Your keto dishes have defiantly helped me lose 7kg in 7 weeks and without doubt are amazing!

Cauliflower and broccoli rice dishes are pretty average. Everything else is amazing flavour!

The plastic parcels the dishes come in tend to leak with the more oily and liquid dishes. Would be great if the seal was air tight?

Would love to see more konjac noodle options. Perhaps konjac rice as well.

I got delivery today and found little veggie in boxes. The photos were showing lots of veggie though. I chose organic food but not sure what was delivered.

Wonder why they didnt put much veggie in it.

First week of meals - there were a few that I liked

2nd week - out of 5 day lunch/dinner plan, I was owed 4 meals, I only received 10 so they forgot the meals that they owed

I again wrote down my allergies and preferences but all but 1 meal was wrong

I gave the meals to my neighbour and I didn’t ask her for money

Cancelled the contract with NDIS
Emailed the company hoping to get my $50.00 refund

Maybe rushed production line who don’t read instructions!!

We ordered 7 day plan, as I just had a baby and thought it would be one less stress. Boy was I wrong! Totally wrong order arrived, countless emails and phone calls - they never return a call or answer a call from any of their numbers. I asked them to pick up the order and deliver the correct order. They never did. Waste of $280. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I ordered 4 times from them. First time, I requested them not to include capsicum in my meals, but they did. I didn't complain, took them out by myself. 2nd time, there was a major delay in delivery. Told me that the foods were being refrigerated. When I received them, they were still abit cold. I put them in the fridge straight away. But I had to throw 2 or 3 boxes after 2 days because they smelt off. Same thing happened in 3rd delivery as well. Plus, I ordered some Keto Brownies. They weren't delivered and still not being refunded. 4th and last delivery, I had to put all the meals in the freezer because I didn't wanna throw foods and I didn't receive the Brownies either from the previous delivery. When I complained, I didn't receive any reply email from them. And that was it.

Taste wise, some of them are nice, some of them pretty salty and lots of cheese to make the meals tastier? All are fresh meals. I can't tell the calorie count as there are no nutrition information on the package.

After I used this service for two weeks, I feel future customers need to be aware...
- The ingredients label on each meal box doesn't nec. state what is actually in the box.
- One delivery box arrive upside down and all the liquids from the meals had leaked out of the plastic containers, therefore loosing most of the essential 'fats' from the meals.
- I was promised emails and calls that never came (regarding unknown ingredients). In one instance it meant I had to discard a sauce element of one dish.
- Your preferences won't nec. be met, for example, I request no spicy/hot/chilli and received a tandoori dish.
- If, like me, you are no dairy and no soy, it is highly likely you will receive a 'cauliflower cheese' style dish that is basically a box of raw cauliflower with a small protein as there is no alternative cheese substitute. I was delivered 5 of these meals over a 2 week period, despite giving feedback about it in the first week.
Update: Further problems included a discovery that one meal was full of cheese and therefore inedible. I was promised a further call, to reconcile issues, that never came.
Be aware: they are only posting high star rating reviews on their website and omitting negative ratings

First problem was advise food was going to be delivered on the Wednesday the night before- noticed it had the wrong address. Try for a couple of hours that night and early the next day. Finally got in touch with me when I told them I was very angry. When I did get my order it was wrong, I had order ordinary choice. No one has been in touch with me since Thursday evening. So it looks like I’m left with the wrong order. So far two of the meals not great.

I ordered a weeks' worth of 3 meals per day for a keto diet. The website claimed that each meal would be approximately 460 calories. My total calorie intake from the meals on day one was actually 713. My pork belly was served with a pigs nipple! I've just thrown out my lunch and will be doing so with the rest of the meals. I was virtually thrown $250 in the bin. I'm not a fussy eater but do expect to receive what was offerred and quality food.

We've been ordering these meals for the past 18 months and they have been an absolute Godsend, while juggling work and studying nutrition. My Husband and I absolutely love their meals as they taste amazing, have a great variety and most importantly are nutritious. Customer service is exceptional and they are incredibly accommodating with dietary requirements. Anyone looking for healthy, convenient meals that taste great, I highly recommend these guys.

I've been ordering from A-Life for 4x months. I have always found them to be flexible and responsive. Great meals, capacity to choose, on-time delivery, and real, reachable support if needed. In the last 3x weeks I've had multiple delays. Given I travel every week for work, and rely on the meals to keep a healthy lifestyle when in my Hotel, reliability is my key preference. So, the Summary? Good Food, when it arrives, but not a service you can set your watch to. If you're trying to manage a Diet and need the reliability... I wouldn't count on A-Life. Hopefully they improve this weakness.
