This business engages in deceptive and fraudulent practices. -- This business' website boasts a 24-48 hour turn around on orders placed. One might expect an order to then be received in possibly 1-2 weeks. My order, from the date it was submitted to the date it was received, took 4 weeks. -- Four days after order submission this business received payment for order. -- This business emailed a false/fraudulent shipping notice 2 weeks after order submission. The tracking number provided in this email continued to state "Electronic Shipping Info Received" and never progressed to further delivery updates. -- This business admitted non-delivery of order 3 weeks after order submission. When I emailed business inquiring as to the delay of order, they responded in part, "The order will ship tomorrow." To be clear, this statement was made one week after their email notification that said "Your order has shipped." -- Two days later, and no activity with the originally provided tracking number, legal action was threatened against the business via email. They responded with unprofessional, overly personal email containing self-pity and self-deception. In part, their response stated, 'I do everything right and this is what I get; no matter how much I give, people just want to push me down; if you want Chinese trash, order from there.' -- Nearly a week later (4 weeks in all) the order finally arrived. It was shipped with a different tracking number then that originally provided. There was no email notification of a new/different tracking number. One might presume the original tracking number notification (Your order has shipped) was provided as a deceptive delay tactic. -- Did my order finally arrive? Yes. -- Was it a pleasant, confident buying experience? No. -- Would I recommend this company or purchase from them again? Absolutely not. I have a few suggestions for the business. -- Operate your business with professionalism and integrity. -- Be honest about your production and delivery times. -- Receive payment when you are prepared to produce. -- Send shipping notice when you are prepared to deliver.

I order some custom tee shirts for my grandson last July. I never got them! I tried to reach this company several times but I received no help. I am out the money I spent on the shirts and I can not buy them somewhere else because I am on a fixed income. My grandson feels bad because he found the wed site and really liked the designs on the shirts he picked. We will be more careful before we buy anything online again. Stay away from this one!!!

I purchase from A Little Crafty all the time. All of my T-Shirts and Fleece come from them. They have the best selection of colors and designs. I have always had nothing but the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE on and off the internet with them. Keep up the good work Shari!!! RUN, Don't walk away. Don't even think about buying anything! I ordered patches last year. I allowed about 10 days after the order before I called to ask about the status. I received no response to 2 calls and several facebook messages and then after 2 emails I finally received a message on 9/20 (after my 9/6 order) saying they are "Running behind" and that it will has shipped and I should received it soon I thanked them and asked for the tracking information and complained that it was so hard to get contact from them. on 9/22 I got an email back in all caps asking "WHY IN GODS GREEN EARTH" (I'm not kidding) I didn't check the shipping online. and to "LOOK BEYOND YOUR FREAKING NOSE" and was scolded for saying it wasn't received when it was. I explained that I didn't know I was supposed to check the shipping online. I was able to log into their website and see the tracking info (At this time PayPal still showed the item as not shipped and the PayPal invoice as all I received. I never received anything from A Little Crafty indicating that I should look on their site). I ONLY got the shipping info after I filed a BBB complaint. Apparently the item had shipped and was shown as delivered but I had not received it. I was very upset at that point because I could have been trying to track the package for 10 days and talking to the post office to find out what happened. I asked them if the package was insured and I could not get an answer. My husband called and someone spoke with him and told him they had spoken to me but I never spoke with anyone on the phone. I emailed repeatedly asking if the package had been insured and did not receive an answer. The only answer I received was " DO YOU READ? I answered you three times". They did not answer even in that email so I don't know if the package has insurance. I asked nicely if the package could be re-sent and received no response. I then got an email saying that I would be sued for libel and slander. The company's response to the BBB complaint was to tell lies, call me names and to reiterate their intention to file a "libel and slander" lawsuit. All this over patches! All I wanted to know was if the package was insured so that I could make a claim. I also asked them nicely to re-send the patches. Eventually PayPal did award me my money back. It was not worth the hassle at all. I just needed the patches I ordered. I didn't need a run around. Apparently they did send the patches so the entire issue stemmed from their terrible lack of customer service and abusive behavior. I don't care how good or cheap the products are. It's not worth trying to do business with these people.

Ordered my patch on October 11th. Needed it for Halloween weekend (Sat October 30th.) They sent me an email that it shipped on October 25th. The tracking number they provided doesn't work, and they will not answer their phone (I've tried calling during their listed business hours on 4 separate days in a row.) I will never shop here again and will advise my friends likewise. Thanks for leaving my Halloween costume incomplete alittlecrafty.

I ordered some simple patches from A Little Crafty 2 weeks ago. I was suckered by the decent prices and fast delivery. My order still shows as processing. Last week she claimed her mom died and she'll ship it out tomorrow... since then the live chat has been removed and I left 2 messages with no return. Don't do what we did... read the reviews so you don't have to go through the same crap we are right now with trying to get a refund for services not performed.

