Dispatched same day as ordered; but let down by Royal Mail - Parcel Force who took 5-days to deliver package on 24Hr delivery.

I have only just mounted the battery for my old Samsung GT 19-200.
So far I am completely satisfied and will let you know if it fails.

I ordered a new battery for my Samsung Galaxy 4 and then realised I had ordered the wrong battery. I got on to the website and found a phone number and the lady who answered could not have been more helpful. Not only did she explain what I had to do (to easily return the wrong battery when it arrived) but she looked up the correct battery for me and gave me it's catalogue number. I was well pleased with the service and with my new battery which arrived promptly.
