine to !!! I can ONLY WISH : Corporate America would take a page out of A latte Hotte book of phenomenal & caring customer service & expeditious turn around services, And who can beats their low low prices ???

It ALL adds up to a trifecta of awesomeness within A Latte Hotte !!!

ANYTIME a friend or colleague inquires about one of these Ultra HighEnd Euro Masterpiece Machines - I always insist they first to go A Lotte Hotte !!!

And A Lotta Hotte does have many many cappuccino / espresso machine to fit everyones budget !! A Lotte Hotte is the ONLY 1 STOP ALL SERVICE STORE !!

I ordered my second Jura from aLatteHotte and it was delivered on the date they promised. I had great help from Rob and I'm very pleased with their trade-in program. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I have been waiting for 2 months for my coffee maker. Every day they lie to me and tell it is shipping tomorrow, it is shipping Thursday, oops, we will send you tracking number in a couple days. It don't think they are a total scam but I can not believe how bad their service is. Don't gamble ordering from this guy. I just hope I can get my money back is less than 2 months. Horrible.

I recently browsed online retailers selling the Jura Capresso Z9. aLatteHotte offered additional value, a discount on the Z9, and a trade-in for my Jura Capresso S9 One Touch that I could not find elsewhere online. Rob from aLatteaHotte answered many questions I had about purchasing the item from them, as I was somewhat skeptical of the deal they were offering. The extras and reduced price made it an easy to decision to upgrade to a new model even though my S9 is working fine with no issues. aLatteHotte delivered as promised and I am very happy with my purchase.

I do plan on purchasing the accessories (cleaning tablets and filter) on an as needed basis through aLatteHotte since they are an authorized retailer for Jura.

I agree with the many reviews that you should AVOID AlatteHotte and Rob, After being a customer for ten years he has turned into liar and a cheat. The internet is a with stories that, now I can personally say, I too have had the exact same thing happen. I sent my Odea in to be cleaned and serviced he did neither and sent me back "a machine" (not mine) that was in worse condition than my very lightly used machine and only upon the threat of being sued and a demand letter did he settle by sending me a check to reimburse my shipping cost and the cost of "o rings" he was supposed to install.

Rob was to service my machine and return it once I returned from vacation. I tried to communicate with him via email, then phone calls with nothing being returned. When I finally got in touch with him he started with all kinds of excuses about emails and phone service changes that we so outrages that I went from my original plan of getting this machine back while I waited for him to get a shipment of new upgraded machines in, as I was in the market to upgrade as well, to just being happy if I got my old machine back.

My machine was sent in the original factory box with all the original packing materials that I kept for 10 years, I am meticulous and cleaned and serviced this machine myself since I bought it. I felt since I was going out of town it would be a good idea to have a "professional" service it. I cleaned it well before packing it. I received "a machine" back, it was returned in a generic box and w/o the power cord and when questioned he claimed the boxed arrived "so damaged" he couldn't return the machine safely in it and that he did me a favor by not charging me. I asked "why did you accept it from FedEx then? I would have filled a claim!" No reply! I then started to tell him that it clearly had never been cleaned as he claimed and that in fact I was positive it wasn't even my machine he started blocking my calls, not returning text not email. When I did get him on the phone he started to try to make me out to be the liar. (I have a video of the machine he sent me and the state it was in that I will post on Youtube.) Only after speaking with my attorney and sending the demand letter that Rob corresponded.

I have since read the exact same story from another "client" dealing with this incredibly dishonest and stupid "businessman". Don't ever send him your machine and if possible do business elsewhere.

Can't start my mornings without a great cup (or 2) of coffee. Needless to say I'm extremely happy with my Giga 5! it is everything I imagined and more. I accompanied my friend to pick up his machine from being serviced at the aLatteHotte facility and was offered a look at the machine and given a sample of the coffee. I was very pleased with the service, the machine, and the staff. I wish my friend would have told me about aLatteHotte sooner! I was even allowed to trade in my old machine...didn't think that was even possible. I already talked my sister and brother-in-law into buying their Giga 5 online and they also say they are very happy.

I've never been the one that HAS to have a cup of coffee every single morning, so I was very reluctant when my wife kept bugging me for a machine to replace our Keurig. I lost the battle and gave in to shopping for a nicer machine (to at least appease the wife). We got some advice from the neighbor that owns a Saeco and referred us to the website. I know I can be one of the worst people to have on the phone and I'm sure Rob had some headaches with all the questions I had...but not once did show it! He was extremely helpful and guided my wife and to the right machine that both satisfied her coffee needs and didn't hurt my pockets too much.

I've had the machine for a couple of weeks now and I'm slowly converting into an aficionado. Not only did Rob recommend the perfect machine, he also advised us as to the kind of coffee to use with it and how to make sure we keep it in tip top shape. I'm definitely recommending this machine and AlatteHotte to all my friends and family!

I have brought my machine here for service in the past and also just purchased a new Jura product. I couldn't be happier with my new machine! They definitely took their time answering questions and helped me select a new espresso maker. They are the epitome of customer service!

I've gone to these guys for close to ten years now...They initially fixed my coffee maker that I hadn't bought from them and it still functions perfectly, on a daily basis. I buy coffee from them each month and they continue to be friendly, competent, professional and well intentioned. I appreciate their service and smiles....Thanks guys!

I ordered a Jura Z9 and was very pleased with the customer service, the speed of the delivery, and the nice starter kit for my machine. I was even able to trade in my old machine and got a fair amount of money for it. I'm very pleased.

I recently shopped the internet hard to find a deal on a Jura GIGA 5 to replace my Jura S9. aLatteHotte had the best deal by far. They even took my old machine in trade AND allowed me to hold off sending it back to them until I got my new GIGA 5.
The package deal, which included the cup warmer and milk cooler, Intelligentsia beans, and extra filters and cleaning supplies could not be matched with any of the five vendors I shopped.
Rob, the owner, is very responsive and does what he promises. I had a lot of questions about buying a $5,000 espresso machine and he seemed to be there seven days a week. He even helped me walk through the setup when I got it.
It appears they got started as a Saeco repair facility and grew the business from there. Rob loves his espresso. He is the disembodied voice in the YouTube demos.
Although I have not tried it yet, their deal includes a free cleaning and tuning arrangement for life. So keep the shipping box.

I purchased a Jura Impressa J9 earlier this year from alattehotte and couldn't be more happy with this machine. It works perfectly, has all the bells and whistles on it that I need or want, is easy to maintain; and best of all, Mr. Rodrigues himself (the owner) went over different models with me to help me determine which one fit my needs. I would recommend this business for anyone who wants a top of the line espresso/latte/coffee maker for home use.

I ordered a very expensive expresso machine ($ 3,800) as a gift to my wife. It was supposed to arrive in 3 days. My credit card was billed right away. The machine did not arrive, so I emailed back and forth several times with Rob, who assured me every time that he would get me the tracking number within 24 hrs. 22 days later still no machine and no tracking number. I ultimately cancelled my order. Frightening experience.
Recent reviews online report the same problem.