I ordered two patches from this company on 08/12/2010. On 09/27/2010 I received an email informing me that the item had shipped on 08/20/2010 along with a USPS tracking number. I still have not received the items I ordered on 09/27/2010. I have comunicated with the company on several occaisions without satisfaction. The company now tells me that the problem is between the USPS and myself, that once they "shipped" the item their part of the transaction was fulfilled. The USPS only received notification to expect the shipment, no verification of the USPS actually receiving the package has ever been provided. Customer service with this company is nonexistent and I would strongly reccomend that anyone shop elsewhere for patches.

I placed my orders and one patch from each order was the incorrect size. I e-mailed customer service several times with no reply. I called and someone answered and said they would take care of the issue, but I never heard from them again. I finally called my credit card company and they issues me a credit.
As for myself I will not buy from this company ever again.

I just got the two patches I ordered, only TWENTY days after placing the order. I asked in the "order comments" section when placing the order for a proof to be sent to me before making the patches, which is something their website says they're happy to do. I didn't get a proof, or any communication from them at all, and then sent a message 17 days after order placement via their live chat platform (because no one is ever there to actually chat LIVE) asking again for a proof, and wondering where the patches were. I would have emailed them directly, as their website's FAQ says to do with any questions, but nowhere on the site do they list an email address.

The next day, I received a shipment notification. Seriously? No proof, no emails of any kind, and then they just ship them once they know I'm wondering where the heck they are???

The patches are horrible looking, and I'm trying to understand how on earth they could have been so lax in their processing and communication, and then have the audacity to send such a low-grade product. I would really like to know why.

If they had a "leave feedback" option anywhere, or a listed email address, I would have used that method of communication. In fact, their live chat thing even says "One of our representatives will email you back in response to your message." But that never happened either.

I would be embarrassed to sew these patches onto any garment worn in public. They're going in the trash and I'm going to have to reorder them from another vendor who understands customer service and quality control.
Shame on them.

My husband ordered 7 HD Fallen Brother patches on May 14th, 2016, we finally received them on July 21st, 2016. The chat line is apparently a diversion to think you have a chance to chat with someone when actually you really do not. After numerous tries on chat and did speak to two different people. First I talked to can not remember name, my husband chatted with Autumn, which seemed to try and help, but same story as the first chatter. P.O. machine must have eaten them, lost in mail, it was always P.O. fault. Was told they'd re-stitch and mail we have our patches after numerous attempt on our end, none on their end. Said they emailed TRACKING NUMBER, did send email, NO TRACKING. NO communication, not very professional on their behalf. I will not use them again, quality of work is not good, you can see the stitching if you look close. Very disappointed in patches!!!!

Shari (the owner) was VERY responsive in the beginning up until the point I placed my order. From that point forward, it was as if she never existed and i thought that my order would never arrive (especially after reading several reviews). I had given up on the order and I was going to file a claim with my credit card company, but the patches miraculously appeared one day. The quality of the patches is TERRIBLE compared to what you could get at the same price. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. You WILL regret it.

I have been a customer of Shari's with A Little Crafty for many years. I recently ordered a set of patches for one of my waitresses who needed them rushed. Shari was very kind and had them sent back out to me with in 24 hours. I was very pleased and impressed with her speed,efficiency and professionalism in this matter. In all the years I have had business with her I have never had a product or shipping issue. I will remain one of her loyal customers.

I ordered a name patch on Sept 29, my checking account was debited on Oct 2. Their website claims that orders ship within 24-48 hours. As of Oct 13, when I check the status of my order, the status is listed as has already shipped or has been received. I still haven't received the shipment. I have sent an email to the sites customer service, and have received no response. I have left to voice mails as well, also no response.

I placed an order at the end of September for my son's Halloween costume. I did not receive it after 2 weeks, and I contacted the merchant. She stated that I had given the wrong address (never happened b/f, and I order online all the time!) and the order was sent back to her. She never contacted me, even though she had my phone # and e-mail. She did say she would resend it -- however I still never received it. I called again -- and e-mailed and left voice mail messages. She never contacted me. When I e-mailed again and said I was contacting my credit card company for a refund and was going to give her a bad review, she e-mailed me back w/in 1 hour and said it was my fault, and the order had been sent out the second time (the tracking number did not reflect this). She never refunded my -- I had to go thru the credit card company.

I ordered a number of patched for a total of $82.48 on 6-18-2012 That was on a Monday. The lady said she would have them finished and shipped out on that Thursday. I have nothing. My phone calls go unanswered, i have left messages that she did not reply to. I tried the live chat and there was never anyone available to respond. It has been 3 weeks & $82.48 Looks like i've been had. Am i pissed. Hell yea. All she had to do was at least call me back.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BUSINESS ( A LITTLE CRAFTY ) , This place is a rip off I ordered a patch on 12/6/15 the money came out of my bank account on 12/8/15 it is now 1/8/16 and still no patch I have called and left several messages along with several emails with no response. Buyer Beware .

I put in a order over a month ago and still havent even seen a preview of what the patches are supposed to look like! I have emailed them several times and called. By far the worst place to do buisness with! I will never use them for anything again!! If I would have known it would take this long with this horrible of customer service I would have never ordered from them. I paid over $200. and I have not seen anything. I even included my own design all they had to do was use power point or a similar program to put it in patch format so I could okay it. at this rate it will take 3 months before I get the two patches that I ordered! I am totally not happy!!
