I knew that delivery would take quite a few weeks but no problem with that as communication was excellent. Delivery service also very good, again with good communication about the delivery window etc. Would definitely buy through Aldiss again!

The customer service from the ladies in the bedding team is second to none the display beds always catch your eye and their knowledge and interest is second to none

Beautiful decorations, had seen same or similar on Christmas trees at Chatsworth House and was so pleased when I find them available here. Very quick delivery and very well packaged.

The first person was very helpful but I felt the second person just wanted a sale ! I have put 'good' because he was pleasant enough and I want to give him the benefit of the doubt !

Aldiss is always nice to deal with and the items were there for me to collect within about a week, however I was a bit surprised that that items like small cushions were not available for collection the next day in store.

I bought a Dyson V6 vac on line as I had a £10 voucher but having ordered it and had difficulty finding how to apply for the discount the staff were helpful .
Later I had a message to say not in stock at Norwich as that day I was going to Norwich so would have been able to pick it up .
Later I asked for a stock check , Fakenham had 2 but later learned computer had not been updated so out of stock .
Disappointed , but staff were helpful

I ordered an item online as a Xmas gift and had my order acknowledged and awaiting despatch only to later find out that there were actually none in stock. Very disappointed first time customer.

Rated 5 stars because we are Aldiss fans and have bought from them several times, although this is the first on-line purchase. However, with the current Covid-19 situation the transaction is unlikely to be completed for several weeks/months. Having said that we have every confidence that Aldiss will come up with the goods when the time is right.

First time I ever shopped with Aldiss, and will definitely be the last. Ordered a tripod online, website stated 5 were in stock, made the purchase. Refunded the next day as out of stock. Wouldn't have minded so much but I had already cancelled a previous order with another company as I liked this lamp better. It was a gift so we were left with no gift for my sister and rushing around frantically trying to find something else, with a newborn baby it was a very stressful day to say the least!!

The scales lady was excellent and very knowledgable, however, one month later I'm still waiting for my mattress to arrive ! I'm not very happy with this service.

I am delighted with my V & A bedlinen, I have two sets and wanted a third and this company had a bneautiful different one with a lovely pattern of Birds and flower. Ordering was easy on their web site and delivery was good to and well packed. I would recomment this site and found it by searching for V & A bed sets. Thanks for good service would come again
